Bakers mart came to my rescue today when none of the other stores had stock of 200ml glass jars, so based just on that, I had a wonderful experience! Apart from that, their stock is okay but the staff at the outlet is extremely helpful, theyre very open to solutions, which is amazing! Overall, great experience!

I would say this is the best place for all the commercial and home bakers out there. The price is so reasonable compared to other wholesale shops. Its a kind of mini supermarket specially for all kinds of baking materials and baking tools .. I love their service and the staffs are so kind enough to guide us in getting the exact things we are looking for and always updating us when the required stocks are back or running out of stock.. the best part is Im so happy things are packed so neat and sent out for delivery when booked online. And edible prints are extremely awesome the staff you sets it up neat and prints it out just as desired..I would also appreciate the owner who always takes customer suggestions on procuring new trendy bakers stuffs running in market. over all I would definitely suggest people to visit bakers mart to enjoy your baking and save money.❤️

A very efficient and polite service. I had my order ready for pick up in 30 to 45 min and I had a long list to fulfill. Called up the store and gave my order they made sure they sent me all the options on watsapp and explained to me about the product. They also informed me about store being crowded and it might take a bit longer , throughout they kept me in the loop .Staff were very friendly, warm and easy to communicate. I made multiple calls to clarify but they never lost their patience and were calm throughout inspite of having a busy store , which I definitely would like to appreciate. The options are good at the store . But I would definitely go back to the store because of the staff . Loved the whole seamless experience. Keep up the good work . 👍😊

Most baking needs can be found here. Moulds, dough, colors, parchment papers etc- Store can get congested if there are more than 3-4 customers.- Prices are reasonable.- Store managers/helpers can be a bit more helpful.

Ive had the worst experience with the staff at Bakers Mart.We had picked up a bottle of essence and realised the next morning that it had passed its expiry date. So we reached out to the staff over whatsapp and they agreed to exchange it, however when we went back to the store, they said its not our product and youve ordered it online and mumbled something about not having bar codes when I asked them to check the product against the bill.I even showed them the whatsapp conversation we had had but the staff rudely and arrogantly refused and said, if you find even one product with a similar stickering, only then well exchange it etc. etc.Id never recommend this store to anyone.

You get what is required for your baking... They should mark their lunch time for users convenience. So that it shows in maps. So we get alerts like closing time.

I have been here twice recently in this Covid situation.. they are very patiently dealing with each customers need as people are not allowed to go inside the store to maintain social distancing for the safety of staff and customers, therefore every item is shown as per the requirement by the customer!! Without getting impatient staff is being very helpful in providing the service.

By far the best place to get all baking supplies! They have fondants of different colors, glitter dust, edible pearls, edible glue, glucose syrup, cake boards, cupcake liners, whipping cream, edible color, etc. You name it, its there. The also have edible picture printing. Maybe for my next experiment, I will try the edible print! They have a lot of baking tools too like moulds, fondant smoother, fondant rolling pin, etc. This is my go to place for all my baking supplies. They are located in Kammanahalli and parking for car or two-wheeler is easily available.

I have visited this place 3 days back. They have almost all the bakers items in stock. They wont allow you inside because of social distancing and considering safty.But it is okay, they are so patient to here what all stuff you need and they will assemble evrything and will give you once you pay the bill. They are so patient.I felt price is reasonable .

I have come to the place twice (30-Dec Sunday - 7 PM) (31-Dec Monday 3 PM) and both times the store was closed. Please update the correct store timings. Also tried calling the phone number mentioned on Google. It doesn’t work. Have not been able to visit the store due to these two issues.

Moving from three to five ...... , They explained the reason as to why the service is slow . Covid situation and old staff have left for home , new staff is working it out .....Other wise its a all in one store for your baking needs .

The way the staffs treat customers are very bad, they dont bother about the queue that gets piled up, worst and rude staffs, no bill , no terms and conditions on bills .

This is a never to miss destination if love to bake or if you plan to start baking. When I called it a destination, I meant it. This place has (almost) everything you need for professional or hobby baking. Not just the ingredients, but also the pans and other accessories needed. They also have different sizes of glass bottles if you are into pickles and jams. Not to mention a couple of tips you could get from the shop owner.

It is a good place to buy all your baking supplies for those who live in and around kamanhalli. They have very good staff who are helpful, courteous and kind.For the 1st time i faced an issue with them. It was about getting 1kg of spoilt Cashewnut during the time Christmas. As i was busy with my baking orders couldnt actually go to their shop to return it nor inform them. Once I became little free then I called them and informed. And they asked me to return the product to them in order to decide whether they can refund or no.As I am the regular customer to them never got a thought that they wont belive me and ask me to get the product to them to see it. I have a 4 years old child at home and he is big fan of Cashewnut so in order to not let him eat the spoilt one, I threw those spoilt, infected Cashewnut :( Even if I hide it anywhere in the house he will locate it. And I didnt have that much of time to keep running behind him and every now and then hide it different places.And 1kg of Cashewnuts is not cheap at all That money has gone down the drain as I wouldnt get the refund. But learnt a very strong lesson that even if you are regular customer always keep your proofs ready by having that product in hand to show . I have a video recording which I sent it to them. Still they couldnt believe it.I dont have a choice so I will be continuing buying from them.I couldnt find the option to reply to the owner post for my comment. So writing along with my post.Today I had been to their shop to buy my baking supplies. They were kind enough to refund the 1kg cashew nut amount.Thanks you!
