I had a very bad experience here. Booked via go mechanic app. They picked up my car immediately and they assured they will deliver within 2 days. But after 2 days when I went to take my car back, my car remains untouched, they didnt even start the work. I felt I took wrong decision and took back my car. Its always good to do service in showroom itself

My first hand experience, customer executive to the Gomechanic buddy, all gave wrong time estimates & lies through out the time. Its 4th day today, and I still havent received my CAR back from Gomechanic service centre. I have tried reaching everyone, they switch off their phones. And wrong cost estimates as well, its not as per their onIine quotes.Dent pictures arent shared with me and wrongfully added in cost for door and bumper. I will not recommend GOMechanic, since they dont value your time, your CAR and their own commitments.Next time I would make sure that Gomechanic wont be my CAR service provider

Took up the request and told that a technician would show up within 30 minutes and no one did for the next 3 hrs and counting. Follow ups led to no response. So not a service that is recommended if you are stranded somewhere.
