I accidentally stumbled up on this small restaurant near karmelaram railway station. We were surprised to find this one there. Food was better than the ambience suggested. Service was good too. They didnt take much time to serve the dishes. Erachi fry was a bit cold though. Quantity was adequate but looking at the price it was justified.

Ordered some biriyani from here. Everyone who had the kebab biriyani got their stomach upset. Some insect was trapped in the biriyani and cooked well. Noticed the insect only after we were halfway through.

Reasonably priced food. Food taste also quite good. Food verity is good. Kerala, Chinese , north Indian food.

Best authentic kerala style chicken

Just went here for lunch without any big expectations and without reading any reviews. Ordered Prawns Fry, Beef Fry, Natholi Fry, Porotta and Kerala meals. All the fries were quite good. Prawns were really fresh and perfectly cooked, beef fry was the best in the lot. The fish curry served along with Kerala meals was just average. Very reasonably priced, friendly staff too who kept on checking.

The prices are very high, hotel staffs are not friendly...overall the experience was awfully badm

Kerala dishes were not tasty. Looks authentic but no flavor or taste. Disappointed. The only good thing was the pulpy grape juice

Tried Kerala parotta with butter chicken. Parotta was good and so the butter chicken was. However, it could have been less hot. Looks like too much chilly or masala. You can find out by looking at the color.

Myself I feel waste. They serve vegetables without cooking them properly. Not at all fresh items if you buy any variety of roti. Plates also not clean. But they charge like highend restaurants

Went here with no prior knowledge and had a beef Biryani seeing its a mallu hotel, It was good with enough beef and authentic flavour. But the beef was little undercooked which was annoying.

Excellent fish fry. Good veg meals. Authentic Kerala style. Ambience is ok. But the food is typical Kerala style and lives up to its name. Fish fry is a must try! Price slightly on the higher side. But wont regret for sure.The avial along with meals is awesome. Its mostly like typical home food. The staffs are courteous.what more do we need for a sumptuous meal.

This is my fav tea stall whenever I travel by train from carmellram to tamilnadu. The tea will be prepared in authentic kerala style and served in glass. The restaurant has all kinds of kerala food and arabic foods served here. The advice to management to improve the cleanliness of this place. And taste wise you will get the authentic kerala taste.

Theeram was one of our favourite hangout...we used to dine and take away from there regularly...now we dont knw what happened, had the worst food in my whole life yesterday night, thanks to you guys..Guys pls dont do this during this lockdown.. This is the third time we are experiencing this kind of cheating from your side thats why we are posting this... Continuously cheating customers with bad food with high price wont get you anywhere... If you dnt have food in stock then mark it as stock is not there... Dnt send the remaining items to anywhere... We hav kids here waiting for your food too.. If I had tried only meals I would have given 5I happened to have Mutton biryani, had lot of good mutton pieces. Apart from that there is no taste. Biryani is the heart dish of most Restaurants, but it lacked the taste and aroma or gravy it should be having.Rice seems to be old, I feel they have heated it up before serving adding mutton.There are lot of variety dishes to try on in the menu. This restaurant is worth a try apart from Biryani.

Went with the hopes of getting authentic Kerala food. But came back disappointed. Appams were hard and there were no Kerala curries to pair with that. The chicken puttu that we also ordered, was extremely spicy and hence couldnt enjoy. The place is in a good location. However they need to do something about the flies inside. There were too many on the table. Probably a pest control equipment should take care of that.

I ordered chicken fried rice here..it was a disaster...my kids will never ask for fried again especially from here..both chicken and rice were undercooked. It did not give the fried rice flavour..i hav had 3 to 4 times chicken fried rice there..every time the taste keeps changing..they can not stick to a unique taste and flavour..but first time we ate fried rice it was very good..thats why ordered a few times expecting the good taste again.hope they will correct it in future.. but when i complained they are ready to correct them..it is good to see them accept their mistake..I give 2 stars for the egg gravy..it was good.
