We were looking for antique( I mean not western design) wooden work for wardrobes,stair railing, shelves, furnitures etc with simple GOTA.we thought the above people could do it after listening to their company profile.we asked them to visit the site and take all the orders.But, they are for just to show off their luxury and not interested towards work , customer service and satisfaction as well..I dont even grade them 1.They literally stand below zero.Now we have got carpenter who is Rajasthani and moreover a simple ordinary man and eager to give best of their skills and given world better wooden work.....I realised that never judge a book by its cover is true said.

I can easily say that this is the absolute worst furniture store in Bangalore. They are just cheats and frauds. Such places should be burned to the ground. DO NOT VISIT LUMBERMAN. Trust me, if you dont want to give your money away for free, stay away from this place. Im fed up with these people. I have put myself through so much mental stress with these people. Stay away.

Worst experience turned to good!! Ive worked with several interior firms and furniture manufacturers in Bangalore, but the Lumberman initial experience has to be the worst. We had placed an order for a swing 7weeks back. The estimate was shared and 50% advance was paid upon confirmation that item would be delivered in 10days. Ive following up with them in past 5 weeks and Jitender (Marketing head) have been telling that delivery would happen tomorrow. They have stopped taking calls all together for few weeks.However after lucky intervention of Nani (MD), things turned around and we finally got the product in good shape after 2.5months of wait time.

Fraud company they take money as advance and do not complete tue order.

We ordered furniture from Lumberman in the month of April. Jitender , their head of marketing offered to make any design thats available on the web. We picked a design which was shared with Jitender. They asked for 50% down payment to Nanis([email protected] ) account who is supposedly their MD. Once the payment was made, they asked for max 1week-10days for delivering the item. Multiple calls were made till date to enquire on the status of the item; their ridiculous responses have ranged from 1) Our workers have gone to celebrate Eid 2) Your item is ready but polishing is pending 3) Item would be delivered tomorrow 4) We were waiting for you to select the color of furniture . Now the wait time has gone past 1.5months and we have lost trust in them as they dont even respond to calls.Go with them at your peril!
