Worked here for a very short period of time. Consider myself lucky to leave this office. The owners DO NOT pay salaries to any employees on time. Even my first salary in the office was delayed and i had to literally ask multiple times to HR team to process my salary. They wont pay on time but would expect you to work 24x7 for them. The owners would consider buying stuff worth crores of rupees but wont think of paying their staff on time. The seniors are very partial and corrupt. ESPECIALLY THE VP OF DESIGN DEPARTMENT. Very bad work culture. Too much of politics n favouritism. Never have i seen such a horrible work atmosphere. The company just looks good from outside, inside its all a trap. Wish google had stars to give in minus.

One of the most expensive luxurious and world class apartments and villas.This is just their office space and not a property.The office space doesnt actually reflect their class as that of their homes.However, the gardens outside is amazing. You get to see employees sitting on the lawn during lunch breaks.And the canteen food is amazing.Office spaces like these with so much of garden is something everyone should look out for.

Nice infrastructure. Office space is good. Staffs are good here. Has a good parking space. Everywhere greenery.

NUISANCE!!They have been building a property for several years in Kumara Park (one 6-7 floor building) and they have terrible work ethic. Their construction workers start work at any time they wish.. disturbing us residents even in the middle of the night.Repeated complaints to the MGMT have fallen on deaf years.It’s been years now they cant even finish one building on time.

Any builder can be tricky. Total Environment is not an exception. Be clear and do your due diligence, and avail experienced lawyer services before buying any properties from Total Environment. Their customer refunds can range between 45 days and 6 months. Therefore, be very clear in terms and conditions and while entering into agreement. Real Estate builders are not necessarily honest and straightforward in our country. Buyer be aware, the maxim holds always good.

Such a horrible experience. Two weeks back I got a call from Total Environment for an interview and asked me to report by 11:00 am. I reached the office sharp at 11:00 am. I was the only candidate present for the interview. They wasted my whole time. They made me wait for at least 2 hours. Finally my interview started at 13:00 hrs. After the interview they told within couple of days they will call out me for final round of interview. Till now I havent received any call from your end. The point I am trying to make is if you have rejected any candidate have courtesy to call and inform rather than neglecting it. So unprofessional your management is. I would recommend to all think twice before going for the interview at Total Environment.

Undoubtedly the the best builder in Bangalore. There is hardly anyone who can match up when it comes to exquisite designs and attention to detail in execution. Their entire approach to building homes is unique and hard to come by in the market. They stand out as a Ferrari among the rest!

I visited there to attend the interview, although I got rejected but I liked the greenery outside the office.It is not like a corporate office in a building or something like that.Its a office in between lots of trees and park.Lunch is offered by company for free to the employees.Inside work culture and other things I can not tell but form outside it looks cool to work here.

Its an experience you will get here. No where in ITPL you will see this kind of a company with a big public park kind of work space. One must really visit their model house. They call it experience home because everyone vl be awestruck when they see world class architecture.

I am really delighted to see this company premises. They have ample amount of greenery in their campus. It definitely reflects their concept of eco loving homes.

Loved it. Like all of Total Environments properties, their corporate office campus also reflects their design philosophy (which the firm has stayed true to from its inception). The philosophy - design harmony and a soul-soothing blending with natural elements.Situated in Whitefield, right in the middle of a cluster of ugly glass buildings, the TE campus is quite literally a breath of fresh air. The sprawling lawns, the aesthetics I assume would make you want to work there. And give your best (the secret of the beautiful properties TE produces, perhaps?).Unfortunately I didnt get time to take too many pictures (and obviously not of the f.a.n.t.a.s.t.i.c. model apartment) as I was at the office for a meeting, but I was floored by the minute attention to detail of the design and construction. Literally no cutting corners (haha couldnt resist the pun).Ill sign off by sharing a picture or two of the garden and a tree that all old Bangaloreans will instantly identify with and get nostalgic - the Gulmohur (or Mayflower). To reiterate, loved the office - more companies should follow Total Environments example.

This is a review for location and ambiance and not about work culture. Office campus is excellent. Though located in prime locality, it is far away from city center.

Can rate as the best builders in Bangalore who makes use of mostly natural materials. They took the terracotta brick concept in to an all new level.

Institution run at the whims and fancies of one person. Never pays vendors on time. Never used to pay employees on time. So many immoral relationships inside the company that is fostered by the company itself! In general, preaches something and does the opposite! Never to be believed.

Eco Friendly Ultra Premium Apartments and Villas. Non greedy developers with prime focus to provide the beautiful homes with eco friendly materials. They orovid3 garden and trees with each home.

The irony is that, Total Environment had made sure that a good concept/idea remain out of reach of most of the people cost-wise . If you have a environment friendly home concept idea why not spread the idea and make affordable homes to make the city beautiful.
