Service was good but the labour charges are too high. They charged 1000 rs labour charges for just oil change, oil filter and air filter changes. I think this labour charge is too high. I would recommend to visit the company(Maruti/Hyundai) service center for normal servicing due to this high labour charges.

Loved the service over here, staffs are really nice. They use Bosch products only. They helped me with the electrical fixtures as well and took special care of my car. You can really watch your car getting serviced over here which is not the case for many other service center. This place is pocket friendly and services provided are top quality.

Attitude, they dont do small fixes.Edit: You are saying i have not visited your service centre, its a lie. How do you confirm that i have not visited? First of all you guys did not even showed interest to repair my vehicle just by oral communication said we cannot do this small work. I was here for to replace my car brake pads and i was having the required spares with me but you guys denied. And at last why would i give false reviews or feedback what is the benefit for me? I am not your competitor just a car owner. Check my profile for authenticity and the type of feedback for different places. Admit your mistakes and correct it, it will really help at least your new customers.

Just went today to get Wheel Studs changed on my Honda City. Very fast service and very professional. Mechanics are knowledgeable and quick.Overall I felt that service experience much better than the Honda service center and the pricing is very reasonable. Even Service advisors are amazing.Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to service their car.

One of the worst car wash service, they use a machine instead of a traditional pressure washer and hand cleaning. The bug marks are still visible and I have realised there are more scratches on the car now. Never going to give my car for a wash where they use a machine.

First impression is the best. I loved their diagnosis and service.. solved my wheel issue very well. The one i liked is they are very transparent in their work. I stayed their for entire service. Keep up the same way

I saw that recent Feedback are not that much good but Old Feedback are good.I want to get my Honda Car Service done but now i am not sure if i should visit here or i should go Authorized Honda Service Center.The Rating star is mandatory by google so specifying as symbolic only.

Really impressed by d job !!! I had given Chev Cruze for bumper dent repair n they have delivered the work professional. The faculties are very responsive n helpful.

They wont accept card as it would charge 2%. I have asked to add TVS brake pads and they added Rane without even discussing with me.

Quality work and excellent staff (Supervisor, expert worker) at Body shop. I have reached their workshop late in the evening and they agreed to take the vehicle for polishing. The person name was Wasim and he did an excellent job on detailing and Teflon coating. The price was reasonable as well.

Beware they will quote always high price so that they have margin to add up , they will not give you the bill of the genuine part they claim to install. They will give you the bill for the labour containing the amount of parts. So if you want to claim warranty of a part in case you will be have pragathi motors bill not company bill. Hope this helps

I given my vehicle swift.in pragathi motors for yearly service. I have good experience.. And cost also reduced compared to dealer.. They r use all parts MGP..... I happy with done service in pragathi..

I tried Pragati motors based on the good ratings here.. but my experience was worst when I got my nano servicing done...1. The technician was not pumped up with adequate skills... He was just doing trial and error... even one place i guided him for installation of switch... Not sure its because of lack of knowledge orowanted to increase bill..2. time estimation was not correct.... This also I would say because of less skilled.. the technician could not undeeunderthe problem in one shot.. after servicing only he came to know about part replacement.3. Delay in parts procurement.. they just maintain parts for general services.. if you dont have much time to invest then its not a right place to select.4. Issue with billing, someone else also commented that, as I correctly remember over the phone it was told different labor charges but finally they charged more even more than Tata motors service center...Its my experience..Take your own decisions...

Worst call to get the car serviced. Had to get my car towed from highway after 1 day of their service. Simply careless attitude.

Thanks Kumar for calling. I have given 3 🌟 based on my interaction with you there and my past experience. In future I would love to review it again based on future experience. FYI, the issue I discussed with you yesterday which you said cant not be done anything as no scanner available with you though your technician wanted me to wait till the engine get cool and inspect further, same has been fixed by Chevrolet service station in Rs 100 by replacing the faulty rubber seal of PCV valve.

Gave my car to fix major dent and they fixed it same as original with reasonable price and delivered car on time ...

Though they fixed my car problem, i have lost premium car mats(mostly during wash) and engine sump guard protection(most likely after fixing silencer leakage problem) for my Fiat linea car in their garage. When enquired over phone about this, they told customer has verified before taking delivery! Further said that they will check cc footages and update back but never done.

Quality and product are very good, cash wash interior and exterior both with polish, impressive service.Staff behavior is very decent.

Very poor services.. The staff is very rude and works out way too expensive than anybody else..I had asked for a chair for my mother who had been standing for a while, the guy said, if u want a chair, go to restaurants... And when I pointed out that hes delayed the work, he said, hes the owner and asked someone to come with a rod to break the carThe staffs behaviour is aggressive and scary..

Worst multibrand bosch service center even seen so far, if you are expecting better service at lower cost then this is not the place..They do not entertain bosch spares instead they force you to go far unknown parts stating part un availability.Lazy workers, super lazy goon service advisor.. These guys for sure screw ur day.. I am not sure why bosch allows such service center to use their brand.High labour cost, you will end up paying more than the cost of authorised service center with sub standard parts.I will not recommend them to anyone...

Very sad to give 1 star. If negative was there I would go for that.My chevorlet spark was having issue with engine idle.It was not stable as the engine was loosing power at stops and warning light was glowing. I visited this place and without any proper diagnosis they asked me to replace IDLE SENSOR and cost was Rs 16000. I was surprised without scanning my car they came to a conclusion. And when I asked about scanning my car the supervisor told me it costs another Rs 2000 for scanning.I was not at all happy with their attitude.I left the shop without keeping my car.The best part is that I bought a ELM 37 scanner from amazon for RS500 and when I checked for fault codes I got error p2119 which is of clogged throttle body .The return spring was not acting proper due to carbon deposit .I bought a cleaner for Rs 70(Zorrik 88 ) and cleaned the throttle body to remove unwanted carbon deposit. Now adjusted my engine RPM for 1000.Now No warning light neither engine shut down.**Warning for customers who is going to visit this shop they will try to cheat you blindly.If they would had done a scan of my vehicle and then confirm then I would not be so frustrated.Very very bad experience. .

Went for Ford classic power window control switch, But part was not available immediately had to wait for 2days. Decent job

Excellent work done, my car had hell lot of issues they cleared very well, more than worth of money.

Very unprofessional to deal with, no ethics or moral responsibility. I got my car brake pads replaced and after which started getting weird noises. complained to them - they were very defensive and were not ready to even listen after a lot of argument they inspected and found that calipers pins have to be replaced - and they dint have stock. they disowned the problem and me to get it fitted at honda service. Over all the person (atleast) i dealt with was very rude and unprofessional. The quality of the brake pads are very bad and started giving weird noises now. they say they are no way responsible for the quality of the spares they sell. totally unprofessional and un-pleasent to deal with.

Serviced my Skoda Rapid on 31/5/2017 here. This is the first time I gave it outside of Skoda workshop in K. Puram. Very supportive and customer friendly staffs. Nice equipment for cleaning and drying. Service adviser, Mr.Kumar was very patience to answer all my questions.Delivered within 24 hr of dropping, as promised.Over all very Happy and Satisfied.

Stopped giving my vento to the vw service centre cause I thought it was a rip off . Tried pragathi motors was given an estimate of 48000 for the service and replacement of clutch plate that had to be replaced .and break pads had to be replaced .. thought since its a heavy duty service might as well ask apple Whitefield before I went ahaed. Turns out my clutch just needed some tuning and the break does not need to be replaced . The entire service cost me 18000.. BEWARE ,..
