Worst ever experience about mi home especially in this vijaynagar branch. Frustrated to buy any products at this place. Enquiring about the offer that has to given for the product that has purchased previously from more than a year. No response from the whom so it may concerned person or from Mi and really dont wish to buy any mi products at all in future.

When they know your there to buy just a 899 rs router , customer service executive dint even bother explain the product .

This place isnt as exclusive as other MI Homes. I found certain products missing for Demo like for today I didnt get to see MI band 5 and few other products as well. The smart bulb you buy you cannot test it here as they dont have Indian buld socket itseems.Parking for four wheelers vehicles is not there, park on side lanes and for two wheelers its present.

It was very nice experience to walking a store like mi home vijaynagar I had a great time talking to their staff as they where very helpful to understand the product... I just walked in to browse latest phones and I got information that they are running a good offer on k series which made me finally to get a new phone and got k20.... Kudos to complete team... Visited Mi Home today at around 7:15pm, there were total four customers and only two people from sales attending so I had to wait for almost 10mins. When I approached one of those two guys he didnt respond to me properly as he was attending other customer. Then I decided to wait. After 10mins or so the other sales person got free and attended me, hes very professional, thats why I am giving one extra 🌟 I purchased the mi 20000 mAh power bank 2i and a charging cable. But for both they dont have a demo piece. This store is situated well on service road, very close to Vijayanagar Metro Station. Theres no separate parking lot however we can park our vehicle on road side and this road in one way. This store is clearly visible from normal traffic.
