Spacious and adequate space to sit and wait until someone attends to you...Parking your vehicle is a huge challenge even if you visit the showroom in a two wheeler!! The security personnel will very indifferently ask u to park on the heavy traffic movement road, where the possibility of a moving vehicle knocking off you bike is a huge risk!

We took our Creta SX from this showroom in Oct 2020. The Sales process was handled exceptionally well and professionally by their lead Ms. Saroja Pawar. We had looked at a variety of vehicles for the family, test drove some and shortlisted Hyundai Creta Ex / SX. Her knowledge of the vehicle, getting the right people in the process for old vehicle exchange, loans etc. were neat and timely. In Need of a renovation.Its a dull looking place.The representative we worked with was good, however the showroom is not exactly inspiring.

Right from the day I booked my car, Ive never had a pleasant experience. I wanted my car to be delivered on a particular date and I was assured that I could get my car by that date, however after one month after booking my vehicle, the showroom said they cant deliver it on that date. I then gave them a different date by when I wanted the car and even that date was missed. Finally they made me wait for a month and six days after their first committed date to deliver the car. All through the waiting period of 3 month, I was made to feel that I was lucky to merely get the car as there is a lot of demand for it and it is very difficult to even buy one. Also, when the car was finally allocated to me, I was asked to make the payment the same day. Since I was travelling, I asked for a couple of days time, however I was not given any time and only got time after a lot of back to back calls. I was told that it was mandatory to buy the insurance from Hyundai and I wasnt given a choice to buy it from outside. Then the delivery experience was again bad. There was no seperate area marked for car delivery and the car was parked next to the road in the parking area which is very cramped. The sales executive was however nice and responsive to all my queries.

Poor response and poor relationship management. They never keep their commitment. They are only interested to get bookings even if they can not deliver by making false promises. Their process is so sluggish that even to issue a cheque they in 15 days period. It is better to avoid such dealers..

I had been here a couple of days ago to get an accessory( door cuffs) for my car. The person who fixed it had no idea on how to fix the same and the product has not been fixed properly. Its really sad how Hyundai cheats people. I have been trying to contact the customer care since yesterday but its just not happening.

I had a great buying experience in buying my first car from Advaith Hyundai, Bannerghata showroom. Mr. Yogindar assisted me in the entire process and the delivery experience was seamless. I visited the showroom only for delivery as they sent the car for test drive right at my home. The payment experience was hassle free and the car got registered in 4 days after full payment was done.

Terrible experience. Unlike earlier, it appears that Advaith has given a mandate to the teams to finish aggressive paid service count targets. I literally got over 25 calls from different members (reception, booking, workshop). Once they even booked me an appointment without my consent. Finally the day of service I availed a pick up and drop service as I always have since 4 yrs. Service done, bill sent by whatsapp and informed that Driver is leaving shortly. 15 mins later I get a call that there is a minor issue, some small scratches above fender due to some new driver etc. I am now being offered a tinkering and painting. If it was my mistake, they will press me to claim insurance and get part replaced. This is not acceptable. Vehicle is still in your showroom. I am not accepting a shoddy patch work. Terrible experience at the start of the year.

Whenever you visit the showroom some new sales person will come and sell you the stories and when u will ask u hv interacted with some other person in ur last visit,answer will come he has left the job...Again u need to restart the overall process,, there is poor follow up from their end even if u call they will tell u that they r busy ..very disappointing

Not a customer friendly show room. Doesnt have sufficient sales employees. Dull interiors, congested display area. Car delivery delayed by 15 days without any proper reason. Not recommended.

I never visited the dealership. Mr. Guruprasad who’s a sales rep there was referred to me by one of my friends. I was looking to buy a i10 nios. Guruprasad contacted me and asked about my requirements and very next day he came over to my place with a test drive car. Since I was sure of buying i10, all the required paperwork and down payment was done at my home. In 4 days , he bought the car to my home.Overall, my car buying was seamless. Mr.Guruprasad is an excellent sales person and made the whole process delightful. If I have to buy a car again, I would definitely go back to him.
