I have got done the interiors from IdSpace with lots of hope on good quality and good finishing. I had liked the interiors done in there showroom and was expecting the finishing like that. Quality of the material is good but finishing is not at all good. Main reason for not good finish is, they subcontract the fixing of material to other carpenters and they were not skilled

I have placed an order for my 3BHK interiors. I have to say that id space Mr. Murali has given enough time and options for me to finalize. I took 3 months to get what I wanted and decided to stick with id space based on the trust and relationship that developed. I must mention that id space is typically 10 to15% costlier to other comparable service providers. Nevertheless, I was happy and confident about quality and delivery. I could also finalize on a good price. So far so good. I have made an advance payment 50% of the contract value 6 months before the actual supply could begin. (unexpected delays in taking the possession of the apartment) Surprisingly, when the house registration was completed and prior dates for house warming was informed, they could not meet the deadlines.The most disturbing and disgusting point is they dont have dedicated work force. They out sourced one Carpenter who damaged my erection work and also my tiles by drilling on the floor. Its now over a month that I have occupied the house and the work is still to be completed. They could not arrange for kitchen handles and I had to rush for procuring them. I did not receive the drawings for outsourced items like laundry basket etc.. And now I find them not meeting my needs. Their work force is so incompetent that they believe in cutting and drilling as they like to fit things and in the end spoiled my interior work.In the end after over 9 months of judicious preparation I am waiting for things to close. I am sure that Murali and team will close the project sometime, but when is a question mark. I am sure I will not accept anything less than what was specified as I have put my heart and soul in designing my needs long time back. Even now I am awaiting for the revised drawing for my bed which I requested some 3 months back. Poor communication, bad planning and terrible workforce are their weakness. Their strengths are hafele products and good manufacturing.So anyone who wants to go to id space can do so, but with a caution on who will be executing the project, their experience etc.. Supply wise they manufacture good quality panels, but make sure they stick to what you wanted. There were few damaged supplies which they will replace, but what about the damages done by the work force both to the supplies and also to the home? I have treated id space as a partner but sadly my experience is not satisfactory.

I went to their showroom for checking out wardrobe designs...They have promised us to give a call back and to visit our house which is right in the same lane of their office for taking the measurments. But never got any call or update...Highly unprofessional...
