I have always got decent cake. Puffs and other items were fesh and by evening they used to get over.I always used to go here as I used to get fresh items..

Perhaps not the best service. Ordered cake 2 days before the birthday and we got the cake when the party was over. No one were ready to accept the mistake.

The worst red velvet cake I ever had was from facebake. They dont know the difference between cheese cake and sponge cake. Everything that u order will be a sponge cake just the colors and garnishing varies.

I just bought cake but the taste was like its an old one. Dint expect this from this store its better to take from local stores. The cake was old stock I guess😠. Please dont sell the old stock cakes which may leads to some health issues.

I really like this place! There items have a unique taste, quantity and price is reasonable. Even though they have few items they keep there quality to the mark.

They make wonderful cakes and it very impressive cakes they are also very tasty once my cousin sister bought a cake from here and she invited us for her birthday party and when v ate this cake it was very delicious and pretty well good cake

Nice shop good collection for cake

Had very bad experience with this shop. Careless staff. One day before ordered a cake for my daughters 2nd birthday to deliver at 5.30 PM. Even after 6 PM the cake was not ready and not cooled properly. after we visited the shop at 6PM they asked us to wait for some time(20 mins).we should not believe for the home delivery. if you believe them then you will not celebrate the birthday on time. one more thing .. ordered veg puff, the delivered but all are in different (beetroot ) flavor. They didnt event inform before that they added different stuff. I feel better not to prefer this shop for birthdays which are so important. I will not recommend this shop for anybody.

Really unhygienic this shop became. All the parcel boxes were kept below the bench and not covered. Fully with rat droppings and all the mud customers carry in chappals. And they use these boxes to give parcels !! I could see a lot of service boys in this shop, but none of them bothered to clean tables also after a customer exit.

Dont waste your money...Disappointed with service...worst bakery, dont buy a cake from here...Normal quality but high prices...They wont make changes on cakes as per customer requirement and they have reckless staff without manners...Ill make sure no one in my circle visits this bakery in future...

Worst experience !!! Ever !!! Pls DNT even try to order a cake here!! They ll say they deliver the cake on time but they nvr do that !! V ordered fr mrng cake rather they gave us in evening with which I can do nothing !! Ridiculous customer behaviour!!!!!

Most of the items are old. They dont even have expiry date printed on their products. They charge high for low quality products. Lots of better options available.

Have ordered lot of times, but of lately from last few months have seen their quality being deteriorated. Most of the bakery items are old, be it bread or toast or Pie. I have already started to avoid this bakery and this I believe is unfortunate. Good Customer service but with substandard quality, this is an Avoid.

Very CHEAP customer service. They dont listen to what customer expects. Sales boy Muzafir didnagree for a Re.1 bargain also and was showing off as if people of Devasandra Rd dont have any other option. Dirty idiots. Spoiled my sons birthday party. They promised me that they will add Spiderman image on the 4kg cake. That was my 5 year old sons dream to see Spiderman on his birthday cake. Next day they said they were not able to add it. I paid 2600 rupees. Whole money went in drain. I never recommend it to anyone. Ill make sure no one in my circle visits this bakery in future.

Most worst experience in facebakeI ordered a barbie doll cake for my daughters first birthday and at the end moment they gave something else...dint get the one Wch I orderedAnd there was no other option v had to take the one done and worst part is one layer was of only cream abt 2inch of layerSpending 2000 for a cake and not getting the one expected .its a dissapdisappo moment...And kids vomited eating these cakeOne of the worst experience with this facebake at devasandra main road,ayyapa Nagar,KR puramI wud never recommend this people...pls dont book orders with these and spoil the kids mood and celebration..
