Look wise you will be 100% satisfied.But they used Lot of colour which stained our hands and mouth also. And taste was also bad.In simple terms Cake was BitterThey charged 1300₹ saying 1.5 kg cake and delivered 1.1 kg.

I want to give a surprise to my friend on his wedding anniversary, ordered online a cake at THE CAKE MART, BANGALORE. On that day the service team called me and told, the person whom i sent a cake, was out of station and his house is locked. Since i dont want to waste the cake, i have given another friends addres to the service team,to deliver the cake with new wishes on the cake, removing the old one already written on the cake.The team has done this with any hesitation and their behaviour was very friendly. My friend has also told the cake was very nice.Thank you very much THE CAKE MART.🙏👏👌👍

Great finish. They prepared the cake exactly the way we asked them to. Delivery was on time even though we ordered on short notice. Excellent taste and most importantly, the staff is very courteous! I will definitely order again.

Really DissatisfyingThough the cake looked nice and beautiful but I was really dissatisfied with the cake.1. The cake was tasteless, could not feel the pineapple flavour at all. Whereas I had order for a pineapple flavoured cake.2. There was a lot of artificial colours used in the cake. The colour was so dark that we had literally got stains of colours on our hands.3. There was more of cream and less of bread, also the cream was too sweet.Highly dissatisfying

The worst cake delivery experience till now. I ordered a designer cake, a flower bouquet and a teddy.Below were the blunders done by them1) On the birthday cake they wrote Mom irrespective of the custom message I gave (partners bday). Then I was told that a person will come and correct the message, but no one bothered to come or even follow up!2) A normal bake hut cake would taste much better than the given designer cake worth 2.5k. Seriously is this what customer charged for! The flowers on the cake tasted like they were made of glue.So the cake was inedible as well.3) The teddy was completely different than the pic showed online. It looked that someone stepped on it.4) And if the horror was not over, worst was the customer service experience and mail response. I called at least 5 times and no one bothered to call back.Cake Hut/Studio ruined the complete birthday experience.I would never again waste my money on them and urge the same from others.

I am only giving four star, there cake was good. I am living in Chennai and ordered a surprise cake for my friend in Bangalore. I gave them specific instructions to maintain the surprise. They messed it up a tad bit but rest was really good. If you are from different city, and want send a cake to someone in Bangalore. I will definitely endorse them. Dont expect them to follow the plan exactly, they at least try though.

I had ordered Rich plum cakes for my team. It was a last minute plan. Discussed with Najim around 11:00 PM and confirmed in the morning. I had my order delivered to my office in time. It was one of the best plum cakes we had. All loved it!Highly recommended!

Pathetic service. Ordered for cake in the morning for evening 4pm delivery. They didnt visit the place and just called. Later they didnt give delivery. Very pathetic customer service. Do not order from this webite. You will.spoil your party.

I ordered one cake Heart Roses, Mango flavour.The red cream on top of the cake was bitter in taste and color quality was so bad that we could smell the scent of the colour.Also color got stuck on our hand.it would not go even after I washed my hand with soap.

I have ordered for a customized cake before 3days and on the party day they said they will cancel the order just because of cod . before their concern person said ok cash on delivery is available nd we will deliver it to ur location but later on they said no for the order at the last moment and the concern person is not receiving the call nor replying to the message.seriously one of the worst customer service i have seen. Unfortunately, 1 star is the least! It was a total mess. I had ordered a cake for my parents anniversary as a surprise. It was supposed to be a midnight delivery (Also charged RS.150 extra for midnight delivery). Firstly, they called a day ago to ask the details to my dad and spoilt it. Secondly, it was not delivered till 8pm on the day of anniversary and none of the calls were answered (Even after 24hours of spoiling the surprise). Worst service ever!

Ordered a cake for friends bday. Delivery was on time. Cake was awesome. Somehow the quality of flowers that went with the cake didnt meet my expectations. When called about my disappointment, the guy who received the call immediately sent another set of great quality bouquet. Of course sending a lower quality the first time isnt good but the way my disappointment was dealt was great. I will go back to them again for their great customer service.
