Occasion is my favourite go to place for cakes. I have ordered a multiple times from here and they have never failed to amaze me with their services. They provide a wide range of exotic cakes with different flavours and customisation. Their seasonal fruit cakes are truly amazing. I would Highly recommend this place to satisfy your cravings for cakes.

This place accepts all kinds of payments. They dont have a parking area or their own. The food here is worst. The cakes that they gave was stale and not freshly baked. The frosting was not nice. The cakes were salty and crumbled into pieces when tried to take a bite from the spoon. Most of the times the cakes are sold out. The size of the cake is too small and this is very expensive. Its not even worth the money that we give. Lost my taste and hopes on cakes due to this place.

Love the quality of pastries, birthday cakes, pies. Been buying for years from here. So fresh everytime. They live by their commitment. Always loved their dutch truffle, black forest, choc varieties, pecan pie. Now they have great mango cakes. Very natural tasting unlike the fake citric acid smelling ones. Seems like they have a litchi one. Will try next time.

Using their immense experience and out of the box ideas, they will curate something magical. Something that even you would not have imagined. Ordered a birthday cake. Nicely done and the bakery staff recommended cream instead of sugary fondant which was good since it was edible and they made sure it looked like the picture I showed them. The chocolate truffle cake was delicious. Ordered a rainbow cake for a birthday after few months which was great too.

From good customer service to tasty eggless cakes also veg savoury snacks, I really like this place .Their prices are higher than other cake places but the quality, taste, free cake decor and the fancy packaging justifies the price .Their cakes have a variety options! I tried their Kit Kat cake which was yummy . I also like the ambience in this shop particularly because of its wall painting . Definitely recommend this place .

Must ignore this place. Received a cake in damaged condition. Spoke to the people in occasions . Didnt have the courtesy to apologise and also put the blame on the Zomato delivery person stating that was his fault. But theres no damage to the box itself and only the cake was damaged. Clearly the fault is from this place. Unprofessional, unapologetic and easily put the blame on Zomato delivery person who was not at fault. Disappointed never ordering here again. People in occasions learn to own your mistakes. Rather than putting the blame on someone else. Disgusted.

Good place for a pastries and cake. They also have a sitout place and keep general items needed for birthday like candles, balloon etc. . The collections are decent. The owner is pretty attentive and helpful overall.

For Gaurav and his team your order for a cake is not just another cake they make, but rather it is done well just as you want it. I wanted a cake for for sons 4th birthday and I ended up here after another bakery completely botched up my order. Gaurav took time to understand what my requirements were and also asked for details that I did not think about. It was a print cake and it was delivered ahead of time for my sons birthday party. I was a bit nervous to open the box but when I opened it it was more than what I expected. It was an excellent cake with a great print job! Even the dimensions were exactly as I had asked for. The kids loved it and it also tasked great!

Its really good! The cake was delivered without any damage in spite of the heavy rain. It was way much better than our expectations. lLoved the fact that they took the order on the day on the event and delivered it on time. They did not tell no even though it was a custom cake.

Ocassions is my go to place when it comes to cakes. Been in bangalore for quite a long time but have never tasted a cake so good. Recently I got a cake for my sister-in-laws baby shower. When I visited the shop I had some initial vague idea of what I want in the cake but the shop owner was an expert in his craft. He patiently heard all my requirements suggested me some ideas and tried continuously till he found that I was happy with the exact choice of cake. Keep up the good work guys and make everyone happy with your cakes and pastries. Im attaching the cakes photo below too. Also I would like to call out one thing at the event when the cake was presented everyone was amazed with the presentation but they were awestruck when they tasted the cake. People literally wanted more. They were some elderly folks whose early reaction was ok this is some fondant cake will be extra sweet so we will keep our distance, but when they tasted it they were really happy with the amount of sweetness present in the cake. It was just perfect, not too sweet and not too bland just the right proportion.

The worst ever experience. I had ordered for a birthday cake to be delivered by 6:00 pm. They kept telling me stories for delay. The kids were all waiting from 6 and my daughter had already lost interest to cut the cake. Everyone was very hungry.The cake was delivered 2 hours later.You can imagine what the kids might have gone through. And these guys had the audacity to say dont worry sir, cake will be delivered.The whole time they kept telling lies to me that their boy had already left for delivery.Dont ever take home delivery from them!!!!!

Please do not buy any custom made cakes here..I am totally disappointed with the order. I was looking for complete red Manchester United custom made cake and I clearly explained my requirements to the person also shared the cake picture like how I wanted but the end result is the cake turn out to be in pink in colour and it was looking cheap.. bloody he charged me 1600k for 1kg cake saying it’s custom made.Seeing reviews and pictures I ordered here but I don’t think whatever pic is there in website it’s not that they made..Occasion - if you cannot full fill customer requirements then don’t give false promises that you will make exactly how I want.. you dint even do 1% like how I wanted.I would have been more happy buying normal cake rather choose you people for custom made cake. Shame on you for changing so much and not even putting an effort to make proper cake.You guys totally screwed it.

I ordered one white forest cake for my anniversary from occasions.taste was good and paking was good but I thought they will add some chocolate inside the cake but they didnt.

This bakery i found after hearing good reviews about it. So decided to order from it. I ordered from zomato and ordered their famous rainbow cake. the cake came on time with a nice packaging and really the packaging was amazing . the cake also looked very delicious , it came with knife and 2 candles.The taste of the cake was super yummy, when you cut the cake you can see the layers inside of the rainbow, will definitely try some more.

Highly dissapointed.They almost spoilt up my friends bday.I had ordered a black forest cake with special instruction to write name asMUNU and it came up with MANU.Even though i called the owner and store to confirm the name,they assured me its as per the instruction i have put in app while odering.Still they screwed up.A Bakery adding a wrong name on cake,what bad can happen.
