Do not go for this place…they charge you more … they bill you for unnecessary parts.. they don’t give you an estimation before service and when you go after service they charge you very high … they add unnecessary parts to the bill

My 5star is for Chandrasekhar and for Mahesh.. they maintain time and quality work in time... Supervisor Mahesh will guide what all must be changed and they will do only need work no unwanted expenses... Chandrasekhar is skilled worker I liked his work... I suggest for Rs200 it will be the good place to repair.. chose Chandrasekhar to repair Ur bike.

The quality of service is quite good which is most desirable by a rider at a bike service center. If you are an early bird here, you might be lucky enough to get your bike serviced or repaired within a couple of hours, but if you are here by 11:30 or later, you might have to deposit your bike for a day.The service guys are modest and helpful.But yeah, service is quite costly and it is also quite far from the showroom. Given that there is only one cashier, it takes quite a while to get the no dues and gate pass even after your bike is repaired.

Finding that your brakes dont work while you are travelling on the Outer Ring Road, can be unsettling to say the least. Headed to this service center, where instant attention was paid and problem resolved in 10 minutes flat. Was told no payment was required despite me noticing that a fair amount of labour and a brand new container of brake fluid was used. Glad KTM has invested in great people and is not just selling expensive bikes. Thank you Khivraj and kudos to Satish.Excellent service, do keep it up. Would recommend this center to anyone without hesitation.

Not satisfied with this service center I took my pulsar 180 which was stopped in lock down I didnt see any difference before and after service still some issues are same as before and I took again 1 time next day of service due to not fixings the issue and lack of knowledge in staff and manager to find and fix the problems in bike may be its good for only general service

I own a Dominar 400 bike of 2017 model ( the very first model of D400 by bajaj)....as many of them know that in this Model Coolant issue is seen common, even in my Bike I had same issue and Got solved in a Elegant and Splendid way 😀😎...all because of the two heros of KHIVRAJ BAJAJ SERVICE CENTER doddanakkundi namely Mr. Chandru & Mr. Mahesh sir. They are very kind N Gentle towards there work, who always interacts with Customers in a impressive and Humble manner. My bike is in a healthy and Good condition only because of them🔥. This service center is Good place for Bajaj bikes 👍🎊 and I strongly Recommend it 😎😀

Technicians are very professional & they dealt with my issue on time. Even though my part was not available at the center, they quickly procured it from their main hub & they got my Front disc brake wire replaced quickly within 4 hours which was very outstanding.Especially MAHESH & CHANDRU were very helpful & their dedication to service their Customer is very much appreciated.I will recommend this service center over any other to EVERYEONE.

I have been giving my bike here for more than a year now and i would recommend all to visit here once and see for yourself the level of service they provide is really good. Apart from that you will be given complete explanation about what is best for your bike and what needs to be done.You can also avail good discount here as they some or the other schemes running for the customers.So visit and check by yourself.

I gave my bike for service today. Im not at all feeling any difference after service. Feel like spent 2k only for water wash and that is also not done properly. They just want to charge 2k/bike for regular service thats their target and the worst part is, I waited for 2hrs to get billing done and many others also waited so long for their turn. Old age billing system, they just want to continue with this because they can change the rate as per their wish, yes the rate is editable for each entry in the bill. Theyll will charge you as they wish to to round off and charge you 2k. Dont waste your money and time here.

I bought ns160 from khivraj bajaj and went for my first service thinking it will cost me 600-700, but later the invoice shows 1494, in this invoice the spare part cost is fine but the labour charge should be free right?Nope, they will tell you some other reason like it is sanitization, oil they used for cleaning and some polishing they done. But if you see the bill it is clearly showing Labour charges.So conclusion is buy those spare parts off market and if you get engine oil that wil reduce cost since they will charge you mrp.Better visit other service center than this one, they will reply in good reviews here and gonna ignore my review,Also better buy apache, yamaha, honda, hero their service is bike quality is good.These service center people are looting customer with non transparent charges. Trust me!UPDATE 10JULY2021:went for second service of ns160 oil change was an option since my bike ran only for 1130km, since they used fully synthetic oil. Charges for second service is 503rs and 2nd service includes same as first service i.e chain cleaning, greasing, consumables, polishing, lubrication

Not even think to go their . One of hopeless and useless service center. It seems they replace original parts and battery. My bike was absolutely perfect but my bad luck I went there for first service and my avenger bike battery went down after 2 days and that issue become a permanent pain in my bike. Its better not to do any service of your bike rather going there.

Experienced an amazing service for my bike. The staff is really hard working and dedicated.They made sure the problem with my bike is solved on the same day despite of closing their store at 6pm .. Instead they worked until 8pm to fix the problem and its all cool nowGreat service and great staff.

The mechanics are not skilled at all. They will not check anything before delivering the bike. Simply they will charge. They will make sure that every week you will find some problems in your bike and have to visit the service center again.

It used to be good until an year and half back. They have transferred some people from Whitefield branch to this branch and ever since then the quality of service had been coming down. No proper servicing will be done. They will not tell what the problems are. Standard statement of current incharge at Khivraj is any component will last only 45k kms for Pulsar which includes switches wiring engine tyre .. etc. it appears like you have to change your bike after 45k kms....and cannot use bike. That is the kind of meaning youget if you listen to him. After service bike will be good only for couple of days or max a week. Later you will see a new problem for which they say something has gone bad. I dont understand why that problem was not forecasted during the maintenance time.

I had my bike serviced here twice as it was nearest to my location. I didnt notice much difference both the times. I realised this when I tried a different centre . . Any my bike feels new.Theyll simply recommend replacing everything to inflate the bills.I asked for the old parts that were replaced and they never show it. Say that its sold in scrap or act busy to avoid questions. Another time they called saying replacement is necessary for the same part they had replaced earlier.Id suggest taking your bike any other place except for here. Save on money and save life of your vehicle.

I bought an oil filter for my rs 200, I opened and checked it there itself infront of them, it seemed like a used one then I asked him for replacement, he shouted at me syaing this is a sealed one sir how can I exchange the one which you opened.At last after sometime he gave me another one, the mistake I did was, I didnt checked the second one there, when I came back home I opened it and rest you can see in the pictures attachedIf there was a zero rating I would have given that.

They will charge 600 for servicing along with separate charge for each individual item they do. On asking what 600 is for, they did not have an answer. These guys just motivate me to do my bike servicing myself. Just for washing they charge 600.They always charge for the O ring but never replace it and since it only costs Rs 5, no one ever asks about it. They will charge around 100 for polishing. 250 for chain cleaning and lubrication. They will charge for the full bottle of chain spray and only give you the bottle if you ask for it.All in all, they did 4 things which I think a normal person should be able to do with some basic tools- Chain cleaning and lube- Engine oil replacement- Disc brake cleaning- Water washNot worth giving 2000, most of which is just labour cost for 1 hour of effort. They surely must be paying their service engineers more salary than any software engineer.

I had purchased an RS 200 from here. The showroom personnel was giving demo on the bike that I had already booked. This didnt feel good. The service center is even more pathetic. Never had a good experience there. My bike was making a thud sound which was coming from the front suspension. I visited the service center to fix the problem. They did some adjustments and the sound had reduced a bit but was still there. The service center person said it was normal with all the bikes and wanted me to believe that. A lot of my friends have the same bike and its not a normal sound.

Had a pleasant experience for first service of my Dominar 400. Very quick to respond, addressed all the issues that I raised and replaced the head light (high beam issue) on the same day by getting the spare part from Indira Nagar branch so that I do not have to wait for very long.Very happy with the customer service provided by the team, a special mention for Naik, Mahesh & Vandhan and of course the mechanics (sorry I didnt get their names)

Excellent service by technician Chandru Anna. He understands the issue well and helps in resolving the same. Generally warranty claims are full of hassle, but I was surprised by the support received and the dedication to fix the issue. I am not impatient with service as I require quality work more than quantity work, they kept the bike for somedays and worked on it diligently. At the time of delivery the bike feels like new again, my long pending issue was resolved without a fuss in this Service centre. Although this was my first visit here, but the quality of service provided was beyond expectations. Service manager Mr Vandhan was exceptionally patient and supportive. I came to the service station under recommendations from a friend, and would definitely recommend to others , especially for service of dominar.

I gave my bike here for service. Simply they will tell we have to put this that etc..My bike ran 14k they changed chain socket, I mentioned about sound they didnt check only. They changed break pads which I have not mentioned and break was proper.So before going there please have a full knowledge about what to change and why.

Very worst experience here even 1 star also..waste for them before lockdown gave my bike and got recently they charged around 11k for front doom damage bike not even in stable condition and labour charge is 3000 bucks.. even I dont have job to pay such amount for fixing front doom they had labour charge around 3000 its rediculesThis was first and last time tym went there and I wont prefer anyone there because, such a worst experience I faced.

I own a Bajaj Dominar and was purchased from khivraj motors. Since I have bought the bike from khivraj motors I wanted to give my bike for service at khivraj service station and yes this was the first time I gave for service here.I came to the service station at 2:15 pm on Monday and the time taken for attending me was shocking.. it just took 3 to 5 mins for a technician to attend my concerns. The technician ( unfortunately I do not know his name) came towards me and gently started the conversation. At the end of the conversation I was surprised to hear what he said, he was like the bike will be ready by 5, thats just 3 hours from the time I gave my bike. Guess what? The cashier had called me at 430 pm ( half an hour before the promised time) stating that the bike is ready with service n that I have to check the bike. I went as soon I recieved the call n checked that the bike was ready with service n washing with just polishing work pending. The bike was sent to washing bay as soon as i reached there for a final wash n polish.The charges were nominal as I had second free service due.The measures taken at this time of pandemic was exceptional. Very happy with the service and will go back for further concerns.

Worst service centre ever I had visited. They will tell all the issues have been addressed and none would be taken care. In the process of service they broke my mud guard and it’s taking me for ever to get replaced.One of the issue I reported related to my bike was rear brakes and I don’t see it getting fixed but added a new problem where it creates noise every time I brake now. The experience of people who repair bikes are very less and it is creating more trouble for customers.I would recommend people not to visit this service centre and get your bike damaged further.

Worst and worst service center compare to this sub dealers is for better. I have submited my NS200 almost 4 time and still so many issues raising every month and there will be new problem also will come and they will say all the issues was resolved but after 2 days everything was routine.

I had rear brake failure on the way back home, had to take an emergency service here. Rear master cylinder needed to replaced. Service technician, Uday Kumar said that it had been replaced. But it failed again, the same week. After giving it to a different service centre, they said that previous time, the rear cylinder wasnt replaced.

One of the worst service centre ever seen ,On the technical aspect they dont have technical expertise in the auto domain , I had a problem with my chain , the concerned service handler had asked me to replace it without any inspection.If you have more money and want to spend , here is the best place as I see everytime my bills is not less than 2k.Billing person had called me stating bike is ready ,however once I went there they started cleaning and generating the bills .It took almost half an hour which is highly un-professional time plan by the spoc.

I have visited them twice with Balancing issues on my D400. Both times, they said the issue has been resolved but it didnt. Mr. Naik generally seems not bothered if its a free service or warranty cover.Every time I go there, they would ask me to rate them good. They would be lesat bothered about resolving the issue.They have asked me not to come over on weekends, and that itself is a big problem for me.I am not not sure how to get the issue resolved.

Hi All,First of all servicing was not required for my bike, these people only called me and told me to come for second free service or else it will effect your warranty they said. Even if i skip this service would not matter but they want to grab money, they could have told me its OK sir it is not required, you cover some more kms then will see. Its ok fine leave it that is too much of expectation. I went for service I told my complaints happily he wrote in paper and said don worry sir will take care, I knew he will not take care but still a hope i believed him and when i went to collect my bike guess what! same like expected and instead of fixing what is written in complaints he has done something else to make money by selling bike parts. I asked him to check handle alignment he says it looks fine for me hello you are customer or I am? even if I am wrong from your point you should agree because customer is comfortable with that. Anyways the handle is still uneven. The bike gets turned off that also he did not check. But when I asked for bill that one thing was done properly, no doubt.Everywhere it is same case, wherever you go.

My Bajaj Dominor suddenly stopped starting. It took 10 days for them to replace fuel pump (which I doubt was the problem). My bike had full tank petrol and while returning, it had atleast 5 litres less. And they shamelessly agreed to deduct some amount from the bill for it (without even apologizing).And these guys wonder why I dont leave my bike with them for regular service.

Worst service center ever i visited.I have done my new NS 200 service in this service center, after 2 days of service carburettor got blocked and they taken more than a week to diagnose the issue.However I left my bike for 2nd service with same service center this time my bikes rear break not working.I dont know what kind of mechanics they have.
