One of the worst resturant in Bangalore Orbis . The food and service is worst to the core. Never I have seen such unprofessional restaurant service in Bangalore like Orbis Whitefield branch.

I have ordered plain naan and chicken Butter masala. The naan has black particles which is like sand and the CBM is of worst taste.Its the first time I have received such a worst order. I request zomato to stop the listing of such a restaurant. You can see the images with black particles in the naan I received.

The interior is very beautiful. The price is affordable. But only things food taste can be better. Its not bad not soo good either. Service is good.

I have ordered this veg fried rice combo from zomato, the rice was dry and gravy is spoiled and getting bad odor, I called them up and informed same but what I got is sorry sir we can’t do anything it’s just a gravy right so you can make adjust. I made adjustment when rice is dry I reheated it and but when it comes whole food she said am helpless, moreover I told her I will get the spoiled one to the restaurant but still she said am helpless we can’t compensate anything. Very bad on this

Nice place for dining-in.Ambience and Service is good. We ordered both veg and non veg, taste I would give 5 out of 5. Price is very normal and it is worth. Ordered 7 rotis, panner tikka masala, alfham chicken half, chettinad chicken, 2 chicken shawarma roll and it costed 900+.

Wonderful dinner outing with family. Great food, nice ambience and very friendly staff. Need to wait a little for the food, but it was totally worth it. Al Faham and Pepper BBQ chicken was the highlight. A must visit for non vegetarian food lovers.

Had one of the worst experiences both theough food and service. The restaurant was booked through Dineout and it was not declined. When we entered the restaurant, we dis show them the dineout booking and they were ok with it. The person who took the order literally took more than 15 mins and it was that slow. The food was delivered yo table after a leisure 30 to 40 minutes which will definitely test your patience. Food was average as well. We ordered Kulcha, Naan, Veg Kadai, Veg Kabab, Ghee rice, Mushroom fried rice and Biryani. Quantity was good but it was not served hot. We also experienced issues with payment through dineout, where restaurant denied to accept the payment after I made the payment through app.

This is a beautifully decorated restaurant that exudes positive vibes when you enter. The best part is that despite the current concerns regarding dining out, these guys have maintained all the hygiene practices with regard to procuring, preparation and serving of the food.As I was in a hurry, I tried out two items, which I loved. One was the flavorful ghee rice that was given in good quantity, and the other was a refreshing cold coffee that was decorated artistically.If you stay around Whitefield, do check this place out!

This is my second time visiting this place in the last 6 months. The previous time I went with a friend, there were tiny cockroaches in the menu we told the staff and dismissed it since the food was good.But this time we went after seeing an offer pamplet that was dropped home. We enquired in the front desk if the offer was legit and proceeded for dine-in. I asked the waiter multiple times if the offers were valid on the items I ordered. We got Chicken butter masala(₹109 on offer) and 4 pieces of butter naan(₹10 per piece on offer). The food was decent.But surprisingly, the bill showed ₹349 as opposed to 109+40=149 exclusive of tax. When I asked why wasnt the offer valid, he said its only for take-away. I was in the dine-in section and was clearly not getting a take away. I had to pay the entire amount and I got a sorry or two in return. Never going back to this place.

This restaurant is famous for its Arabian food but just dont go by its name.. The menu has a wide variety of options and the veg food is amazing. The best part is the ambience and the prices are also on the lower side.

This place has disappointed me for the second time. The food taste is average (some dishes are below average) and the service was horrible (atleast yesterday). For every dish they took around 15 mins to serve. One starter was served at the time of main course. The only dish I liked here is Kalmi Kabab. And do not try Chinese here, its below average. I am rating 2 stars for ambience, hygiene and presentation. Car parking options are limited.

So me and my friend wanted something new to try, and was around this area, and so we ended up in this place. And boy, i would never regret to find such a good place.So we ordered couple’s meal, and it was a combo of fried chickens, munches,fries and soft drinks. The quantity and quality both were great. Lovedi the fried chicken. Fried to perfection, crispy from outside and tender and juicy from inside. The munches were amazing as well. And the fries were too good.

Very bad experience. Never thought to be food like this when paying decent amount. Quality has reduced badly. Unsatisfied with Panner Butter that was having 7 piece of mini size panner. I will not recommend any of my friends until quality is improved.This is very true that I have not visited first time here but I can say that it would be my last dine.You guys have spoiled my day.

Actually 3 starts but 4 star for good dinning area competitive pricing. I tried Hungama chicken sizzler today felt its worth the money for quantity there was no variety on plate just felt like Chinese style fried chicken.I still suggest this for family dinning and Arabian cousins around whitefield

I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Very bad experience. The food was tasteless. I will not give a single start for the food. I ordered chicken chappli kebab and that taste like a wood mixed with spices. Totally not edible. And ordered the garlic fish dry but it came in a sweet sauce. After having the food my sister got stomach pain. Its a big no to this place.

I liked the variety offered over here. The food was bit spicy. However, it is very tasty and priced reasonably. Overall, the ambience is good and service is fast and appreciable. Loved the starters Android the desserts. Main course was also good. I recommend this place for people for a good meal.

This place is really awesome for dining . Name of the restaurant is Arabic but dont go by the name , they have wide varieties . We tried so many dishes paneer tikka masala , Punjabi style dal, chicken lababdar, kaju masala and different types of naan. Everything was so good in taste that we did overeating . I’ve visited the restaurant several times last year and must say the quality is consistent. Service takes some time but the food will not disappoint you. The Malabar Biryani is much better than most restaurants in Whitfield and so are some of the starters.

A restaurant which serves Chinese dishes without knowing properly about them. The quality of food is bad and edible if you forgive someone who is cooking Chinese for the first time.They dont know what a simple chicken singapore noodles is, sent some random yellow colored chicken noodles with unfried un cooked onion inside. Ordered for my father on fathers day. And what i got is unacceptable. Ordered barbeque chicken and egg fried rice from orbis whitefield. Egg fried rice was okay but the barbeque chicken was stale , had to throw it out. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The only place I would wish to come again. All types of food served here. Indian, Continental, etc and they excel in the taste of the food, their humble and prompt service and loved the ambience. It is maintained really clean.

Food is nice tried takeout for variety of stuffed kulchas and naan, seasonal prawns pepper (awesome), chicken lazeez and lababdar is also a must try in main course. Mr. Imran in the reception helped me out in selecting best dish according to my taste, he even made me talk to the chef to get better idea as the order was for 6 people and they really helped me out in selecting items. This has a 2 floor seating area, although I did not try, but took some snaps. Plus a party Hall and rooms for stay.

Really frustrated... Am a regular visitor for this restaurant. From the day its started i gave preference to this place for having food.... But today (dec 18, 2019) the staff behaviour is really disappointing.... Specially in take away section... I ordered for my food and waited there for the delivery. But they are mainly focusing on delivering food to the app food delivery guys... And not even considering others.... And also i noticed that the delivery assistance staff who is working there is not even listening to his supervisor.... Really bad experience.... Decided not to visit again...

Good hospitality but not so good food. We ordered their signature Al-faham Dijaj which turned out to be a very dry and burnt pressed chicken. This is the second time I was served burnt chicken at this place. The kubbus provided looked more like a stiff paapad than the soft flatbread which I expected. The malabar chicken biryani was passable and the fresh lime soda was mostly sugar water with very little fizz. Overall disappointed as we went with high expectations.

Barbecue Item is nice,pulao isnt great.Wide variety of food available! Try prawn platter!
