Very bad experience... Ordered the uniform for my kid as per their measuring chart but received different size..i.e., top bigger and capri smaller. customercare person never pics the call. Return and refund procedure has to be done within a week.. We were out of station on emergency , our neigbour received the courier... now we want return and refund which is not possible... now its waste of money and time, and my daughter is wearing same old , torn uniform. Exchange again a headache we never know if we receive the required size.. Size is not mentioned on the cloth. and the outlet is in Jayanagar which is in another corner of the city.. going there is a oneday program. If concern person is not there, then nothing will happen...
