Here is the reasons for rating:1. There is no trained staffs, they are least interested to explain about products, options, varieties. They are rude as well, they are failing to understand real customer vs people who visit and go.2. They don’t show products as folding back takes time.3. The first person who handles you will not come to all the floor till the purchase is over. They just send you to another floor, another person will be keep asking you for who handled you earlier!!!!4. There is no credit card option in restaurant.5. No proactive check to redeem parking charges, they don’t even ask while billing.6. There are cloth with oil mark, sales person will say that it is common, it’s ok, it will be hidden!! Who is doing quality check then.??7. No return policy for damage as well!! They will say as check now! You have checked now know!! The voice is also very harsh.No negative comment on products although the price is little high.I am giving this feedback though I am regular customer for this shop from last 5-6 years, More than 10 times I had visited and this problem was not there earlier.Plz train your sales team to improve the skills, don’t measure by dress, it is not about one time sale!

Great place for shopping for everyone. Has lot.of collections including sarees for women to suits and sherwanis for men. This is the head office branch which is located within two shops distance from their branch. Theres also restrooms available at 5 th floor. Also it had a RESTAURANT at 5th floor for refreshments.

Terrible customer service. We bought silk sarees for more than 20K. And then they refused to tie the open threads on the pallu and had the gall to ask for 200 per saree to get it done. When we told them that we have done shopping for weddings and all here, they still said they wont do it and that we can leave if we want. Will never go back again.
