The standard service for Ford figo costs 5k in Ford website. But here in this particular service center the labour cost more than 5k.They charge extremely high without even doing the task properly

Sorry to say JSP Ford Service is loosing its goodwill. I contacted service center for Ford Aspire Foglight dome. Its been 3 weeks no update. Visited service center 3 times no action taken. Manager Mr.Sanjay also promised that he will take care of the issue but no progress.

Fast, fair and affordable, I have been here for my first free service at 2500, and 2nd service at 10000. Staffs are so friendly and professional. Also visited once for claiming insurance after a minor accident. They spoke and handled the situation so great and made me feel comfortable and without any hassle they fixed all the issues. I believe they can deliver such service as long as they have staff like Mr.Gurunathan, who is great technically and at customer relations. 4 stars for the entire Service center + 1 star for Mr.Gurunathan = 5stars

They charged more than the ford promised service cost for the 2nd service of freestyle. When I made a complaint to Ford, they were telling it happened by mistake, as they charged the tax twice and they treat it as a feedback. My question is how can a computer generated bill have such a mistake. Beware of such mistakes from their end.Feedback to the service center: After the service I am unable to drive at night during rain, as there were some residue on windshield immediately after each wipe. I think this is because they cleaned the windshield with same towel which is used for car body(I guess that towel has some wax, used for car body detailing)

Today I took my car to the sevice center for an oil change status update. The service was amazing and they resolved the issue within 5 mins.

Staff are very courteous. They listen to all the issues and then walk you thoroughly on what check they will do and the quotation for same. They update you with all progress. I opted for home delivery and car was delivered on promised date and time. There was hardly any wait time for me.

Friendly staff, very quick service. This was my second free service and hence not much of work for the staff.There is a decently sized customer’s lounge with AC and WiFi for any WFS related requirements.Billing was super quick and they accept all payment modes including PhonePe, Gpay etc.

Have been servicing my Ecosport here ever since I bought it. Good responsive staff always eager to help you. Knowledgeable service manager is something I always look forward to in a service centre. You can be reassured that good care will be given to your car in their hands. Couple of minor points which I did not like have already shared then and there with them and they have agreed to work on them. Rating four star as there is always spoke for improvement. Nonetheless you can always approach them for your Ford service.

Just Sharing my Recent Experience, I had a troubleshoot of my vehicle; It was almost 6:30 PM and the closing time of the service center, since I was traveling to native. I requested the Ford service team to fix the issue at earliest.Mr Sandeep K S - Workshop Manager was so friendly, he came upfront to help us and sorted the issue within an hour and they delivered the vehicle around 7:30.Kudos to the team.Appreciate the quick help.

Yogesh from Ford visited to check the battery issue. He fixed the issue and gave good information. In general the customer service of the service center is very good.

The service engineers are quick in assessing the repairs & providing estimates. Regular updates about vehicle status is provided. Body shop work is done to perfection. Vehicle is delivered before the estimated date.

I am not sure why a 34k run vehicle was serviced for 60k schedule. I was charged some 10000 INR for the service.Update Jan 2021: Informed by Pune Service centre my front right fog lamp is missing. Since I am no longer in Bangalore, cannot do anything about it.

Great place to get service and repairs done for your ford. They are absolutely professional folks and do not come across as wanting to squeeze money out of you with unnecessary repairs and parts replacement. I felt their assessment shared by them of my vehicle after road test was spot on and in line with what I had observed.Special mention to the service team member Mr. Sreenath who helped with unlocking my car. He was polite, prompt and efficient.Another great professional was the service advisor Mr. Vaseem Pasha. His recommendations were practical and sound. I really dont know about other service engineers but I was not that happy with Vaseem Pasha service.1. The car was not test driven when service was done.2. Internal cleaning wasnt done, dust was filled on dashboard, ac vents, seats and rear side (boot space)3. Dont know what this new rule is come up saying that water wash shouldnt be done, how does a car look clean without water wash..I still remember saying clutch in my car was tight in my 3rd and 4th service, to be precise 20k and 30k kms to Thangaraj engineer that time i feel it was ignored cos that time it was under warranty and now when I went to 40k kms service I was asked to change the entire clutch kit which includes tie rod ends ball joints etc etc and which somewhere comes close to + or - 20k.I believe in first come good service as in when I take my car out from service, i must feel good rather than calling the engineer and telling him I still feel there is some issue or the car is not cleaned properly etc etc.. I completely agree you would take up that request and arrange someone to visit my premises and fix that.. Sometimes I need to take the vehicle again to the service station to fix the issue or you give a free pick n drop to fix the issue..and am happy that its only ford who does this kind of service but I dont prefer doing it like this way.. I want the vehicle to be checked completely and only then deliver to customer.Am definitely sure that all customers would prefer the same.

Mr. Guru was the service manager assigned to me on my recent, and first, visit to JSP Ford near Kudlu Gate.I am very happy with my experience.This was an unscheduled visit from me to get some nagging noises from the car diagnosed and fixed. Got my Ecosport serviced for the first time at JSP after regrettable experiences with Elite. Very satisfied with their pickup + drop service, how well the car was cleaned, and the reasonable charges (in keeping with Ford India’s service promise). Mr Sreenath from JSP ford came promptly at the scheduled time and helped me in opening the car. As I was out station and came after lockdown the car battery was down and even with the key the door was not opening. It was my 1st free service for ford freestyle.The Service advisor was polite and did his best to answer all my queries. Since it was the 1st service there is not much to do ,so the service was ok, but I was very much upset to see that there were scratches all over the exterior of the vehicle when I got the delivery. They tried hard to remove the scratches by rubbing some liquid but some are still noticeable. Its difficult to see your new vehicle with scratches all around when you take all the care to maintain the vehicle especially when its very new.
