Worst Carpeting & design suggestions everWe got this interiors done from Livspace 3 years ago. The quality of the material is good, however I strongly suggest dont go for this company to your interiors,. Their carpeting is pathetic, their armatures designers doesnt know what to suggest for the customer. They have given us a wardrobe which is definitely fancy, however never explained pro and cons of this design. We paid 1.8 lk for this piece and this door broke on us and was about to fall on the person in the room. The door being glass, this is definitely life threating.They should have told initially the glass weight would be more and so called their high quality hinges wouldnt hold it rite.In 3 years, its been serviced 4 times and every time is temp fix. Now, finally, this broke and fallen off. Room being small space, imagine 4x8 ft heavy door falling on a person. This company should be literally sued.Local carpenter would make better carpeting compared to livspace.PLEASE DONT GO FOR THIS FRAUDS

A lot of hidden costs. 45 days delivery is a scam, took for more than 3 months for basic interiors. No clean job. Handed over with dirty premises , pencil markings , dirty toilets . Additional charges for floor protecting mats , electrical points adjustments , tap fittings etc,

We visited both the centres in Bangalore. It gives a fair idea about the options one has when it comes to designing a house. Having various designs and styles, fittings, material, finishing, etc under one roof makes it easier to compare and choose what works for you and whats available for your budget. The staff were courteous, walked us through the stores and handled our queries patiently and professionally. We are in the middle of the process right now. Hoping the journey forward will be smooth and satisfying.

Good place to look around as they have many varieties of interiors.. good follow up done by Ms.Bhagyasri.. overall good experience.. would like to visit again..

We wanted information on Modular Kitchen and Wardrobes. A designer was assigned to us who explained in detail all the options available to us together with display of a large number of finished specimen. The designer took our requirements and will provide an initial estimate of expenses in a quotation. Very happy to be here.

Its been 3+ months and still the work seems to go on. You need to follow up everytime and if you get lucky you get response in a day. Horrible experience. Just want to get hold of things and hope their post sale service would be better.Overall quality is just ok. They charge you for every paisa once you sign the document. I paid so much extra and their team missed things in my document multiple times and I had to review line by line.Finally the house was made a mess. No cleanup

Highly irresponsible team. It’s been more than 3 months our project is still in progress and there is no definite end date for project handover yet. The so called designer of our project neither gave us any valuable inputs nor executed the designs as per our suggestions. We kept reminding the designer multiple times to incorporate the designs we have asked for. They are not listening. The company is nice to customers only till they receive payments. They are least bothered in execution and completion of the project. Highly unprofessional team.I am highly disappointed with Livspace and it’s team.

Horrible experience with Livspace. The interior is still not ready after more than a year. They take full payment before installation and then delay the work endlessly. Quality is very poor. The wardrobe looks at least 10 years old and they keep asking for more time to rectify it, which doesnt happen!I have attached pics of NEW wardrobe installed by Livspace. I am still in shock!My honest suggestion, dont ever go to Livspace for your home.

Manjunath and his team are doing a great job by responding to my repair requests quickly and very good communication with customer. The carpenters have great skills n the quality of repair is also good. Kudos to the team and hope they continue being great at what they do 👍

I spent more than 2hrs each with two different reps a week apart each visit explaining my exact needs which needed tiny structural customisations but they never got back to me even after 2 weeks. So its just a mass production sweat shop... Yes you can customize the colours, when they say total customisation, colours is all that they mean. 😂🙂

Worst experience with livspace.They committed 45 days and have not completed work since 6 months...absolutely unprofessional team..don’t answer calls...team has no knowledge about anything....they just take your money and forget about you...never ever go with livspace

I visited livspace experience centre today approach road was really bad, but once inside I got to see exactly how a kitchen looks after the work is done it seemed good and nice once I start the interiors I wish they have same good quality work as shown at their center.

Couple of times wardrobe got repaired . Todays Service team members are good and they did work quickly. I hope this time wardrobe door should work properly for long-time.

I am trying to find an interior design company to the interiors for my 3 BHK apartment. Livspace was one of the vendors on my list but after reading the reviews here, I am sceptical about their work ethics. All the negative reviews have a response that says that they should provide further details about their project and the same will be looked into and rectified. I would really like to know if they really contacted the customer and compensated for their complaints. I would also really appreciate if someone can suggest a reliable interior designer in Bangalore

Thanks to Vijay and post sales team for putting sincere effort to expose the wire and handling it professionally and neatly.Please inform the project team that they have put connected wires, without proper joints. They have also told us simply that there are no connections. This has delayed us a lot. Please take care in future projects atleast and be transparent to customers.

It was a great experience from the day one we started from the designing process upto the execution and installation. We would like to thank our Designer Navpreet Kaur and Saprative (Leon) who has been very helpful in providing the ideas for our interior work for our house. Thank you Navpreet and Leon for your wonderful designs.Along with the designing process the next is the execution and installation process, where Madhusudhan who took the second phase of the interior works to get it done from the day one of the Floor Protector till the last day of Deep cleaning process. We were very happy on the planning made in the process of installation of our Modular Kitchen, Wardrobes and other interior works, where it was completed before the date promised. He was all time available if in case if we have any doubt during the installation to understand better. Thank you one again Madhusudhan for your extended support all the time.

Had a very bad experience with livspace they are just behind money and just concentrating only on marketing pitch , always doing virtual meet . Zero Outcome , delay in works , not sticking to timeline , they keep changing designers after a month without any handing over wasted 2 months and i finally decided not to go with livspace. wasting out time thwy send mail that we will refund your initial payment. what about time you people have wasted ? i will never recommend livespace FOR ANY ONE . Livespace is a commercially grown big brand ...Their glossy furniture , beautifully hand crafted interiors will mesmerize anyone..we were no exception..Two years back me and husband were looking for some good interior decorator to do the work for our newly bought apartment.Going by the reviews ,customer stories and a lot of surfing over Google,we finally zeroed in on Livespace to do the interior work for us. Bemused by their ideas,great designs and amazing finishing,we were quite satisfied thinking we have given the work to best one in townHowever our high hopes were shortlived.Once the design s were finalized and the initial payments were done,the true picture started unfolding.Delays in shipment/unavailability of staff were daily complaints from our end.The stipulated time to complete within 3months..in reality took almost 5monthsAnd still we were somewhat happy with the final outcome.Again,it was transient.The shutters for modular kitchen came out in less than a year.The glass for the master bedroom cupboards had a crack within six months of installation and had to be replacedAnd then the mishap happened.The mirror of the wall hanging dressing unit fell and my infants had just a close shave.The incident was traumatic for my entire family.Upon inspection ,it was identified that the huge mirror had no clasps /screws but only glued to the fixture.And to add to our misery,just yesterday,the glass shutter of the drawing room cabinet broke and my younger kid got multiple injuries.By Gods grace,their lives got saved.Shame on you Livspace.Your quality of work is pathetic.The installation and fixtures are cheap quality and the level of craftsmanship is much below the mark.We did the biggest mistake of our lives by engaging you as our interior decorators.Livespace is Just Terrible...As goes the saying,All that glitters is not Gold

Looking at the reviews and advertisements, I thought Livspace would be the right decision. But it wasnt! We paid 15k advance and later realised that they were unnecessarily dragging it and was taking a lot of time for every small clarification. The things that could be explained in 10min were being explained in 2 hours. Total waste of time and money. Quite expensive but the materials they used were of poor quality. They had charged about 1.5lakh for a wardrobe made of particle board(very cheap quality). So we decided not to proceed with Livspace and opted for a much much better designer for a reasonable price. Anyway, our advance amount paid is gone, but I still do not regret it as I strongly feel it was the best decision that we did not proceed with the Livspace!

Vivek is one of the most professional, kind, generous and helpful resource livspace has. He is brilliant and knows his work like a pro. His team is equally talented and understands the issue and helps towards the resolution. I wish i could say the same for livspace design and execution teams as well. Worst possible experience, they tantalize you first with low offer on par with local carpenter, and then make you pay advances, and then they wll schedule a inspection after that they wll hike the price by nearly 30% and after that they wll again ask you to pay more like 50% of the project cost and then again they wll hike the price by another 5to7% sototaalytjere wll be a hikeif 35 to 40% , so dont go with initial offer please, and also to complete the project they take atleast 45 days, as they outsource everything, so be carefull

This feedback is just related to after sales services received on 21/08/2021.I was little doubtful about the first service request after the mess design and installation team has done. I have registered a call on 21/08/2021 at around 8:30 AM and to my surpriser got a revert within an hour. Manjunath was really soft spoken and understood the problem very well. He promised to depute carpenters by 11:00 AM.Infield team reached before time and the problem was resolved by 11:30.Thanks to Manjunath for the prompt response.

Livspace is a fraudulent company. Once they have taken booking amount and half the project money. Their is no point of contact. The numbers provided for project dont pick your calls. No reply to email ids provided. We are just stuck with our money lost and with no solution. At the time of booking they used to call and take our calls on very regular basis. But this problem started once payment was done. If someone can guide us how to file a complaint against this company.

Completely Disappointed with the kind of work done by LivSpace, Hyderabad, Hitech CityDefinitely won’t recommend for anyone.Got to know problems when we actually moved to new place where we got the interiors done by LivSpace.They took long time to take measurements and sounded confident.You can see here how horrible work they have done.. We had to remove door of a cupboard, to arrange water purifier.With such a horrible design and planning, they blocked the way for Chimney outlet.

Technician Ramakrishna and his partner came and fixed all the issues very fast and in the same day as the query was raised , happy with the service

Hi All ,I am going to share my experience on interior of my dream home.Before starting the work we have done some research on home interior and we finalized Livspace and submit the initial quotation request through Livspace website. Vijay Simha HN was assigned for our dream home as a Studio Head.When we had a initial discussion, He was so kind , we felt okay for him, we got a right person, what we are expecting and we started giving the requirement then he stared telling that ‘this cannot be done by Livspace I can do it from my own company called as dheemahiarchitects and taking the business from Livspace to his company. As we don’t have knowledge on this field we agreed for that. So 10 lakhs of business taken from Livspace and making business to his company which is Fraud Company.Whatever work he has taken for LivSpace on designing is not done properly, lot of designing issue in the kitchen and I have raised the complaint in the LiveSpace at the early stage of design. So I want to give rating 1 star, otherwise, LiveSpace material quality and the installation team is goodHe have started work on Nov 2020 and completed on April 2021.What ever Livspace work he has taken is not done properly, loot of designing issue in the kitchen and I have already raised the issue.Between these times, we struggle like hell, he has taken all the money from us and he has not done any work properly between these times, we are feeling like hell. He was not picking the call, not responding to messages, totally we under go with lot of mental stress. He has not given the company address and even he blocked my number totallyPoint, I want to highlight here is, Yes, It’s our wrong decision but Customer and Livspace management should be aware of this kind of person. Livspace work (kitchen) is done as expected and I am very happy with service, there is no complaint on Livspace work.Finally, I am requesting to all customers, who are going for interior design by LivSpace, make sure you are away from Vijay Simha HN and I am sharing the picture of him. And for LivSpace please take some action on this.

I visited their showrooms in HSR & Lavelle Rd. They were very efficient, informative, receptive & responsive to the client queries and requirements.

After very good feedback from our neighbours, we reached out to Live space for kitchen renovation and they said minimum of 1 lakh will be accepted for any work. We agreed to go ahead with the plan and after we had designer shradha who came back during design stage that the minimum amount would be 2 lakhs which is not expected during that stage.so, horrible experience with Live space..I would not suggest Livespace for any customers.

Be careful about Livspace if you are going for renovation. They lack expertise and the experience sucks with all the handoffs between them and multiple agencies. Contact me for more information.Also their pricing policy is a nightmare. It is paying 100% upfront without seeing the product.

The team Livspace completed the interior work(including all furniture) for our home at Sobha Dream Acres in last November(2019). Somehow it got delayed from my side to give my feedback. The team sincerely deserves it for the quality output, great finish, and timely delivery(got delayed by 2 weeks - but thats understandable and okay). Thanks to Gouthami Gowda(Designer - great selection of furniture, color scheme, and interior design), Ashok K(Project manager- Great execution, work organization, and quality/timely delivery) and Prince(for work execution and process transparency), for making our home elegantly beautiful and keeping the process hassle-free for us. I had some small problem for which I registered my request with your helpline. On the same day I received a call from Mr Irfhan who promised to send the carpenter for redressal of my problem next day at 10 AM. The carpenter visited my place at 10 AM and my problem was resolved.

Visited Livspace Experience Center on Lavelle road, nice warm welcome and friendly staff. Center has many finished product on display for the clients to feel and understand the quality of the finish. Sanjitha and Deeksha had been very patient in understanding my requirements in terms of design and budget.

Once again I am happy to share that the livespace has amazing team , one of my unit got damaged and due to covid I was not able to raise my concerns, once I was back to Bangalore and raised my concern they have taken it as priority and completed what was required ,I want to thank Irfan and team. Kudos to Team.Super Happy with the LivSpace design, finishes, quality, execution, services and support team:)I really like their approach towards each and everything, starting from the design discussion to the execution. I have been informed about the process very clearly at the very first call with Kalyani, She helped me to understand the timeline and I have made my plans accordingly.Our designer Aditi had a very good suggestion for the kitchen. With a small civil change our kitchen is looking pretty big and became more functional. Also, the finishes what she suggested are perfect for our taste.The execution team of Harsha and Prakash was really professional in their work and maintaining the decorum of the house. BIGGEST SCAM!!Never go to these hyped companies to get your precious homes interiors done. It took them more than 2 years to complete the work and handover my home.Ive taken this route since the customer care is deaf, and no one is customer centric in that company! Youre treated as just another project and nothing else!The worst experience my family faced from 0-100% of the project execution. Absolutely no responsibility by anyone starting from the leads, designer and the site manager (one of the worst).We paid hefty amounts for KnW, Aristo wardrobes, and customized works through Livspace but the quality and experience is worst!!No responsibility taken by the site manager to frequently visit and check on-going works. We had to literally have a red carpet floor to welcome him everytime. And when he comes, its only a 15-20min timepass and he escapes.Aristo wardrobes was one another issue, no quality, no locks, just showpieces and hell expensive. Once, the lengthy door almost fell on my dads head!!It took them forever to finish, even now with some issues pending.Customising works was very bad; 3rd party vendors come to do what Livspace cannot provide. At first, its all hunky dory but slowly their behaviour and quality of work is seen. Mistakes in quotations to blindly take money from customer and their carpenters are thieves who took things unknowingly from our site.We are at a loss of money as I ended up paying 1 year of extra rent to my previous landlord (complete rent during Covid also) and had to forcefully move in to my unfinished home because of our losses.The company also does not compensate for their irresponsibility and their laws doesnt do any justice for the same.In the end, only Basavakumar and Meer (after many site managers and employees changed) atleast picked up calls in the end and completed the remaining tasks (respect them for their work ethics).Others were just in a hurry to complete and wash their hands off so that the warranty period starts.Just a waste of my familys time, money, peace and experience of building a new home (not house)!Thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied!Thank you 🙏

Sharing my own experience. Wish there is negative rating. The Worst Customer Service Experience I ever had. The quality of work at its worst. Zero value for money. Lack of trust and transparency. Don’t put your money at risk. Find someone reliable and efficient:

Find another designer. It’s not worth wasting your precious money and time on this business.They give a good sales pitch but that’s where it ends. Livspace has no work ethics, doesn’t keep its promises, misleads you and delays. They are certifiably unprofessional.It has literally taken them 6+ months to just partially start the work, we ended up moving to a house that was nowhere ready for occupancy because we didn’t want to pay the rent any longer and we had overstayed in our rental apartment by many months.The work commenced in Jan 2018, we were promised a ready house by mid of Feb, then Mar, Apr, May and finally by Mid of June. It’s now end of June and the house is still not ready. We had no choice but move in with an todler into a dirty, dusty, dangerous house full of construction materials, sharp objects and electrical cables. They charged us 100% before the work even commenced and then hung us out to dry.These people ruined what should have been a magical experience moving into an owned home.Attached are the pictures of our moving in day 4.5 months after promised delivery date.

To begin with please consider the** disclaimer seriously they will spoil your house**I booked Livspace 5 months before and I did fall looking at their jazzy showrooms with extravagant listing of interiors , designs blah blah. So I went ahead and booked the service now you are trapped cos the booking amount is 25% of final quote once you booked you can’t cancel as they will not refund it(terms and conditions are crazy) then there was a design stage and your designers keep changing and finally we got a guy who wasn’t clear about what design to give finally after 10 iterations we gave our design (just look at the time and efforts lost while indulging) Now comes the next payment part sending for production. Since there was a lockdown we thought we will pay once the factories open but their sales head called me and pushed so much to get the money telling that ours would be first project to be completed and thinking that will get it done we paid (big mistake)After that for next 2.5 months there was no update and no news about the progress then one fine after lots of chase up they introduced us to operations team. Now operations team ans design team have no idea as they are absolutely not in sync with each other and finally after the consent of ops team our design was changed there wow. Then the ops team said the product would take another month already 3.5 months over. Finally after more than a month again after escalating several times the fittings were delivered home and this has to be assembled . And when they started fitting it I objected cos of the sub quality work ans the product now the blame game started in between they charged again 8000 for removal of skirting tiles and sticking shabbily it just take 800 rs a day labour, even after that I asked them finish the work so that the end product may look good . On the day of handover I got the biggest shock of my life leave about the finishing and fittings which was very poor my eight walls inside the apartment were spoilt, pencil marks black scratches walls broken , glue poured on the tiles (after having the floor covered) pan and gutka stains in bathrooms, toilet seats soiled extremely dirty . I asked them please clean ans repaint to my surprise they came back with a package of deep cleaning and painting to spend another 10k towards it, which I did not accept and asked them to leave enough damage was already made.Livspace is a disgusting company who do not have any ethics nor quality with their work, I would never refer anyone and this post is to educate all whoever is planning to go with them on how bad the experience, please do not fall for the discounts they offer at the beginning as you will have to spend twice the amount to recoup the damage done by them.

Hello everyone!Today I would like to share my opinion about Livspace interiors an interior designing firm from Bangalore, recently I met those people to check the details about the product and pricing, frankly speaking, I went there to check only, as my flat is not yet ready so I am just exploring the interior options within budget, I saw their few images in Instagram and reached their office, first thing I would like to appreciate them for their response. They explained to me about each and every material and the pricing they showed samples. I am completely new to this section so I asked a lot of questions they gave answers for each and explained me pros and cons.If you are new and looking for home interiors then I recommend Livspace Interiors.

The experience zone is really attractive and ppl have been treated nicely. Proper safety measures are taken care and designer has also responded with proper information. Thanks Anjali, Reetu and Uthara.

Had a good experience with Livspace Bangalore. The Project Execution team led by Debasis Mohanty and interior designer Ritu Bhangdiya were responsive to all project queries and ensured timely hand over of project.

I had placed an order for three wardrobes for my new apartment. I was promised to get soft close drawers for all wardrobes but one wardrobe had all normal drawers without soft close. The person on site insisted that soft close drawers were not ordered but the designer insisted he had placed order for the same. I had to argue with both and get the issue resolved.When I sent videos of the drawer issue in the group watsapp chat, project manager (Ria) exited the group without any response. This was totally rude and unacceptable.In the sign off document there was a mirror adjacent to the wardrobe, but the designer Rakesh had missed ordering it and they installed only a ledge without mirror.It was a mixed bag of experience, hope the quality of the wardrobe is not compromised when the designer placed the order.

One of the reasons I chose Livspace over other independent designers/companies was because I believed their processes would be streamlined and I wouldnt have to bother about my interiors while managing my office work. My experience with them has been horrible ever since we started designing for my house. The designer team works at a very slow space, the business manager isnt responsive, & its a task to catch hold of the Project manager even after the site kick-off meeting is done. I wouldnt recommend Livspace to anyone because of the unpleasant experience they offer after they have locked you in with a hefty booking amount.

Most unprofessional and unethical company in terms of commitment. Also quality of product is pathetic. I give my home on the basis of trust which their business manager ashmita and designer simran built during our initial meetings. They seems professional on talks but on grounds they are totally unprofessional in terms of time line, commitment and promises which they give. They will sue you in terms of documents because being not from the same field you wont be able to understand their technical terms of which they take benefit. They will promise you that if any product you dont like delivered on site, either you can take refund or replace. But actually they wont refund you neither replace it at all as they dont mention in sign off. Even if you will push for refund they will say they can only give you 50% of the product amount. I am facing the same thing in my flat. My project is pending for completion from last 9 months. Since I cant pay emi and rent simultaneously, I had to move in incomplete project. The big thing is that they issue online warranty through email even without asking customer. I have escalated my complaint through customer care 30 - 40 times but of no use. They dimly close your complaint without asking you after 3 days. Totally unprofessional, if you are ready to wait for a year to get your home ready you can give them your project. Seriously from past 7 months they are not able to kill one issue of foyer unit in my flat. You can understand how professional they are. Dont get into their fake commitment and ads they run. All are fake. Also if any one are in talks with them or even have given any amount to them, please get everything pen down in document for your safety. I strongly recommend not to give any project to Livspace on personal experience

The design person took 3 months to generate a simple design of just the living room renovation.The costs were not what they shared earlier and went up by 30% unlike what they claim. Huge mistakes in drawings and you would end up correcting them yourself onsite.The project team work is super slow and really not planned well. Different materials reach at different times and work is not planned accordingly. The costs are exorbitant.To give you an example - they made a switchboard for fan without the regulatorMy project is still unfinished - 3 days in a week no work happens! ( after spending 3 months in design planning) .Just avoid - took a wrong decision going with them. Project ID is 703348.

Awful service. Faulty timelines and estimates. Their quote keeps changing as they try to mislead you in the beginning without telling you the full chages until you pay the advance. Designers are not involed and make approximates with sizing, so 4 here and there are things that you need to be present for.. They are not a one stop shop, they keep making you procure things from external service providers so finally you have to stay completely involved to get it done. Cannot leave it to their designers or trust them to get it done properly. DOnt know why they have a design fee!!!

Very bad experience with Livspace. Attaching the images of wardrobe installed.This is merino laminates as per them. Even local vendors will give you a better finish.The wardrobe is full of wipe marks as if cleaned with some dirty cloth and scratches as well. The rep says that he is not able to remove it! Why will I accept such a poor product after paying them so much!They charge 100% before installation and then dont pay heed to your complaints at all.Please dont trust them. After full payment you have to run behind them and it wont be resolved!

Fellows dontcome through the ads and other things its just time waste and money waste.And its not worth it and anyways the company is going to drop down so its of no use so yall just dont waste your time 🙌

Got call from livspace about interior n agreed to proceed further with designer to share quote as per my requirement, without my concern livspace decided themselves n sent a mail stating I myself deactivated the project. Do you think! you are the only one in market???? Hell lot of options available. Dont ever contact me again. Get lost n good bye

Good cleanliness and rules followed as I had visited during the lockdown. The designers explain what is necessary for us as an individual rather than having a general design for everyone. They explained every detail with costing and advantages. Polite and friendly staff. Designs range from affordable with an amazing quality to expensive with the best quality.

I got in touch with Livspace for designing interiors of my new house. Prashanth Srinivas, interior designer of Livspace was prompt and considered our inputs, then integrated them into our design. We changed our designs multiple times, but he always had the patience to listen to us.
