Its one of the few old time restaurants in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Thomas is a great host, always smiling. Most of his customers are old time regulars. Good, wholesome Chinese food, nothing fancy.

Good Chinese food and generous portions. The prices are alright as well. I ordered Cantonese Wanley Noodles which has Chicken,Pork and Shrimp. Shrimp was not available so I skipped that. The portion was good and the taste was mild and not overblown. Hunan dry chicken was nice and mildly spicy. Also got an egg fried rice and yet again the flavours are not overblown. The restaurant took their own sweet 45 minutes to serve us because there were a lot of dunzo orders around the starting time. Parking is also an issue. Otherwise good place to eat Chinese food for around 300-400rs per head.So who is this restaurant for?1. You are someone who likes to visit places which has withstood the test of time, have a rustic feel and are yet to modernize.2. You want to eat some good Chinese food/want to cover restaurants which serve Chinese cuisine.3. You like dining in dim lights.This restaurant is not for-1. My all time favourite. I wish they had home delivery option. All they have is takeaway and dunzo. The Gobi Manchuri this time around was not just not Manchuri enough.

I ordered 8 items ,not even one was good waste of money ..... Before taking bulk order aske for taste if not its total waste.....I ordered for lemon chicken and they gave garlic chicken soup. Since it was take away couldnt do anything because I traveled 5 km to buy from wanley seeing the review.

This old school Chinese restaurant which haven’t made much changes since they have opened. It’s a good place for Chinese food but nothing fancy as it’s old school . Their specialty is their pork dishes .They don’t serve momos which was a disappointment for me other than that it’s a good restaurant to visit for Chinese food .Like I said it’s not fancy and looks very ordinary so don’t expect much when it comes to ambience.Good service from their staff .

This is my second visit to this place and I would definitely recommend and also visit this place in future.We ordered chilly roasted pork, prawn pork noodles and burnt pepper prawn. The bill was very reasonable around 730rs for two of us and the quantity was too good.We were stuffed and had to parcel a little.Worth every bite and every penny.The dishes were very tasty and very well cooked.The service was very quick we went on a weekday and sort of early evening.

Ive been going here since 2001, this is a time capsule for the what I believe is the best Chinese food in Bangalore, its run by a man Ive seen age week by week for the last 19 odd years while the food, table cloths and ambience has stayed exactly the same, like a reverse Dorian Gray of the Chinese food industry while others bigger names came and went with much show and pomp. The folks in these parts have a term SOLID!, which is the only way I can actually describe this place... If you want some Solid! Chinese food, come here, get the chilly roast pork and the Wanley noodles. I crave them atleast twice a month, theyre yet to disappoint....

The resturant says its open but it closed I came for so far, they dont have any contact number attached as well. Such a shame.

I am not a big fan of Chinese food. But, my friend recommended me as he has been here umpteen number of times.So we came here. First impression with the ambience is not impressive. Well as time passed I started liking it and felt comfort.We ordered a single Singapore chicken noodles, my friend who accompanied me suggested one would easily suffice 2 members. Certainly, he was correct ; as the quantity was large.Going to taste, it was really simple with the looks and taste increased exponentially as we started consuming the noodles.Service is excellent. Would definitely recommend it. And I would like try other menu items in future for sure.

Once upon a time, I would have given a good rating but not any more. Chinese food from street side is better than the lunch we had from Wanley yesterday. Manchurian and Dragon chicken, Chinese Chopsuey and Singapore noodles were way below standard and quantity is also pathetic. Pick up your standard Wanley, sad to see the quality and quantity so below the mark.

When I crave for Kolkata style Chinese food, Wanley always comes to my rescue. Not only the food but the ambiance at Wanley are remarkably similar to a typical chinese restaurant of Kolkata. My favorite from their menu are wanley fried rice (mixed meat), chilli chicken dry, roasted chilli pork and mixed cantonese noodles. If you are from Kolkata you will definitely love Wanley and even if you are not then also do try to get a taste of authentic indo chinese food.

Wanley has been an old favourite for cheap Indian-Chinese food for many years as far as my in-laws are concerned... It is very basic in its decor and seating, but the food hits all the right chords in the stomach - we ordered for Manchow Chicken Soup, Sweetcorn Chicken Soup, Gobhi Manchurian, Chilly Chicken Gravy, Honey Chilly Pork Gravy, Burnt Garlic Fried Rice and Egg Hakka Noodles and we wiped every single dish clean... We will go back.

Ambience is normal, food is average. Nice place to have a peaceful lunch.

Authentic Chinese dishes though some to accommodate the Indian palate has been added to the menu. Opens at 10 am to 3pm and 7pm to 10pm. Food is great. Service is good. Reasonably priced. The noodles are very authentic. Alcohol strictly prohibited. Good place for family and friends.

One of the oldest Chinese places in Bangalore. Very budget friendly quaint place that exudes the old world charm. The food is tasty. The best noodles we have tasted so far. The staff is fast and friendly. It can get really crowded on the weekends. Good for takeaway too.

It okay but if you prefer to eat pure vegetarian then I suggest you to not visit because its good for non vegetarian and Chinese food.

This place has amazing food at very affordable prices. The Chinese food here is among the best, spicy, oily and food that will make your heart and stomach smile. It is an old establishment and the ambience reflects that, but it is the kind of old, that makes people feel comfortable and happy. Always a good idea to visit this place.

I use to visit this place every month but this time the food was not that great. In one word, it has lost its taste... But will definitely try once again to check next time.
