Started as Client and ended up getting good friend through his professional approach on my house construction as Turnkey project.Actually our family dream was fulfilled by John by taking very much personal care to build my house in Vakil garden city , Kanakapura road Bangalore . I have opted for a turn key project because I stay in Shanghai and I could not visit frequently to overview my project , also I don’t have touch and knowledge of Bangalore  construction activities for the past 12 years .When I decided to build the house for my use , I enquired with a few friends and collected references of Architects in Bangalore city. Among all, John responded by fixing the time to meet me at my location immediately. When we met first in coffee day , he had listened my requirements then explained his way of working like making house design proposal , making tender with shortlisted contractors , selection of contractor , overview the project in terms of step by step activities , inspection of progress , progress update on fortnightly basis , bill checking / certification plan vs actual,  providing options even after fixing the requirements  to decide based on our limits etc,. Then I was not having any other thoughts other than deciding to engage him for my project. He is a truly professional person and has a wonderful team for execution of his thoughts.After engaging, I couldn’t find time to match his speed of work in terms of replies from my side and whenever I found the time he could adjust his work and supported me. Also during my visit in India , he lined up requirements to be discussed and get the confirmation from our side as per my convenience . Once we concluded our layout options and his tendering process was exhaustive work but he and his team took through us the entire documents to understand the details . Finally we have decided to award contractor MC Suresh who is a very simple and hard working person, this combo matches my requirements perfectly by accommodating my requirements change during project progress , payment options in terms of time & mode, one important point they also took my references of shops to evaluate and bought things from them.When construction was getting to the final stage, I decided to engage John for interior design also. With his support our family could visualize the complete house in finishing condition through 3D model , this gave great freedom to decide our requirements satisfactorily. Here also John has brought on interior contractor Zac Mathew who I can say is a very friendly guy and coordinated very well with Suresh without much of my involvement. These 3 teams were a wonderful combination which made our dream to reality .Last by least, in the last 3 years of my engagement from first meeting to full house completion the entire work including my work was very passionately done by John and team, without them it will be very difficult to make my dream come true by remote .Few areas of caution, John always bring options which may increase your project cost but it’s up to you to decide , later definitely one should not feel why we are not taking other options . Evaluating all options is always better and Johns goes with  our final call through pros & cons..I can say in one word, he and his team are a one stop solution for your dream house ..
