I have contracted Enterio for doing modular kitchen and wardrobes in my villa in Celebrity Natures habitat in Attibele-Sarjapur Road, Bangalore . Finally I regret my decision having chosen Enterio for the job. As I was away from the country I have trusted their professionalism and self commitment to deliver quality work, especially I am not there to monitor their work personally. When I visited the villa a week ago, at first sight optically everything looked ok. But when I dig deep and see closely I find many glaring issues in the work. I am totally disappointed and frustrated for having entrusted them.Let me list it one by one below.Poor wardrobe work:Wardrobe handles are loose and screws were not tightened properly at several doors.Even one handle’s screw had fallen away and it just dangling with one screw.One Wardrobe door’s middle butterfly hinge was not screwed and it is projecting out.Damaged water pipe while fixing soap holder:While fixing the bathroom soap holder, they drilled right above the concealed shower pipe and pierced it, which caused water seepage on the adjoining kitchen wall. I have to break the tiles and fix change the leaking pipe and put the tiles back by paying the bilder extra money. Damage to my pocket: Rs 8000Modular kitchen- lack of attention to detailIn modular kitchen, they half closed the electric socket in the wall, making that power point useless. They haven’t informed me about this design flaw and just kept silent even when I have asked to send photos of the installed modular kitchen. Now I have to spend for electrician to fix this.And for one window they have not fixed the curtain road at all. But they claimed all rods were fixed and got full payment for curtain rod work. When I asked for photos they sent others but not this unfixed one. How clever they are (just cheating)Sagging window curtain rods:They have not put adequate support for the curtain rods in the middle. So the roads are sagging on its own weight even without curtains. Alos curtain rod is of less thickness so it flexes and sagging.Poor quality fans:I have asked them to install ceiling fans and gave a budget of Rs around 1500 but they have put Anchor entry level fan that looks cheap and also the ceiling cups are not fixed properly and internal items are visible.Lack of interest to fix the issues:When I raised the issues, there was simply a ping pong with no real interest to resolve. Owner will assign a project manager to fix the issue. Who will be supposedly on outstation and will reply back later, some reply in between, then go on hibernation and so on. It is pure frustration to deal with them.

Professional team ,who were responsive and punctual on the work. Was accommodating enough to accept ad hoc changes in the designs and plan. The entire interior work for my 3 BHK was completed in 30 days after finalising the design

Good work. Right from designing till completion it was a good experience. The designer aswini and badri were open to all our suggestions and did a good job in 2d and 3d drawings and also helped in suggesting laminates. Vijay sir did a good job of foreseeing the complete wood work and additional civil work. His team of carpenters were also very much responsible. Thank you very much for the good work Kiran.

We are extremely satisfied and happy with the Interior work done by the entire team . For sure need to special mention on their commitments to work and time schedule for which they handed over on time as Scheduled. They were patient enough to make changes as per our requirements even after design confirmation and during work in progress . I would recommend and suggest Enterio for other’s too .
