Among all the Maruti service centers I have been too, this one was the best. Appreciate that the Manager Venkataraman takes time to visit the floor and ensured my concerns are addressed. It was a quick and good service for my car.

Updating my older review of 4 star to 1 star.Had asked the service representative to avoid adding unwanted charges. But after getting the bill I see lots of unwanted charges added to the bill.

For this place right turn before the HP petrol pump if you are coming from Sarjapura road. Approaching road condition is not good. They are having service centre & maruti driving class facilities at this place. They are providing theories, simulator driving practice & on road classes. Having 3 cars option under driving school1. Celerio2. Swift3. DzireWorking hours- 9:30-6:30.

Excellent learning experience with the trainer Naresh.He will bring the confidence to drive properly on the road. He is very calm and polite person. So you will learn driving better than any other trainer.

I m getting excellent experience from this service centre since 2018 ..my most liking wagon r treated by them..I never asked for discount and demanded anything free..they way of approaching and courtesy and humanity with my parents at the time of service is not forgettable....I have seen some negative feedback also...Request incharges to address their issue..let them also to be happy like us...all happy customers wont appreciate ...but few not satisfied also not to be missed outI believe that my personal advise would be taken care.. I wont change my service centre as u are worthy across city and already built confidence...

This is not a showroom, people usually get confused it as a showroom, this is only a service centre and learning centre. Hospitality is very good , coaching is awesome , service is best.

Recently completed the driving school program here and it is very excellent and I like it very much. Theory classes in driving school is very good and more informative in real world. The main physical driving classes are also very well organized and all members are full professional and very helpful in all aspects. I fully recommend this Maruti driving school for every body. I would like to thanks especially the Sekhar , Kumar and other members for their support. Theory sessions with Sekhar will take you to different level in understanding the information of Car in all aspects.

Had issues with my brake-pads. Saravana was really helpful and the brakepads were replaced in no time. This center is the service branch of Mandovi (Mandovi Motors Pvt. Ltd) and you get genuine parts and service.. To my surprise the service (Including all charges) costed much lesser than a local workshop. Check with these guys before you get your car serviced at a multibrand showroom. Even the billing staff was really helpful..

The best thing is that they are always ready to help 24x7,even beyond regular working hours. On two occasions, my car Maruti Swift Dzire stalled at night on a busy main road of Bangalore city. I didnt want unauthorized mechanics to deal with my well maintained car. And in these Covid times.I called up the Manager Mr. Saravanan who promptly sent his competent team to fix the problem. This attitude of helpfulness and understanding,makes me a loyal customer of Mandovi for two decades. It has been a very very bad experience. My take away is the just hopeless a service station. You will give your car for servicing with 6 issues, inspite of having issues sorted, they will return back the car with two new ones. Last time when we gave the car, one of the spare part of missing and get a response on that we cant do anything about the missing part.This time, we highlighted 8 issue and handed the car. Till 4pm, not even half the issues were sorted. And shockingly, the car was delivered with the issues were sorted completely. Actually SURPRISED, how can the car/s be ready within an hour. The car was also dirty from inside with similar issues. my car after paying 10k for the latest servicing is still having the same issues. Not sure if this is quality of maruti service station.

Poor in terms of courtesy and Service standards and info that is provided is not up to date3. though it seems like a authentic institute. The service is not any better than an ordinary low cost driving school.

Hi,I got rat mesh for my car Maruti suzuki car swift and I feel very peaceful.Got it from reasonable price .Technicians very skilled and quality work done.

I was here for motor driving training. They have organized the training very beautifully and provide all the necessary lesson. But, one drawback is if you missed your regular classes, they will never call you to schedule it later. You only need to always chase them for scheduling your remaining vlasses.

Driving School experience: Want to share experience with Mandovi training school person at the RTO officeUnprofessional behaviour by the member who was to coordinate at the RTO office. No better than other driving school. Just leaves you there and goes for his work. Even after paying them you will have to figure out where to go with the documents. Collected additional money at the end for two wheeler driving licence integration without receipt.

They charged me for fixing rattling sound in car doors, glitch in car clutch, sound in silencer etc. But nothing improved. I even paid for new clutch replacement but new clutch they have fitted in also has problem. i will not recommend this place, rest on your discretion.

Maruti service centre. Quality of service has come down a bit. Maruti must separate Nexa service from here now, if they really want to focus on top quality service.
