Rohit has been attending my vehicle for last 4 years is very prompt, polite and provides regular updates regarding the service status and reaches out to seek my permission if there are any repairs where theres additional cost involved. He is very helpful in providing suggestions if some of the repairs could be deferred to avoid incurring additional costs beyond your budget. Any spares replaced, the old parts are left in the vehicle boot for customer reference I guess. Vehicle pick up and drop is provided as needed along with the staff getting the card swiping machine on request to make the payment at convenience. Overall I am happy with the level of service provided

My car got broke somewhere on the Tumkur road on the flyover, clutch was not working. Called this service center they sent a truck to towing immediately as all the suggestion they gave over call to start the car was not working. Reached service center around 9.30PM on a sunday night. They took the car in and changed the clutch pump very next day and did all basic services. Good experience over all.

Weather the problem is there or not They make sure service bill will be above 6k. Recently I had given my i10 for service they said there is some issue with brake light assembly they got to know this when the electric department checked and changed it and have charged 1.5k for it. Parking light was not working but this was not checked by electric department, parking light issue is not solved. This kind of issue happened for me many times so I wasnt giving for service here. Due to there multiple follow up calls and apologies i gave for service again the same issue....Next time i will never step in to this service center.....

This review is about my experience at Advait Rajaji agar. This is my second time here for the 6 monthly service of my car.I appreciate the work of Service Advisor Prakash who took very diligent care for the service of my vehicle. He explained the service needs and cost very well and was very patient with me. The experience with him the first time was so good that I made sure he did the second service. I would recommend this center to anyone looking to get their car serviced.

Please avoid going to this service center and dont regret it later. Very worst service centre and I had a very bad experience with this service centre, service advisor and also the quality of the work they have done. Simply wasted my 6.5k rupees.

They were good few years back. I have been giving my car for service here for the past 14 years. They have gone from good to worse. The service engineers have no knowledge. All the good ones have left. I had given my car for service and asked to fix few things. None of them were fixed. When I went on a road trip just after service I had a broken brake, exhaust pipe broke. Yet my service cost was 10K. wheel balance/alignment, some cleaning etc. None of the important stuff is taken care and they wont even look at it. Waste of money. WA/balance will cost half the price if done outside. Pathetic really.

Servicing the car here costs you more like any other authorized service centre but the place has lot of place to accommodate many cars and parking here is easy as the road in front of it is wider.
