After reading the reviews on Google, I got my i10 serviced here in March. This being my first visit, I was not sure how it would turn but I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. I requested for Mr. Manjunath to handle my car and he did a superb job.My i10 (2010 model) had not been serviced for more than 2 years and the front bumper was damaged on both sides extensively. Manjunath asked about the vehicle usage and based on my feedback he suggested for the general service and wheel alignment. I requested for upholstery cleaning and polishing. The estimate he gave was pretty accurate and the vehicle was delivered on the same day evening.The best part was that they fixed the bumper for free and it looked as if it was never damaged in the first place. The staff here are very professional and polite and they do not suggest any unnecessary services just to inflate the bill. If you are looking to get your vehicle serviced, I would definitely recommend that you check out this place once.A special appreciation for Mr. Manjunath for his professionalism.

Service is good. But, they over charge. Because of Covid, we didnt get any service done for more than a year. And I would get call for getting service done soon. Finally, they offered a service package for 5000. But, finally made me to pay 7200.

Mr. Manjunath explained to me well all the necessary works that are to be done on the car. He was very professional and even while collecting the car, he has explained all the works that are done and the works that are to be done in the future. Will definitely recommend all.

Mr. Manjunath,, the service manager is very good person and customer friendly. The way he explains about the service is just awesome. He knows what exactly need to be done on the particular service schedule and what not unnecessarily. The way he returned the car without any single mark,, that proves his capacity, trust and discipline in work. He proved his patience level coz I had a set of questions about my vehicle and responded to all my queries.Apart from the above, labor work is fantastic. I would say they had completed the service within time frame without any single miss. Moreover, I can see neatness in the work.

Recently visited advaith hyundai Banashankari branch for a small repair ,staff there are very helpfull ans skillfull solved my consern in a very short period of time and done a good job thanks for Mr Mohan . I would reffer meveryone to visit this banshankri branch for service.

Mechanical work is very much satisfaction, i recomend this service station. I have been interacting with Mr Manjunath he has been kind enough in expaining the issue and getting the thinks done up to mark.But the cleaning part is not up to markI have this been always making them noted but could not see the improvement.I belive the cleaning part is taken care by external party. The service manager should consider the feed back and look at this in improving.

My car was serviced by a person called Manjunath and he was very knowledge. He knows very well about how mechanism works especially for Hyundai cars. He addressed all my issues and even gave me tips on how to maintain the car in terms of mileage and maintenance.. I would suggest any Hyundai car owner to get their car serviced their itself and by this individual Manjunath

The service centre is okay and the staff are polite and all my services too have been done here. The problem, of late, is they try hard to get parts changed prematurely. Felt that they were trying to trick me in to okaying extra services like Decarbonization, Coolant and sparkplug change way too early.. Even the Owners manual recommends replacing them after hitting certain KMs. The point is its a good place to service your car but do not fall prey to their verbal skills. Read owners manual before you go there.

Last few days back i have visited banashankari 2nd stage branch Bangalore they have taken all precautionary measures of sanitization for us and also for our car.We are very happy that they have treated i suggest others to visit this branch.

I had sent my i20 for bumper and mudflaps replacement to Bannerghatta service center. They had done good work for bumper but replaced only three mudflaps left front right wheel mudflap empty.Nothing done after bringing the lapse to their notice.

Dear all,Its a very good experience from advaith hyundai one mr vinod from banshankari helped me a lot and did a good job hats of to hyundai.

Got my billing after 3 days. Was told that server was down.Total cost was 12k.5.6k for labour (which included wheel balancing and alignment 1.1k, maintenance service-2k,tax860 rs ) and 6.7k for parts (2.4k for synthetic oil,tax 1.1k).Model: Hyundai i10- 2008 Era.37000 kms run.Problem was understood by the engineer. One star less for server down issue. .

Excellent service. Supervisor Mr. Vinoth is also excellent.He helps in getting the issues solved and more over after service assistance from him is also excellent.

Really liked the job done by executive and concern shown by Mr. Raghvendra (Manager) towards his customers. I had issue with my AC and one part was missing which their team said would need to be ordered from Chennai and would take 5 days, I wasnt happy about it and spoke to the manager and expressed my unhappiness. He understood the situation, checked with other stores and gave me a commitment that the AC will be repaired by next day and he will request the part from Mangalore. True to his word, he ordered the part from Mangalore and got the job done well within scheduled time. I really appreciate the concern and effort put by the manager just to ensure his customer his happy. The same attitude is shown by his colleagues too, would surely recommend this service centre to others.

I have never looked beyond this service center to get my Creta serviced. The team is well qualified and they never disappoint. Special word of appreciation for Mr.Nagaraj and Mr.Satish, they take extreme care of every detail and ensure a hassle free drive.

I recently requested for Jump starting the car. The service person came in with the Jump starter only and did not get the battery meter. He jump started the Car and charged Rs 500/- and left. Later, after charging the car for an hour and Ignition off and ON car did not start. it was found later that Battery cells are dead and not possible to use. Had he come with a battery meter this could have been easily detected. Finally the battery had to be replaced.

I went to replace my car antenna dey told 1500rs, after that I told them to replace, but they putted local antenna and also not fix it properly & antenna cost is 400rs only but they took 1500. seriously there are cheating customers.....I am totally disappointed... Very careless and untrustworthy attitude of staff. Gave car for paid service, the engine compartment was not at all cleaned with air blower. When asked why it wasnt cleaned, they replied that the air blower was used but it is not strong enough to blow away the dust. I asked them to prove that to me, so when they used the air blower infront of me, I could see that it did a decent job. They had lied that they had already cleaned the engine compartment. On top of the shoddy service that they provide these guys keep harassing by calling me everyday to drop the vehicle for service. If someone can recommend some other good workshop it will be very helpful. Fed up with these guys.
