Buffet Food was not bad. Apollo fish, chicken saagwala, salad, bread pudding, roti were good.. All other items were not hot and turned cold Eventhough the steam is supposed to keep them warm

Horrible experience. No cleanliness, very small rooms and breakfast in the morning can be safely skipped.The room we got was pretty small. We had asked for a room with 3 beds, they option of an extra bed was to put a dirty mattress on the floor. The area outside is dusty and always busy with traffic. To come here, you need extra 2 hours, 1 to reach and another hour to leave from here.Never again!

We had Andhra Mini thali and Andhra regular thali. Really liked the food. It’s all vegetarian items so can’t comment on the quality of non-veg here.The thali was really tasty and had a lot of items in it. If you a normal appetite then I would suggest you to go for mini thali.The pricing was very economical. Overall it a great value for money.

Nice Restaurant Ambience, Good Food!!

Guess it caters mostly to the office crowd.They serve thali Meal on banana leaves. Which is good. Service is poor. As no proper communication can be made. Once order is place have to wait for the order to be serviced. But if you go in for the thali meal, then the service is quick. The place is airy and Hygienic. Rest room is clean.

Bhagini Restaurant is good choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Quality and price of food is good and hygienic. Staffs are attentive. They have Andhra cuisine, North Indian, Chinese food items.

Overpriced for what they provide. Worst ever food . No taste. One nan was mostly charcoal other was like papad. Kadhai paneer tasteless. Lemon soda was bitter. Pulao was insipid. No words to describe the disappointment. Limited parking available. I would suggest not to go.

Best place for tea and snacks

Well located on main road. Stock is not exhaustive, all popular brands are not available. Car parking is an issue. Decent store with scope of improvement.

Nice place but closed at 8 due to corona time. So you cant visit after 8pm. It has really good views. It has for kids also. Must visit place if you are looking for family.

Very bad place to visit. Air conditioner doesnt work. They dont even have a proper working tap or a faucet. Food was okay. Nothing great. Service was pathetic. Menu has wide range of stuffs but nothing good to tell about the food. Waiting time is high and they serve cool drinks and juice in glasses that they serve hard drinks and beer. Hygiene is a big question mark. Cost is not less either. Complete waste of money and they dont even take feedbacks. Which is even more concerning. Take this restaurant at your risk. Not a worthy place to be in. Even in meals options they have weird combination of meals which is not an authentic Andhra type restaurant. Its a chaotic place to be in.

The restaurant is located on ITPL road, beside GR tech park, easily placed on the main road. Decent Andhra food, with buffet meal option everyday. Ample seating area, but the ambience and table area decor can be improved.

Its a liquor store and has quite a good range of choice.

Definitely not value for money. We expect that if we are paying the price, we should get good quality and service. The washrooms are like public toilets and the floor is covered with urine; no proper cleaning is done. The 1st floor is designed as Multicuisine Family restaurant but you will find most of the singles/ office staffs and all for drink 🍷. The waiters gives importance to the drinking customer not those who only take eatables. We got the starter after ample amount of time but without spoon, fork, additional plates, tissues etc. It took another 10-15 minutes to get the spoons. Will never recommend for family. The food quality is okay not special though.

I had chance to visit this place.. like two days back.. Now .. it’s called Haveli Fine Dining. Food was very average and the waiter has no clue as to what he is he serving.. and what is being ordered.. quite a disappointment.. while I was there I kept wondering why only we were the sole customers there.. nevertheless understood why by the time we left the place.. will not be visiting again..!!

Just had full unlimited meals at 12 noon. Was served with hot food. Since limited customers, the place was noiseless too. Felt the money spent was worthful.

They actually offer very good food and cheap liquor. But the location and the image of the Bhagini chain keeps people away from this very cost effective place. This was our go-to place for end-of-the month parties. Almost all starters, breads and gravies should be just right for your taste buds, without the big bills that come along at other joints :)

This place seems to be good for people who are looking for a spot to drink alcohol with starters when accompanied by their friends/ colleagues. They works probably rate it a 4/5 star. Not a family restaurant. Non-veg dishes have a good taste though. Do not expect a calm evening dinner for a couple or a family.

Good food , but stay is not too good

You need to use the upstairs services. Its neat and OK. Andhra style chilly chicken is really nice to try (must be used to spicy food coz of after effects).Place is average, good place for heavy eaters who have full meals. Rest of the food is OK.Really cannot expect much from the place, its like a normal restaurant.Prices are bit high for the kind of service they offer.

Im writing this review just after attending a birthday party. I had mixed feelings when it came to what impressed me and what didnt. So let me start with some good things! The party hall can accommodate about 50 people and the ambiance together with decoration was good and the vegetarian food was good (especially went it came to cauliflower & baby corn Manchurian). The bad part is that it had limited parking and the parking lot is shared by other businesses too. The AC didnt work and it was so discouraging to see a mechanic burning party time in the name of fixing or repairing, eventually it still didnt work and the mercury level was shooting up. The refills for the food came in late and this was frustrating for me and for the other guests as well. Overall I didnt repent for my visit there and I guess this place would be suitable for hosting small parties and will be better if the stick to maintenance and timeliness.

Quality had drastically come down. Not a great place to eat now. Earlier, prawns biryani or sides were tasty but now not so great.

Food (tandoori chicken) was uncooked and even after asking they just get it fried and still not cooked fully. Then main course ordered after 40 mins they came and said chicken finished then ordered for egg n that also took 1/2 hr to cook.

Needs a lot of improvement on taste, variety and manners of your staff. You got to be polite and professional with customers in this industry. Also, please keep your toilets clean.

I stayed there in a business visit. The rooms are okay. The bath room is glass covered on a side of the rest room. No hot water/very mild warm sometimes.

A very local restaurant. Pretty dark. Discreet place for a meeting if you dont want others to see you.

It is a very nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. Food is good and service is good. Liquor is also served here.

The hotel has been shifted to other location still comes in make my trip booking options. Thats the only reason behind giving one star. Didnt got a chance to stay there. First check the exact location by calling to hotel before booking it.

Yep food was ok not that great. But the main problem was they served food very late. There was a considerable amount of delay to take orders and delivery was very late which will spoil the whole mood. Coming to food Veg meals was good will prefer that even in night too coz they serve meals in night also.

Bad service, food quality is too bad. They have large sitting arrangements but Fridays are too crowded, with this crowd service is taking long time get in.

Pathetic service on Sunday lunch. It started with phone not working to book a table. After reaching there need to wait 40 minutes to get the first order. Biryani served was too cold and too spicy. It took 20 minutes to tell that items ordered are not available and they suggested an alternate. They took another 15 min to tell that alternate is also not available. Poor food taste, long wait period, sluggish service all put together was a very bad experience. Will not recommend.

Very worst customer service. We had to wait for half an hour just to know that food(meals) is not available. And also 0/5 for cleanliness. I am not kidding, one of my friend puked after looking at the state of the wash basin.

Staff is not much concentrated at work. 15 minutes after placing order, the waiter comes back saying that product is not available. The soft drinks will not be cold. They say no power sir so the fridge was not working

We had chicken, mutton and shrimp starters and main course. Taste was ok, only thing you feel is spicy. Waiters are not quick.

Horrible experience at bhagini, we had lunch on 28 july, found a cockroach in my biriyani! Didnt know that was part of the recipe. Overpriced as others have said. Not to convinced on the taste either...
