The employees are helpful to the customers but there are two drawbacks.. 1) the billing counters which requires space and 2) the way online orders work.

The infrastructure in this store is crumbling. No idea why it is so bad. Counters are not manned resulting in long queues and frayed tempers. I do not see ant floor manager who is monitoring the store. Only one counter is accepting payments through card and UPI. All others accept only cash. You are informed of this at checkout time.But they do not even have proper change to service the customer.

Its a good place to pickup necessary grocery items. Veggies are not fresh always but mostly on weekends we can get fresh veggies and discounts,offers.

Good service even though sometimes groceries like Oil, Dal, Rice price are higher than normal store. Problem with this outlet is even time we need to wait in long queue. Sometimes POS machines are not working or sometimes cashier are on leave or not available for their their alternative shift.All the customers will be thankful if the waiting time for the billing will be less.Moreover, no. of hand baskets to keep the groceries while shopping are very less. Somehow, I managed one in my last shopping after waiting for 10 minutes. Requested to increase the numbers.

The place is good. Though they have enough products in the store, some small products are not available in the store like (chocolate chips or Maggie Masala Packets). You will have to go to the nearby store. And sometimes the price of the products will be more than the online prices. Overall the place is good to buy most of the products.

Disappointed to see poor organization of products. Self serving markets must be well organized so that customers do not have hard time finding what they need and additional should be able to lure them with choices, Star market was just opposite of that. I had visited this place few years back and definitely it seems to have deteriorated. Staff were not wearing mask nor were they mandating customes to wear mask. Temperature check was done at the entrance.

Staff are really bad. Especially the vegetable section. Staff needs proper training and shop needs proper way to handle the weighying the vegetables.

Nearly maintained area.. Less billing counter space.. my rating is 2 because of one reason, the billing person is not professional(few items left on the before scanner itself where we have to take everything to dispatch, while giving credit cards it was taken using scissor fingers and in left hand which is not a good manners at all, the transaction was not happy) customer service must be prime focus for future business to sustain in the market. This incident happened today morning around 11 o’clock I guess.. apart from this all good in my previous experience with the shop.

Because of the main reseon I frequently visiting they always keep fresh item’s of vegetable food items and also other home regulates products.Also more is giving all the festival and season different types of varieties of products cashback offer also discound prices.Parking area is very good where outside the mall we can part the bike easily.Ambiance is very good also it is separated all type of items so easily we can find all categories. most of the items I can see discount will be there 20/50 percent.Product is value for money because of discounted prices.Today I brought a 500g of almond and dry grapes for only 478rupI will command every one for star market.Thank you.🙂

Good place , almost has every items required to house including vegetables, groceries, FMCG products. Staff is also friendly but sometimes staff dont care about the customers. They need to get the bills faster and shouldnt waste customers as well as theirs time. Nobody cares at afternoon waiting in a queue for a single counter to get our bills done.Staff has to go as per schedule or shift but the next person wasnt available at that time,so this wasted lot of time in there. Please improve the quality of service.

Plastic pieces in meat products is what you can find here easily. They chop the meat on plastic chopping board and once you wash it carefully you will see fine plastic pieces of chopping boards in the meat, or floating plastic in water. I have shown them video and given complain but staff they cant change the chopping board.

It is good place for shopping groceries and other everyday items. The aisles are quite big so it is not very crowded. They have fresh veggies most of the time. And the staff are helpful. There is very good parking for both four wheelers and two wheelers. They have very wisely separated veg and non veg items. It is also very easily accessible.

I really dont like this place only bcoz of slow billing u need to wait for so long

This place was exemplary during the COVID lockdown. Did not hike prices as did most neighborhood grocery stores. The long wait in the queque was worth it. The staff were well trained too.

Today I bought surfexcel matic front load from isro layout branch actual offer is 4kg+2kgfree but wn i reached home nd open that box there is only 4kg+1kg remaining 1kg is less and they charged full price 1019/- , they cheating and foolishing people

One of the worst billing counters I have seen in a supermarket.If you go during the afternoon not even a single billing counter will be open. You will have to go hunting for an employee and tell him/her to open the billing counter. When they do that only one counter will be open and then there will be a long queue there. Only if you yell at them and tell them to open other counters they will do it, else you just have to wait in that long queue for your turn. I have spoken to the manager many times regarding their poor billing management over the past few years and I havent seen any improvement in all this time.In the month of Aug 2018, I even found ready to cook food that was 3 months past its expiry date. So my suggestion to everyone who buys anything there is to please check the expiry date on all the products that you purchase, because the people working there are least bothered about anything and so are the customer care people and the manager.I am giving two stars because they have a good variety of items available and the price is also reasonable. Its just the attitude of the staff and their lack of responsibility that makes them one of the worst supermarkets i have been to.

Vegetables price is too much compare to out side. Non veg price is good and offer also nice . But they have to provide more offer. Also be careful on offer price some time it will not show in your bill and you will end of paying more.

Good but they have to increase the range of products

It is the biggest supermarket in Isro Layout and has wide variety of products, basically everything that you need under one roof.They also run offers/discounts quite often along with continuous addition of points to the registered number. Over time you can opt for reduction in the total bill using the same registered number at any of the Tata store.

The store offers a good collection of merchandise. Corners, passage ways, nooks and cronnnies are crammed with racks and merchandise hampering the free movement of shoppers and in some places unsafe.Weighing of fruits, vegetables and now grocery items also takes a lot of time; billing is harrowing. All cash tills are not functional even during peak hours. The store appears to be short of staff at any given time of the day. The staff present should be courteous and communicative. Shopping here is not a very pleasant experience and service offered a challenge to the Tata culture
