It was smooth experience with trident Hyundai Indiranagar (Domlur) service station. Service advisor (Praveen) was very helpful and well knowledgeable person. He patiently listen all my queries and explained me well. He also explained overall information about Hyundai car care protection and how I can increase the life of the car. He didnt tried to sell his advice. He asked me to wait at the customer waiting area till my car was getting ready. They have switched off ACs due to covid off course but they have kept a fan for a air circulation. Basic amenities are available like clean water, washrooms etc.All cars are parked safely before and after services.All staffs are very welcoming and helpful including security stuff. They are eager to help the customers.Only 1 suggestion it would be great if they allow customers to see the actual service area.

Trident Service Center Domlur has been an always dependable service node for servicing my sons Eon car in the past two years, and in future for my newly acquired Creta. The location is easily accessible, and service is prompt and timely. My contact person at the Domlur center is Senior Service Advisor, Mr Praveen MG, with whom I find easy rapport. He is polite, communicative, very experienced and is well versed with all car related problems and their best solutions. He also ensures that tasks are completed on time, and to full satisfaction.

Excellent service by Trident Hyundai Service Center at Domlur (Indra Nagar) Bangalore. Advisor Mr. Praveen was very helpful and knowledgable and also fixed all the issues with my car. Gave my venue for service, they did a good job. Staff are polite and helpful. They kept me update through watsapp, letting me know what all is being done on the car and progress of service. It was delivered as per the promised time. Place is clean and a lot of parking space available. Only dry wash is done though so better to be around when you pick up your vehicle.
