First time visited Lakshmi Hyundai Whitefield service for my I20 steering hard, they quickly attended in front of me with some diagnosis tool & told EPS motor failure need to change cost around 10k, I informed have extended warranty , they checked on the system agreed to change free of cost , I was waited one hour they fixed the issue, very good experience with the staff their politeness and behaviour, its very big service center and clean and neat waiting area...I request my Hyundai owned friends once visit and feel the experience with Lakshmi Hyundai... once again thank you Lakshmi Hyundai

Money minded franchisee or dealer. Same way the staff also has been instructed to upsell as much as they can. Quality of cleaning very bad. Without asking they will keep adding extra services to increase bill size. As someone rightly said the reviews seem fake. If you see other dealers like Blue Hyundai, Advaith Hyundai have average reviews. It means they are genuine. They do not even bother to respond. The manager did not even respond to whatsapp messages. Money is all they want. Guys, if you are educated, love your car and work or have a business of repute then believe me they will never be able to satisfy you. It is like an upcountry service center where the type of crowd that comes does not care much about their rights to demand the quality. These guys behave in the same manner.Seriously, please avoid. Due to proximity of my house I went there for the first time. But never now. I will drive 4 km extra and go to either Advaith or other guy but never this guy agian.Last thing, they also badmouth about other dealers. Its a matter of shame and one can understand what attitude they carry. Disappointed totally. Wasted my hard earned money by trusting these guys as I am a person who would always give benefit of doubt to everyone. But I felt cheated. 3rd grade service if I have to tell in a single sentence.

Looks like a lil strong armed tactics to get the customer to accede. I was requested to go meet the manager - for what joy, Mr. Venkatesh. It would be nice if they tell me what was the reason i had to go to the back of the facility. If I had a concern I would have voiced it but was told -Please meet my Manager . I mean I am paying out of my pocket for services rendered and so need not be coerced into ESCALATION tactics.

One of the worst service center. Better go to Advaith or Trident rather then coming to this branch.No professionalism. Driver handle was broken they said it need to be replaced, I agreed. This will take a week to get the part, today its 2 years still waiting and following up.Now they stopped picking phone as well. Finally went to another center and getting it fixed.

On behalf of people living in Pioneer Moonstone apartment Seegehalli, Kadugodi, Whitefield, I wish to draw your attention to the excessive noise and disturbance experienced by residents in our society due to nuisance caused by Lakshmi Hyundai Car Service Center Whitefield next to our apartment.The car service center people wash and clean cars outside their premises/shed with heavy air pressure jets and vacuum cleaners, which makes intense noise and disturbance to residents living around. It is quite difficult for residents to bear such noise the whole day, right from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and that too daily. Children having online classes cannot hear properly and concentrate due to excess noise, people who are working from home cant concentrate on their work and attend meetings, old or sick people cant take rest peacefully. We always have to keep our windows closed due to the intense noise creating by Lakshmi Hyundai car service center. Overall, it is unbearable torture and harassment to the people living in our society and nearby.Despite making several requests to the service center to reduce the sound of noise, they are not ready to take any action and simply refuse our requests.I again request you to take immediate action and necessary steps at the earliest, else we will be forceful to take Legal action against you.

I am Aishwarya Prasad, having Hyundai Santro Sportz. My vehicle # is MH43BU0813.While driving in the highway, there was a dog hit in the front left bumper, in Kolar Highway on 10th Dec20. I came to Whitefield, Bangalore and approached Lakshmi Hyundai Service Centre, Whitefield and met Mr.Naveen, Service Advisor. He explained us everything politely, the step by step process of repairing to be carried out and the cost involved.He enquired me about utilising Insurance claim. On my acceptance, without prompting or even a request from me, he instantaneously got in touch with the concerned insurance company agent and got the approval for the same.Though the parts were not immediately available at the centre, he contacted the head office and got the bumper and painted it. Originally he said the vehicle will be available on 4th day due to procurement, painting and drying etc.. However, ON OUR REQUEST, HE COMPLETED THE JOB ON 3rd DAY ITSELF.While handing over the car, he comforted us by informing that when we return to Bangalore in a month or 2, if anything still requires his attention to the car, he will surely attend to it.NOW A DAYS IT IS A TREASURE FOR THE COMPANY TO HAVE PEOPLE LIKE MR.NAVEEN. A COOL PERSON WITH SERVICE MENTALITY, TO KEEP THE CUSTOMER THOROUGHLY HAPPY AND SATISFIED.HE IS A PERSON WITH POISE HELPING TENDENCY BESIDES SKILL AND JOB KNOWLEDGE.He deserves genuine appreciation and recognition because our perception about Hyundai has got further enhanced, because of Mr.Naveen and his approach. Never go here. Their AC mechanic told valve replacement is required. But there is no problem with AC valve. I just filled the gas it worked.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Seegehalli Hyundai, I would like to mention that Naveen took excellent personal care of my cars scratches - paint requirements. Naveen and Syed are very knowledgeable advisors and helpful on all my servicing requirements. Similarly on a past occasion, Naveen had likewise assisted on a damage claim process where he took very good care of replacing my damaged headlamp. Excellent service 👌🏼

Service advisory and front desk does not attend the call at all, no proper response and does not provide proper information. My advise dont give your car for service in this service center waste of money and time. One star is also waste, as does not allow to post need to give one star.

I went to Lakshmi Hyundai service center, although I bought the vehicle from trident. I went there as it was nearby to me. It was my thrid free servicing, and i exceeded around 3 months from third service date. They rejected saying you bought the vehicle from trident, we cannot do servicing because it surpassed the said date. Please note this is not my first car, or first servicing. A service center does accept requests even if we pass the due dates of service time. I cannot drop into a service center before due date everytime.I went to trident, they did it without any hassle.Another poor experience with a friend of mine, pathetic servicing people and dealerOnly money looters it seems.
