I recently completed interiors for my 3BHK Apartment. After doing a lot of research and visiting multiple interior designers,  I decided to go with Space N Scape Interiors.The Design: Rohit curated some beautiful designs as per my requirements . Though I changed the designs at times and went through  iterations, Rohit was always patient and prompt enough to provide me the 3D designs each time and hence making it easier for me to decide. He helped me in choosing color laminates, wall colors/wallpaper, tiles and ensured that I was in the right direction. With his help I was able to select subtle but lively colors for all rooms.The Execution: With lockdown, apartment policy restrictions and restricted timings from the Apartment Association, the team ensured that it did not much affect the execution. Nanda, the project engineer was extremely patient throughout the period and was available everytime there was a need during and post completion of work.There were some minor issues which was  resolved almost immediately as raised. If this team has to work on something then it would be focussing on the final finishes.

We took quote from different vendors but Prashants quote was one of the best in industry.Negotiation on pricing was little hard but overall fit, finish and service was really good. Definitely will work with him for future projects if any and will recommend to friends and colleagues.Update :Using the Kitchen and Dining for the last 3 months and few observation are the crockery unit ply stated peeling .Few Middle board in a cabinet and cabinet shutters are bent. Informed this issue to Prashanth and he said it cant be fixed immediately due to man power shortage because of Covid -19 which is understandable. but assured will fix it once the thing come back to normal.Thanks

The initial canvasing helped in understanding how the design would look like.We also wanted a one stop shop instead of having to chase up between contractors and carpenters independently.Pros:- The product quality and finishing is very good- Delivers the work on-timeAreas to Improve:- The old carpenter did a partial job and quit. This caused patchwork of kitchen and bedroom wardrobes. This could have been better handled.Overall, it was an hassle-free experience.

Even though it was a renovation project for us, it was of higher cost almost comparable to the fresh woodwork of a small apartment.Positives:1. Designers are quite good and comes up with nice ideas.2. Very precise and professional handling of the project.3. The carpenters are of top quality.4. Very punctual, maintains schedule to the letter and spirit.5. Overall experience is quite good and hustle-free.Areas of improvement:1. The coordination between designer and factory can be improved. Many times we saw that the parts were not as per the measurement and had to be returned back. In some instances the factory forgot to send some parts as well. This caused inconvenience and some delay.2. Need to be more flexible in giving choices of hardware like handles, at least you need to inform customer what range is considered while providing quotation to avoid any surprise later on.Recommendation:1. As far as woodwork is concerned Id highly recommend because of good design, timely execution, competitive price and nice experience.2. For other items like sofa or items that are not the core expertise of the vendor, rather outsourced; I felt the price was quite on the higher side. So, Id suggest to explore options.

PLZ DO NOT GO FOR THIS SERVICE!I wish there was even lower rating than 1. We got Kitchen and main room furnishing done from them, listing down the experience to help you take better decision.1. They take 90% of the amount from you before starting the work and you just have to go with the trust, which he eventually broke2. Unskilled non-experience person was aligned for our work who took more than 10 days to do the work which ideally should have got over in 1 week.3. When we approached Prashanth, the owner, he straight away told us this is how the work will be done, if you dont like it, we WILL STOP the work as it is.4. The finish of the work is NOT satisfactory. The kitchen brackets does not even close properly.Please do not go on the positive feedback. This is the mistake we have made too.

Overall the experience was hassle free. The quality of work was reasonable. Appreciate theThe areas that could be improved are :1. The payment terms - where are unfairly skewed in favour of the supplier - a more equitable term would be based on percentage of completion. This is important give. The current uncertainties as well as the fact that there is dependence on 3rd party vendors for part of the work which SpaceNScape is unable to be fully in control.2. The other area for improvement could be greater engagement of Prashanth. This could have avoided multiple errors that required fixing through patchwork. They struggled with the new technology used in fixtures. While the next level is sincere, there is a huge gap in the level of knowledge and expertise. Personal supervision of Prashanth could have helped better quality and completion of project earlier than it actually did.All said, I would recommend Prashanth to my friends - asking them to ensure they clarify the above right at the outset.Wishing them all the best as they continue their journey of continuous improvement.
