Beautiful campus with lush green area everywhere. Spacious buildings and interiors. Located in the heart of Bangalore at Kormangala. There are 3 blocks inside and almost 1200 people working. Ample space for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking. Theres a cafeteria inside. Maintenance staff and security available round the clock.

They provide real-time training which proves to be very useful while carrying out your job. It gave me the required confidence, and I am able to perform better. It boosted my performance. Please continue to provide such training sessions to us.

Great place to work. I have been working since 8 months. This company is awesome cuz I got a chance to learn new skills, as my suggestion if u want to learn new technologies join mobile team. We do angular, ionic, vue, react, flutter.

I worked 2 Years in Tavant Technologies from 2016 to 2018. Its really Good company where you will learn about new Technologies which will be helpful for you to grow in your career.Key-Points before joining Tavant Technolgies.1. JOB Security - Yes Job security is there in Tavant technologies.2. Work - Since they having lots of projects going on and they working on the latest technologies you will be satisfied with your work.3. Salary - for Freshers they will provide 4.8 LPA package. but with experience they will provide the average packages which other companies will provide.4. Hike in Salary - Salary hike is the main problem in Tavant Technologies. you will not get the best salary hike which you will be expecting from management. but its everywhere in every IT firm nothing new.5. Time Flexibility - They will tell you to keep average of 8.30 hours per day but its not mandatory if you performing well and completing your work within time you can leave the place. and even if you dont there is no problem.6. Bench System - They follow bench system even if they dont have project you can sit on bench for long period and keep learning something you will get Easy access of Plural sight where you can learn so many things.7. At the start of the COVID pandemic, when the company allowed everyone to work from home, it seemed much tedious as many dont have that working mentality. But now after these many months working from home, it is like we have gotten used to it.

Pay is good when compared to other companies in Bangalore, work times flexible and employee policies liberal. Employee friendly company. I work as a senior architect here. Excellent infrastructure. My laptop config is much better than what my customer counterpart uses. Company spends for Employees. A cut above the rest of IT companies in that regard.The grape garden office has an indoor badminton court frequented by employees. Surrounded by Koromangala eateries. Office at Prime happening location. Mgmt refused to relocate to SEZs for employees sake.Very good company to work with.
