I have travelled on the Bangalore’s Victoria road from more than 20 Years and I could see this shop while passing each day between home and work. I used to think, one day I should visit this shop where I could modify my vehicle to my liking. I thought they have the similar thinking, necessary items and technicians to support my ideas or views. Only worry was cost, since I always had premium items and never compromised. So this came true this time after 20 years. I was looking for shop to get every need for my friend’s car. Somehow again I remembered Hot Tracks again. Just in time I had moved back to my native, Shivamogga. I was given the responsibility to build my friend’s Hyundai Creta latest basic model.After designing the Car accessories, I called up Hot Tracks for enquiry. Madan was the first one to pick up my call and respond patiently and positively for each of my queries. Although I tried calling up multiple vendors, I was very impressed how Madan was prompt in responding to my queries. This is where I decided to go to Hot Tracks. Thanks Madan. Bought universal 3D floor mats for our new nexon, and they’re really good. We were initially disappointed, they didn’t have the custom mats, but the universal mats are very good. Way better than the ones you get in the local market. They have a great range of car seat options and car accessories too.

I am disappointed by their work. Workmen are not professional. Think twicebefore you decide do get some work done at this place. i dont recommend.

Have known hot tracks for over 2 decades now. As a teenager hot tracks was the go to place for all car accessories and it amazes that it is still the same. With vast options and great service one walks out with a sense of satisfaction. Keep it up team hot tracks!!

I would like to call it “ welcome to the lost world”The have been running me around non stop unprofessionally from quite a while and must say the have lovely alloys , but the worst service any tyre shop could ever give in Bangalore !!! No follow ups till we call them , no personal interest , the front desk people won’t know what is happening and feels like and completely miss match with the products the have .. I would rather suggest you’ll to go to a smaller place .. they will treat you well and will make your your happy by the end of the day and head back at peace ... I even fixed a reverse camera which does not even do half its job unless it’s dark and seemed there best ..Products - 9/10Service - 1/10 ..

Bought the mats from Santosh for Audi Q3. Fantastic product!Would have been better to have individual mats at the rear like the ones on the Polo but that got a single mat. Other than that this is a MUST BUY FOR ALL CARS.. Especially if you are a stickler for a neat car interiors..

God these people are dogs behind money. I drove for almost an hour after checking few reviews and it was a complete waste. There was this other guy buying some lights for 40k and they were totally acting like were nobody. Coz we JUST came for buying alloys, seats and a wrap job. As I was asking for the price, they went to the other guy as he was actually buying the item and I was merely asking. PLS do not go here, very arrogant guys.

I purchased 3D Mats from them, I did not like the way my issue was handled and also bought a Car perfume and I had specified them ill use it for a day or 2 and if Its not good ill return them, Ramesh said he would accept the return and now when I sent it to them they are saying that they will not accept the Exchange, I was like wow is this the kind of service we can expect from these guys. I would never want to visit their store again. attaching some pictures as proof. Highly recommend others also not to visit this place as you will not expect good service from them.

This guy sizes you up and quotes a high price and then brings it down when you bargain. if you want to get ripped off, go here. Its better to buy online than go here. He shows you his attitude, as if he is doing a favor by selling a product to you. The product he was selling was broken and patched up using duck tape around box. I immediately walked out.

If you are a bmw or audi,volvo owner go there...you will be attended very soon..after reading all the review i still went there to purchase multiple things... But the reaponse from the people (not sure if hes the owner or not, there were 3 guys , in which one guy is busy with other and other two has a lot of head wait... One fat guy is totally arrogent while talking and dont have any respect to others...they quoted allmost 5K more for alloy weel when compared with other 3 shopes. And that too i had to wait for long to talk to them.... Agree that they have all most all the items and highend items(atleast it looks quality items). But expect higher rate compared with others for the same things in same brand.... I will never visit this shop again and same feedback i will provide to friends too...
