Sandeep is an excellent Architect I ever seen so far. Once you discuss with him and explain the needs & requirements, he himself plan in such way that you will have multiple options to choose. He also comes up with innovative ideas during the construction phase and implements it as per our needs. He is flexible and changes the plan as and when needed, more importantly he is really brilliant in space utilization.
