Quality has come down significantly over time, earlier it was good. Now the staff is reckless and nobody cares to respond. They have no concern for our time, will make you wait for hours and hours to fix a small thing. And speaking about cost, it is way too much costly compared to other service centers. Theyre perfect in only one thing and thats looting money.. very disappointed for giving my fz 25 for servicing here, never again.....

The name itself tells about this place. My friend suggested this service centre & for the first time I visited. The response by the service team was too good & few of them are well experienced. Yugendher is the person who did the service of my bike, he was very fast at work & i liked his confidence level, thank you yugendher & Perfect Riders for your excellent service, My bike is really good & I can make out the response difference.

As per the name Perfect service station for Yamaha, doom replacement of my R15 and the service was perfectly done by Yogendar within hours, my 5 year old bike feels as a new one, hats off to the service station.

I visited these service center for replacing the front fender of my fz25 abs bike the supervisor is telling labour amount 700 he is telling that they have to remove front tire then they had to fit the fender on the other day I visited bangalore wheels service center they charges me labour only 200 rs with gst iam telling u who r all reading my reviews please trust me they just make money they behave rudely

I am very much happy with the service.On 6th of January 2021 I have done a paid service from Perfect Riders and I had an issue with the bike again while riding today (13/01/2021) and I called them and the service manager and a technician arrived at my place and fix the issue very shortly.As a customer I am very much satisfied by their service center.And highly recommend this center for other Yamaha owners.Thank you Perfect Riders.

100% fraud service centerActually I have purchased the vehicle in different showroom and 4th free service was pending and called Perfect Riders service center and asked whether that 4th free service can be done in your service center they told okay, they asked me to come after going they they told its not possible, and told me to come tomorrow, again I went next day and gave the vehicle for service tell that its 4th free service after serving they have charged me paid service amount.Worst service, cheating service center, for all the spare parts he has charged extra money.Please costumer be careful with this service center.Because of no option I am giving 1 star , even for that star this service center is not worthfull.

Irresponsible behaviour from the staff. One who ask about problem wont note down properly then mechanic wont look at the problem. After they say everything done, but they havent done when you confirm. Go for local mechanic who you trust. These branded service cost you more than normal and they say it is the normal charge for service everywhere. Just they loot money!

Good and responsive manager, but bad staff and they wont allow you near your bike while they are repairing your bike. Mechanic over there are not that professional. They are very bad in identifying the problem in bike. Things are very expensive over here. The waiting is not clean and sanitized. And also they wont listen completely when you say about bike problem. It is better to choose some other authorised Yamaha Service Center.

Worst service center ever... Dont give your bike here. They dont make anything properly simply charged the amount.. I had given my Yamaha fascino twice for brake issues they didnt make anything and simply charged 2800 rupees. Even staffs behavior is not good at all.

Had very nice experience with this showroom. They delivered my bike before time and my overall experience has been excellent.My special mention to Mr. Avinash who has been very proactive and helpful since the time I visited the showroom.

It was my first service of R3.Overall not a very good experience and did not get good vibes.Initially I did not get any call upon service completion and later when i called told only polishing is pending.Visited later saw the bike was not washed properly and could see the mud near the bottom and mud flaps of the bike.when asked the washed guy said hand can’t reach that space and can complain to supervisor on same. Later I spoke to supervisor and he was informed to do and washed it again.Later I felt the front fairing was vibrating when asked they said we have not removed at all. Later I said it’s not about removed or not my feeling. Then harshly they got one new R3 and it had the same play and vibration. Finally they said all fine and can leave, but as a customer I did not like the way they handled.The billing counter was not organised and took around 20 min r so. I just wish the customers can be handled better and can have the smile.I had informed the same when I received a customer satisfaction call later. But later when I had to visit the SVC again some days later for frame sliders fitting, it was very pleasant and even I did not had the appointment in prior but still got a very good response and done with my fittings. I am really happy and thanks to entire team!!!

Not so happy with the final bill and service. Went to this place for a paid service for my FZ V2 bike. For each of the issue i mentioned they have charged extra and a bomb. I do not know what is covered in the 550rs Service charge? Is it just the washing charge ? then another extra 100 for polishing. Got a nice 2000 bill for just clutch adjusting, Chain lubrication and air filter changing. Guys, who go for paid service here, better approach any local mechanic workshops !

Beware of getting oil change. You will be billed but your oil will not be changed. My bike did not feel different after the service. Get your oil change done outside where you can verify the work.Yamaha manual specifies some chain slack but the during service they always charge for chain tensioning and make it very tight. Is this wrong practice?

Good service, Im servicing my R15 bike for last 2 years and 9 months... Bike is in perfect condition. I do long rides, never had any issues. And I have done 6500kilomileters long drive in 9 days without even a single issue.. great service done by Yugandher, Rizwan and Santosh. Cool guy Supervisor Nobett. The team at the service centre are very helpful especially Rizwan as he ensures that everything is taken care of on behalf of the customer. He is a great asset for the company.

They first said on the phone that the service will be completed on the same day but on visiting the service centre they told that it will be completed on the next day. Also, yamaha promises to complete the service within an hour but the staff said that it will take 7 hours to complete the service. All the reviews that you see here are forced and I would not recommend this service centre at all.

Over priced for service, we can get our bike service twice outside for the same price... NOT SATISFIED!!!

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I TOOK MY NEW FZS VERSION 3.O TO ITS FIRST SERVICE THEY GAVE ME THE BIKE WITHIN 2 HOURS BUT THE WORK DONE WAS (REALLY BAD).1{FIRSTLY} THEY DIDNT APPLY THE TEFLON COATING WHICH I HAVE OPPOTED FOR.2)THEN AFTER TAKING THE DELIVERY WHRN U WENT BACK THE ENGINE OIL WAS COMING OUT OF THE CAP.AS IT IS A CRUCIAL THING FIR ANY MACHINE IT DEVELOP THE CHSNCES OF CEASING THE ENGINE.SO I DONT REFER THIS SERVICE STATION TO ANY OF THE(YAMAHA) OWNERS....WORST SERVICE

Very much disappointed with the service done to my 2013 model FZ. They charged me 3000 for such a poor service. Definitely not recommended unless and until you want to get robbed ruin your bike.

I bought a Yamaha FZS ARMADA BLUE, this was my third service there,after 3services Im giving a clear review about the service centre. The service dome there was pretty amazing as they show there dedication and work skills pretty good, and small small minor repairs also they didnt charge as they expect first priority is customer happiness. I was very happy with staff like Rizwan and yugandhar who serviced my vehicle. And they very helpful for suggesting stuff to me. Like I wanted to change tyre as well but they were like no need sir,its good for like more 5000kilometers,dont change they said and stuff.which showed there honest and helpful ness.

Very bad service from this dealer .. I visited for FZ v2 bike for free service. Bill s having consumables for rs. 100 cleaning 90 clutch bell is around 500 and chain oil rs.200... Very costly service than i dealers i visited before...not at all worth for services we receive..
