Pathetic ServiceI received a gift from my employer which was shipped from US. The delivery person called me for confirming the address/location. As I was out of house due to hospital visit, called up family at home to pick up.However, his rude & unprofessional behaviour was to the peak. Hes not ready to come to first floor though the delivery instruction was clearly set with the address.First of all, for an ID proof, I was tortured to upload documents and explanations without accurate instructions.I would definitely recommend my friends, family & organization to stop using FedEx.

There are lot of reviews complaining about quality of service. I believe the focus of this outlet is doorstep delivery and pickup. So, we cant expect to be served immediately. Staff always treated me with courtesy.

The counter is understaffed. So there is waiting time. The forms filled up are not properly entered into computer. I mentioned “signature required at delivery” It was an important document. It was delivered at door step without a signature. Delivery details were not filled properly by the person who read and entered the form.For such quality of service the charge was exorbitantly high.

A complete disappointment. No ones there at all to answer any calls.

Good place to courier internationally, FedEx is a very good company as they deliver on time and you can track your shipment status online. But this store in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore, India has no disabled entrance, all two wheelers are parked in the entrance of the store. Very very poor entrance into the store from your vehicle.

Courteous service, if someone is attending. Service standards and rates are set by FedEx. Wish they had more friendly and simple way to contacted instead of walk-in (FedEx central e-mail and phone number for coordinating a pick-up is inefficient as an individual).

Had to go here because the delivery guy couldnt find the address.Went here which is on the Tumkur Road, had to wait for 15 mins one was manning the front area.Once he arrived got the package in 15 minutes.

Fraud people, not attempted to deliver my parcel, updated wrongly in tracking details, like customer not responding, when i went to office to collect parecl executive is telling its fake item dont purchase from them, scolded him & came back.

The FedEx people are very polite and I have to send a parcel to a Island in UK territory.The staff here offered me coffee and asked me to sit for sometime to check with their UK office whether they can take the parcel or not.Finally within 10 minutes, the officer came and asked me to fill the form to send parcel. It is supposed to bill company then they requested the mail from employee, sent the message to UK office for sending the mail to the FedEx people.It took me another 5 minutes and made my experience was very nice in this office

Really worst help line cannot receive call no proper response do know how to talk with custom. Need to prepare them for all those things. Not only sitting and getting payment .

Lethargic employees provide pathetic service

Pathetic service.Please dont believe in the promised date.When I called customer service, the team informed me that the courier party is a third party and they are not authorized to give the dates of arrival..A big scam..Vultures sitting back to just to eat money..I recommend you to try some other company.At least you will get the package on time.I would have given a zero star for the service, unfortunately no option.Thank you.

1. Excellent service, as one can expect.2. Services are priced high, but, you get what you pay for.3. Most operations are automated, you wont waste a lot of time for shipping or collecting something.4. Neatly organised.5. Though they deliver to your home, if you are picking up directly, you need to be there in person along with photo ID (You cannot send someone on your behalf)

Fedex services is a nightmare. Use some local service like Tirupathi or Maruthi courier and have some peace of mind.

Good they help me to get my parcel

They dont care if we receive any faulty products as they have a great reason for excuse saying we wont be kbowing what is in the parcel. If they have to give reasons why they have to question while booking our shipment??

Its horrible. I suggest never ever choose Fedex until you want a headache. From senior level to customer care to delivery boy they all are horrible.Delay is their common thing. From international to domestic, from personal to business couriers I never received parcel without hedache.Package can be marked as deliver without deliveringCan be returned without even attempt.And attitude?? All are trained for bad attitude.

Its unexpected from such a brand. The problem is ground level staff. My consignment was on a overnight priority. Order did reach the next day and was out for delivery for 2 days but undelivered. The delivery guy didn’t even call me and mentioned recipient unavailable on day 1 and recipient rescheduled delivery on day on its own. Finally on day 3 i had to visit there warehouse to pick it up. Proper tracking of the delivery guys can improve the services as you dont understand what is the package all about.

I had to send an international courier for which my onsite counter part has created a return label. Unfortunately there was a mistake and when I called the customer care they were not that helpful to solve the issue. I waked into this facility and the officer Nagalakshmi not only heard the issue patiently, she very enthusiastically solved my issue and accepted the courier. Excellent customer service she provided.

Parcel was sent to the wrong place and a lot of money was wasted to send it to the right place. The packing was done badly. A bad experience.

Scheduled delivery of package: 29th OctToday Date: 2nd Nov and the package not received yet. Customer service claims that customer requested for postpone the delivery as per delivery boy update while i received no calls from any FedEx delivery personnels till date indicating that this FedEx branch staff will do falsification of information. Be aware before shipping or getting shippings from outside through this branch.

Ireesponsive ,rude, irresponsible,better opt for UPS

They are horrible lazy people, they’ll claim that they are enroute delivering your package but they wouldn’t move their lazy feet a inch, and just send back the package claiming the coustomer refused the delivery, whilst they wouldn’t have even made a single call or notification, you’ll stay at total oblivion of what’s going on, but at the end you’ll b the one with mistakes.

Pretty disappointing service. couriered a package from bangalore to kolkata the reception person told me that the package will be delivered within 24 hours as its going by air. It took 2 days to reach and kolkata and then 3 more days to reach the exact location. communication was bad. No one knew where my package was, and moreover the customer service was bad, .

Good response even during the busy day they responded, the number suggested is correct.Edit: My Recent delivery has been delayed by 4 days, they havent touched my parcel, its in their office, and they say delivery has been rescheduled. Called them and they wont pick calls

The most pathetic and lazy bunch of individuals and the most arrogant staff I have ever seen, Suresh and Srinivas are the least customer friendly people I have seen so far. No concern for customers at all.

It’s an overnight standard delivery service and they won’t deliver to the home address. Had to collect the shipment from their facility. Didn’t expect this kind of service from fedex. Maybe this is how Indian version of fedex works.

They accept cash only, even in times of demonetisation. When questioned, extremely rude staff. I suggested that they atleast put up a printout on their door but was once again met with arrogance. So much for FedEx being an international chain!

Their service should be rated with a MINUS star. Put a completely false (LIED) noting on the status of my parcel in the tracking status listing it as I had requested for FUTURE DELIVERY, and it has not been delivered even after 2 days of my chasing for its delivery. Habitual practice by this provider. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
