Worst experience i had ever been in centum work experience , very less salary . but has a fresher good to learn . other than that worst experience in centum very less salary for freshers. management also very worst. no proper response from HRs and HR admin (Mr. Anandh H.H). very bad team i have seen. company is like college rules because of anandh . no professionalism. acting like rowdy in centum , worst English ,he doesnt know how to handle things, doesnt know how to work being professional SSLC person became a assistant manager, acting like slum in centum. company has to make him to do system work .he made some problem in plastic division in chickajala , shouting at the employees not giving proper salary from contractor, thrown out forcefully . clipping came in TV9. Think how the management is handling the company and for experienced employees no proper promotions and salary not revised properly. company is earning that much profit. employees are coming out of centum main reasons salary issue, worst management MR. anandh . SSLC passed person who became assistant manager, so many hard working people in centum . waiting for promotions , salary revision., Management is only doing partiality . many HR people in management team came out of centum mainly because of Mr. Anandh. please think twice before joining centum . freshers good platform to learn.
