Its damn costly .......80 rupees for one kushka ?If it was 80 for chicken biryani it was acceptable.....170 ruppees for one plate kabab ?????What kind of a restaurant is this ?.....Ambur dum which is a famous restaurent , which provides 80 ruppees kushka and 80 for one plate kabab ...This Shahi Taj restaurant is not at all recommended for others ........

Its so shameless to repeat the same mistake again n again inspite of repeatedly telling the same thing, ridiculous, ediotic, unacceptable customer service, look at the photos of the order delivered by zomato, when a mistake is repeatedly done its clearly evident its purposely done or the restaurant or delivery person is doing this? Or laziness in packing? So lathargic , so casual, very negligent, doesnt care about customers food,totally unacceptable, which customer will be happy? Its an average restaurant. Good taste, I like their tandoori chicken, chicken Biriyani with lots of pieces but average taste. Had bad experience with shawarma it smells raw taste of chicken and the added masala also not that much good, mayonnaise smells like raw egg. Service was good, Hotel maintanace is good. But we can choose Prasanth restaurant near by this.

I just couldnt find anything imperfect of all the dishes served on the table.It was just perfect with look, taste, spices, temperature and everything.My suggestion, u must try Sholay Kebab, Shahi taj special gravy, bbq, and the special mutton biryani.You want to eat the best, walk to down to manager of restaurant and just say get the best of your restaurant and u ll love everything he gets u on table.

THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD, NO HUMANITY PLEASE DONT COME HERE🙏🙏 Me and my friends (3 people) visited this hotel this evening. They didnt even allow us to 1st floor, we were not even allowed see the ambience. They asked us to sit in the ground floor only, where the kitchen is located. So the ground floor stinks with nasty smell of over roasted chicken and Uncleaned garbage YAK!!!!!

Its located on the main road. The restaurant was clean but could have been more cleaner. Ambiance is great. For starters I had ordered chicken manchow soup which was very nice and its very much recommendable to try it. Butter kulcha and paneer butter masala was also very great and is recommendable. For main course I ordered chicken biriyani which was not very good to tatse. But over-all its a good place to eat.

After searching a lot for a good restaurant, I finally ended up here. But the experience was not up to the mark. I had chicken biriyani (for which they charge 130 rupees and was not basmati rice), for me it tasted like the 60-70 rupee small shop biriyanis that is available commonly everywhere. Since we are paying 130 rupees it should be tastier and at least they have to use basmati rice. Quantity was somehow ok and the cleanliness was good but only average taste and not worth for the money they are charging.
