Its my overall feedback every customer must see and know about there serviceMr. Tejas I think.. he his a good technicianAnd miss Pooja Ok... sales executive she responded well with meWhen I visited for the first time in the showroom they are very much cearless towards the customer very disappointedAfter few days I went and Booked my bike the bike and my bike was just delivered with dust on the parts as it is.I paid 2,06,000 full cash and there are delivering my bike just wiping with a cloth where we can see the dust clearly with our eyes and its the 1st day I took my bike hope so customer may understand how much disappointing and careless towards a customer.For that miss Pooja asked for some time to get it washed but I planed in such a way that my Mom, Dad and my friends were waiting near the temple for me so I rejected for their negligence and Miss Pooja offered a free bike wash as a compansation after a week but with in 10 days my bike got some issue it didnt switch on I called and informed them they took my bike for getting it repaired and got washed my bike but even though I got same problem once again after getting repaired but this time my bike got repaired itself and think so that problem may or may not repeat I dont knowWorst customer service worst delivery service, etc.I think the feedback we INDIAN customer see in there profile are totally dam fake I guess for sure why because they call and indirectly ask us to give good feedbackNote: never ever ask for feedback again and again and again it such a foolish thing I ever seen till know its the customer wish to give feedback..If you people do whatever service in a genuine way you people will get 100% good feedbackThank YOU😑
Informative and helpful staff, showroom offered test rides generously. Diligent staff and delivered the bike on time with all needed accessories. There was no problem or issue with anything getting the bike from here. Thanking Sandeep for your guidance and assistance in buying the bike.

Stay away from this service centre. Unprofessional and unskilled workers. They dont understand what the problem is. If you tell one problem they will do different things and make you trust that the problem is solved.I told them to fill the fork oil and change the oil seal but they suggested me to just grease the cone set,and added that will solve my problem temperoarily. I said to solve the probelm permenantly. They charged me 2000 rs but when i drive the bike after servicing i can see no difference in the suspensions. They are making me to trust that my brakes are good. But i can feel the front braking is not good and also the rear brake was not adjusted properly. Very disappointed in changing my clutch cable and front fork oil. They even dont know to adjust the brakes perfectly. Very unprofessional motoworld.

We visited last Sunday for inquiring and quotation for fz v.3 ... Staffs are good..and.. its good and the showroom feels like a car showroom good amount of parking space is there... All model bikes are available for display. All Yamaha bikes are available. Good customer service and support. Test drive also available, finance help and bike services are available here. overall recommendable.

Worst experience. People were not accountable.Received call to collect bike before bike got serviced and had to wait in showroom for 2 hours. Service guys were so rude. Fuel cap was gone when I asked they say bike was in same condition when given. So, I had a big argument with manager( manager was nice)to get it done. Simultaneously, I have noticed same issue with other customer(but for mirror) .Worst experience which I ever had in any of the show rooms from last 5 years. Choose another show room to get your bike serviced.
We had a great experience, Professional Team. Sales Personnel Sandeep was very Impressive and Dedicated.
No respect for the customer an employee behaved very badly and was harsh when asked for the discount.They could have said Sorry we cant give any discount. But they were very harsh like if you want you take or go.I guess the employees name ramesh.I spoke to manger but they havent tanken any action yet and havent updated . The MD said he was in meeting so was not able meet but will respond later i havent gotten any update yet.

Very pathetic , worst service , i left my bike R15v2 for service after service i seen my bike i am really get upset because 4 years of my yamaha career first time very much upset ,if i complaint service not proper , service people will make scary customer saying engine gone , clutch plate gone that gone this gone, arrange money we will do service, they are not at all care about customer & there work, only money money money, see i am the owner of my bike i know how to maintain, money is not a matter but work should be perfect. I made a mistake selecting motor world & i decided to never keep step in motor world anymore. everybody work for money only but as the same work also should be perfect & satisfied.

I usually service in the showroom. But this was my worst experience.I am facing lot of issues in my bike after getting service Due to lockdown I am not able to reach the showroom.Service was done on fork and conset after the service which was done for rupees 3000I am not feeling comfortable after the service done in the showroom. I am pretty sure something is messed up during the service.I am getting noise from fork when I apply break and the suspension is very loose. And also my personal customisations (sticker) was removed without my consent.

Make sure you FI cleaned, service center simply they charge but never clean. Once i asked with senior machanic that how to clean FI? Then he told machanic to clean my bike FI. Even though that machanic doesnt know properly how to operate fi cleaner machine. I always wait until service done but never seen they are cleaning with FI cleaner and analyser machine but they charged 345rs two times. Please aware about this fraud of Yamaha service center.
This is the first time I am giving my bike here for servicing. They have made it really well and organised well. Kind of counters where they park your bike and get full details of problems. There are large number of workers and also the service centre is very big. Lets see by the end of the day how the service that really matters.I will also share the quotation and the service feedback shortly.

After riding my Honda Dio for almost 10 years, I decided to try Yamaha this time. I went to Motoworld and found all of the models available. The sales guy name Sandeep has helped me choose the right scooter by letting me TD all the models. I am 5.1 Feet and Yamaha Ray Z is the perfect size for me. Sandeep completed all the paper work in the same day.
They did the inspection very well and explained all the issues. You can trust that whatever parts are getting replaced those will be genuine one.so far I haven’t faced any issue even though haven’t ride that much after serviced.Also overall experience was good at the service Center.
Bought an FZs couple of days back, good experience. Salesperson Ravi was extremely helpful, be it multiple test drives or helping out with all the information. Absolutely professional and very customer centric, bike was handed over in a day and all formalities taken care of by the showroom
Last Thursday (15/10/2020) i gave my bike for service in Bangalore Motor World (Authorized dealer of India yamaha motors Pvt ltd, N0.944 Bangalore main road chandapura.i did full bike service and i asked them to change chain sprocket . i don’t know they have used originals sapre parts or local spares, it got damaged within 24 hours of service, i was in 70 KM speed in highway and suddenly my chain sprocket got damaged and suddenly the speed of the bike reduced and a car about to dash me. by god’s grace i am safe now. Kindly inspect their service. i doubt on their spare parts originality.And also they are billing for so many un wanted things. i paid 8871 rupees for this.
May 12th 2020 - Excellent purchase experience.Purchased a new MT15 and even in this Covid19 situation it got delivered on time. Everyone, especially Mr.Venu was very helpful and friendly. This is my second Yamaha bike and I loved it.June 10th 2020 - Average service experience.The vehicle delivery was very nice and the sales executives are friendly and welcoming. But the vehicle service is not up to the mark. The service executives dont know how to deal the customers nicely. After the service, it looks like the bike is not even washed properly. It is not my first experience, even with my old bike I was not at all satisfied with service.

Came here to get my FZ25s chain sprocket, swing arm bearing replaced. Work done neatly. Would definitely recommend other fellow riders to visit this service center for major part replacement or issues.

Bought a Fascino week back. The agents name is Manoj who helped me. Experience was average not very good neither Bad. The only problem I think where the showroom can improve is to train your staffs properly on customer service and the products knowledge is low of people. Plus there is a pack of communication between the service team and the sales team as well.I would like to appreciate Manojs effort. But even he should improve in terms of time promised to the customer.RegardsSaurish

MOTOWORLD is a very good Yamaha motorcycle dealer. The showroom is well sanitized, the staffs are very helpful. Also got good help from the sales executive Manoj in purchasing the Yamaha FASCINO .
Very good and genuine service centre for Yamaha motorcycles. Never overcharged or billed for services not done. Only problem is some delay happens when their schedule is busy. They should speed up things like when customer is waiting for vehicle delivery, they should immediately attend them. Like 9Star Suzuki does.
I have purchased Yamaha zr 125 street rally is a modern scooter good mileage and specification mr.sandeep is really good at his explanation of scooter explained all the features very well staffs are very friendly I consider everyone to go with Yamaha brand as its engine is very good

There are multiple issues here.1) Most of the things they add on your job-card has no reference to their rate card.2) They hardly talk about their rate card3) They have no rate card for the labour charges and equipments they use.I have used yamaha service center in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. This one is giving me 2x more cost on every service for no replacements.They blindly suggest sparkplug change every service.Minimum cost of service for a 250cc bike is 3000/- and on an average its 4000/-Who should be blamed here? We should have not bought Yamaha sighting 4k a quarter as a basic service cost or the service centre needs to get their prices in order and have an SOP in place.Ohh yes! Your bike will use maximum 1L of oil in 250 Cc. they will charge you for 1.5 L as each bottle of oil is 750ml and rest 500ml will not be given to you.They also sold me the pickup service but they are not able to arrange pickups and now they say that the service has expired and my pickups were not done.Servicing quality is utterly poor. They would never work on handle alignement, mirror alignment or even your tyre pressure. You will have to point out.They have zero understanding of vibrations in bike. Post service, my vibrations increase on footrest and gears. I have to go to a simple mechanic to get it checkedIn short, they have ruthless pricing and heavily focused on upselling at the cost of customer experience.
