I got my Nexon XZ plus on 14th of October 2021, they gave me the waiting period of 12 weeks but I got my vehicle by 60 days, I want to mention the sales executive Rudresh here, hes very knowledgeable, kind, composed and helpful, I have gone to him for multiple queries from the day one till my vehicle got delivered, each and every time he answered me with lot of patience and gave me insights on new things, before buying the car I requested him for PDI and he happily took me to the stock yard, while the time of delivery he explained me each and everything with demo.I believe Rudresh is going to be a great asset to the Prerana motors.If anybody planning to buy a Tata vehicle, just visit Prerana Motors Rajajinagar branch and call out for Rudresh. Took delivery of our TATA Nexon ZX Plus O recently. The overall experierience was good. We were assisted by the Sales person Mr. Chethan was so helpful n kept updated on the progress from the day one and he even had come to my place for getting my signature on papers. I would have searched for 6th star if i was given test drive which dint happen coz of many reasons.

Got my Safari XZA+ Delivered from Prerna Motors Rajajinagar. The experience was good. The sales representative, Mr. Chinappa, was very helpful. Booked a nexon and was delivered in a month. Overall a smooth experience from booking, loan and registration to delivery. Special thanks to Mr Mahesh for detailed information during every step of purchase. He was available even on sunday for delivery of the car on our request even though it was a holiday for him. Overall i am satisfied with the service provided by prerna motors and also happy owning a Tata car.Update: While delivery of car the person named Mr Guna at Prerna Motors had put my alternate number for paytm fast tag without consulting me and when asked to change to my primary number they gave new fast tag but used chassis number instead of Registration Number. Now after i got RC and i am trying to put RC number in paytm fast tag i am unable to do so since it says this RC is registered to other tag, i have followed up many times with this Mr Guna, but he doesnt seem to be interested in resolving this, now at some tolls i have to pay extra since they cant get vehicle class by chassis number, i keep getting dispute messages from paytm.

Poor response from the staff. Small showroom and doesnt have test drive cars also. And they dont care about the walk in customers to give information about the vehicles in details. Also we have to beg them to come and explain. Cuz of this TATA branding spoils. For every car they ask to wait for 1 to 2 months for delivery.

I have bought Tiago car from them,Worst customer service, they just want to sell cars and not care about customers or any concerns that come along with it.Very very dissatisfied with their service. I wouldnt recommend after such an experience for sure.first of all delivery was delayed by several days for different reasons given by them which did not make any sense, on day of delivery we (my whole family ) waited almost 2-3 hours in showroom to get the car.They dint give us name plate, perfume,Ganesha idol or anything on same-day and asked us to come and collect it after a week and on car there was a mark of some sort on asking about it representative informed, when you come for name board will get it done for sure, it never happened, was told dont worry I have informed service center and they will do it in service after 2 months, we agreed to that as well.. yesterday when I went for service that person had no clue about it and informed we need to paint again, on calling showroom representative first of all call was not recieved by representative even after calling many times, made the service center manager to call and check on this representative received the call finally.On asking what was promised to us , we were told come and leave car in showroom I will get it checked and send back.Service center manager understood our condition and informed will get it done but we had to leave car in service center for over 36 hours.I regret taking car in prerana showroom Rajajinagar. Dint expect such customer service.We spend lacs together to buy a car with so much happiness but this is what we get. Regrets .

I have booked Nexon XZ+ on Nov 4th and got it delivered on Jan 24th. In the due course I have visited Prerana many a times and every time I visit I get good welcome, any doubts with me are cleared. I bought Altroz XZ 1.2 in August 2020. It was an average experience. They are good in explaining everything about feature of the car. However, there are certain points which I felt for such a big showroom should improve:They dont accept credit card- In this digital era who the hell dont accept?Insurance charges are pretty high. Therefore bought from outside.Since insurance was not bought from them at the time of claim they asked several unnecessary question why u didnt buy and bla bla..They dont give a penny discount or complementary things which is very unpleasant.They need to improve more to get 5 star.
