The only restaurant in HSR LAYOUT Sector 2, 24th main rendered the most efficient services during pandemic & continuing the same till date. Staffs are most responsive & cultured as well.

Udupi palace is the biggest veg Sagar type of restaurant in parangipalya.They have a wide range of items from South Indian breakfast dosas and idlis to Chinese starters and noodles to chaats to beverages like tea/coffee.The pricing is decent, location is good, seating is good and has a good place to stand and eat and is quite sanitary.They are open even during the lockdowns somehow and thats pretty cool.

Worst customer service. The owner argued it is sweet pongal though it had chillies, pepper and served with raita. The management was not ready to admit the fault (lot of sugar was added to khara pongal) and asked to eat if we want or to leave it. Zero customer value.Also, the kitchen was unhygienic and the spoons had food remains in them.

I have been visiting this place since 4 long years and trust me their quality has gone down . I can say it is one of the worst restaurant in HSR now especially for online orders . below are some points1) Not sure if they have changed their cook. I used to love the north indian pulav they used to cook. But now a days it feels like a fride rice.2) ordering food online since 4 months and their food has a medicinal flavour. It might be due to the container that they are using. Need to check in priority as this downgrades the entire food quality.Happens only with take aways or online deliveries.So must be something to do with the take away equipments.3) Last but not the least, ordered today and got a bug or fly in it.(photo added) This is the most pathetic part and for sure never order or visit this place.Lockdown has brought a major change with Udupi palce with respect to hygiene and food quality.Managament needs to think alot !

The best place if you want to grab a quick bite. Located in the crux of HSR where most of the commercial buildings are there. Gets crowded in the evenings, but its worth it. I love their Mysore masala dosa and highly recommended. The only thing thats negative is their sink taps doesnt work and we have to grab water from a tumbler and wash. Would be nice if they add a hand wash near sink

No Token system. Felt like fighting for food on the streets, after spending good costIt took half an hour to get my simple Idly and Masala Dosa order. Horrible experience.Felt like, we can get it at home and have comfortably, rather wasting time and struggling there..One thing is observed, if you can SHOUT, you will get your order FAST

South Indian foods are ok with taste and quality but need to improve North Indian foods and Chinese foods, I ordered 2 roti with butter panner masala, very disappointed with the roti n masala too. Roti half boiled and paneer masala very sour and less panner totally not satisfied and no value for money they r charging high prices but no quality.....

It was really good restaurant to have south Indian food. Neat and clean with hygienic conditions. There are 2 floors, on the ground floor it is self service and you find a lot of crowd here. The first floor is a casual dining area with air conditioning which was quite clean. We had lunch here, the staff were very polite and the service was quick. The taste is also very good.

Horrible experience , Unhygenic methods used, shocking to see guy inserting hand inside batter pot and idli batter poured in each idli slots directly with hand , couldnt eat what ordered also seeing it..

Reasonable priced South Indian breakfast, lunch and dinner options.Juice and ice creams are also available.Only self service in ground floor. Seating area is present though.First floor has table service.Nothing too special, at the same time nothing too bad.

Went for dinner here on 28th Sept 2020. Justice to the price in terms of quantity and taste.Had North Indian thali, lime juice, sweet lassi and veg noodles where noodles being exceptionally good.Safety norms must be increased amongst staffs here.Personally I prefer eating in some udupi or various sagar type restaurants offering South Indian cuisines at affordable rates and good quantity which even if you eat very frequently, it wont affect your health.Insta handle - @thewandererstale

Quality and quantity is very less..tried mushroom p email pepper dry..they missed to add pepper..instead added salt it seems..Very salty.. very salty..

Food are good in comparison of prices mainly south Indian food.

Prices are high. Taste and quantity of South breakfasts are average. But north dishes serves best. Seating availability is there. And also need to be quick at the food counter while serving to the customers. Always concentrate more on online parcel than the hotel guests.

Excellent place, neatly maintain, hygiene and food is delicious with fair price.

Udupi palace has south and North Indian dishes. Good variety of food like dosa, meal, Kulcha curry, noodles with gobi, baby corn.Good seating available at the hotel. Take home, online delivery is also available.

Were frequent visitors to this place, we really like their food and service. We make regular visits for working lunch and/or evening snacks.We went for lunch this afternoon, to our surprise we had a very sour experience. As usual, we ordered South Indian meal, but do our disappointment (were half-way our meal), we discovered the curd served by them was spoiled (only when we almost reached the end of it).What was further disappointing was instead of replacing or offering a complimentary, they didnt even bother to apologize for it. And before I forget, we paid for the complete meal (unfinished and spoiled food).It was very disheartening to see the level of care towards customer satisfaction as well as their own commitment to their work and service.

The food is quite good for the price and very pocket friendly as well.The ambience is better than normal udupi tiffin places but it can be quite challenging to get a seat during lunch time.I have ordered multiple times from here and the delivery has always been quick.

Authentic South indian food!

The food and pricing was very good before but offlate the food quality and taste has deteriorated and prices increased.

Great taste but no corona measurements taken. Little bit on unhygienic side.

I dont know if it was because of the quality of plastic they use, the dal and vegetable we ordered on swiggy had a fairly strong medicinal taste. We had to junk all the food.

If you are craving for south Indian food, this should be your go-to place. Its reasonable, service is fast, food is tasty. Their sambar is very unique with a hint of sweetness. The chutney though is not the typical coconut chutney that we love to gorge on with dosas. It has mint coriander and chilli flavour in it. If you visit there after the daytime, try to sit upstairs to avoid flies and mosquito.

Very nice place for small parties like birthday party.perfect fit for around 40-50 people. Tasty and pure vegetarian food. Flawless service. This is a restaurant where we pay frequent visits. It serves multiple cuisines out of which south indian, North Indian and Chinese are really good.We loved the dal tadka, baby corn chilli, paneer Tikka. In south Indian, masala Dosa and idli is really good.Didnt like chat as much though, have had better at sangam sweets. Would recommend it for everything except chat. The price is extremely reasonable, food is really yummy, a little on the oily side but manageable. Also the service is really quick. Overall, a must visit!!

Ive had awesome Udupi style (vegetarian costal Karnataka cuisine) breakfast twice here, while visiting my college senior who stays nearby, and also introduced this place to me.Its a quick, cheap, self-service restaurant. Its pretty hygienic as well, we can see the cooking place completely while collecting our food.Thats a Mysore masala dosa in the picture. In addition to the normal yellow potato masal, theres a red tasty paste (not sure how its made) applied to the inside of the rolled dosa which I love!
