Folks, Dont trust on star rating in google. NRI layout new branch is opened recently which is looks good(I dont know about other branches). I thought they will give good service to customers so i given my bike to them for general service. I was really shocked when they return my bike with 3 to 4 hours. They are not trained well to repair bike all are washing experts. I feel proud for bike water service i paid 1600/-. Really they dont do any thing in your bike.

Not very happy. Gave my bike for service and after it was returned, I had some issues with the front wheel n brake making noise. The guy took it back said he replaced some part and I again had the same issue the next day. Had to take it again this time another guy says another part needs to be replaced. I wonder what they were doing while servicing the bike. I would have rather taken it to some local repair shop for basic service.... Well...I appreciate that they finally fixed the issue without charging any extra. The managers took up the issue and dealt with the problem.....

Worst ever service they are doing. They charged 1600/- for normal service but the reality they just wash my bike given to me. Before giving to service my bike running smoothly after service it bacame worst. Later I came to know my friend also given his bike for service he also given same feedback to me. I never suggest to anyone.

I given my bike for servicing , Deepak took one step forward to given better service , before I was giving by bike servicing for some other locations of others now its make me to give service againhere because service provided here by mr.deepakService manager.

Requesting the common man to avoid this place like the plague. Here is why : Not at all value for money and there is always a risk of vehicle breakdown after service. They are clearly fleecing people and I doubt they even serviced the vehicle. Right from the word go, they just want to keep on replacing parts unnecessarily and drag the bill amount as much as they can, they literally finished the servicing in under 3 hours, see what I mean. They want to upsell unnecesarily, like vehicle insurance, their auto parts AMC, etc etc. The 699 servicing scheme is a total scam and scheme to reel the fish.A local garage fella could do a better job IMHO, VOC job estimates are inflated, plus they shovel useless addons. Best part is after they are done fleecing in thousands of rupees, they slap an additional 18% GST, like adding insult to injuries,which the local garage does not charge.I shall never ever set foot in a VOC.My personal observation on the review section here is that that there are a lot of 5 star ratings with comments singing praises about the staff at VOC, which seems bogus, owing to the language used and this is the only review dropped in. A company that writes bogus reviews simply should not be trusted with our lives.

In the begining, the service was good, but now pathetic, They didnt understand the customer views, service is too worst, they came up one or more parts replacements,Little beware on these people, I stopped my two wheeler service from VOC
