After almost more than a year of use I’m writing this review. 1 thing all the bad reviews you might have seen is from those who have failed to make payment. Let’s understand one thing SlicePay is not a charitable organisation, this is their business.Pros.1. No hidden charges. Other Credit card companies scam you with minimum payment and keep on charging interest. Slice don’t do it. You can see what you are charged at the beginning.2. No Unnecessary GST, on No cast EMI from eCommerce site if you look at you statement from other credit card statement you will see every month they charge GST on EMI on and above the GST charged at the time of purchase. In slice pay no cost EMI means no Cost EMI.3. Money back, Other bank card say they will give money back/cash back reward points. I rarely see them on my credit card and do you really track them. On SlicePay instant scratch card instant payment. Exception I got for my SBI simply Click credit card, also that card destroyed my credit score for missing 1 payment.4. Easy Payback: Bill generated pay it instant credit on your account.5. I use Zomato a lot. Straight forward Rs.150 discount and free delivery.6. Very much transparency in billing and expenses updated on the app right away you swipe. In credit card I sometime struggle to get the details.Strong recommendation, use Salary for expenses don’t use credit card. if you do make sure you have money to repay. But if you have justifiable higher expenses like buying home appliances go for SlicePay. I kept 1 additional CITI card just for International travel. Rest only SlicePay.Good work Slice Team.

One of the ever seen worst service in my life, utterly very bad staff, dont have human values, I taken loan from SlicePay, and I had been paying on time Repayment up to lock down, after lock down, my company was closed for the some of the months, I lost my job, and I dont have money to pay repayment, that time RBI was announced to all Banks and finance companies ki dont ask EMI from borrowers for 3 months, but Slicepay staff was calling me for Repayment of EMI, this 6 months Corona situation, Slicepay was given very worst experience for me, they called to my familys and friends and even relatives also, i was begging to Slicepay ki give me some time, I will do all balance EMI repayments with late charges and penalties also, but they dont shown me basic courtesy also... I was completely depressed from calling, after payment of my all EMI dues, CIBIL is SHOWING ki DMI finance EMI is pending from so and so date, how?All ready I was cleared all EMI then also its showing on some portles like PISA BAZAR. COM....Okay, Finance means, lending money to someone who have financial problems, but you should have some human being, all time is not good time for borrowers, some time they will face bad situation, that time finance should bear time... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Slice pay is very bad service one time I took money after payment its become late they automatically changed it to 12 months they took 4000 extra ....today again I took money from this but by mistake i have to click 1 month but I click 12 month now ther is no option to change they are doing Cheat.....

My son Karthik Kalyan is using slice pay and I am paying the dues. Why Slice is providing cash to my son, who is a student and not earning and does not hold PAN card. On what grounds Slice is paying him. Dont provide such type of services. Stop this type of business. This is not useful.

Im using slice pay card past one year Im paying every month on time ,pandemic situation Im not paying in the scenario ,I have time be caused Im not working right now.tis month Im going office salary will be credited after Im paying ,Im asking your customer care but one person called my number he talke very bad words aboutfamilys and realation .he gets my phones contact .he talked arround all number talking very bad.

Good app for students... Students are getting free credit cards without any charges and zero interest rates. Really helpful for students.

A good platform to borrow money without much trouble. But has definitely got the horrible customer service you can find.1.No effective responses when asked for a solution.2.Unnecessary charges charged on your repayments even if their app isnt working because of which you arent able to pay on time.3.Despite the repayment made and several mails sent, they do not update your payment details. There are instances your payed repayment will show overdue on the CBIL site which may affect your CBIL score too.

Very very bad customer service. I had to get a refund of 6k. I have raised 3 tickets. I have been waiting for 30 days and nothing has been done. All they say is your money will be refunded in 7-10 business days. Customer service people are also so arrogant. I feel like they are trying to scam people . They want you to pay in EMI, coz if you pay on time they can make no profit. In my case they are asking me to pay extra 6k. I have decided to stop using slice pay. I have been their loyal customer for past 6months.
