A beautiful well maintained station in the suburbs of Bangalore. The station is popular among commuters working in Peenya industrial estate. Around 12 passenger trains stops daily. Also about four express trains also have a stop here

Its the decent Railway Station on the way towards Tumkur and is just after Yeshwantpur Railway junction. Its has basic amenities like Rail Water and a Tea Stall. Its a clean station as its kinda located in townside and is a go to location for localates for Morning n Evening Walks. Youll get buses at a walkable distance and taxies autos are available too. Do give a visit n Thumbs Up.

10 km from YPR , 18 km from SBCRegular trains to and fro between tumkur , bangalore ,hassan, nelemangala, hubli, mysore. Clean platforms , reservation counter, no tatkal, monthly railway pass available.

Can take trains to ksr bangalore and tumkur side. I used to take to ksr bangalore. Best cheap transit to go there.

My native itself.. but my concern is the name what Google has is chik Banavar..the actually it is pronounced as chikka Banavara. So plz rewrite the corrections..

New canteen by IRCTC where u wll get all varieties of food with less price.All express trains shd stop here ,it wll b very useful to passengers from 8th mile, nelamangala, dasarahalli.Bcz these passengers have to travel to YSPTR to get express trains.Even there r 4 platforms here.Good cleaning.

It is well maintained. The long Distance trains can be stopped here, for that the train Commuters should come together and submit Complaint/suggestion to railway authorities.
