Although it may not be directly relevant to their skills, or lack thereof, as interior designers or whatever they do, potential clients may wish to know that this company engages in animal cruelty, keeping a number of dogs in cramped conditions that cause them to bark endlessly--literally hours on end. Apart from the effect on the poor dogs, this is a major annoyance to all their neighbors.They refuse to even acknowledge the problem, much less doing anything about it, such as common-sense training of their dogs not to bark, or finding alternative accommodations for the dogs.Their solution is to blame the neighbors being inconvenienced for complaining. If this is their attitude towards identifying problems, taking responsibility for them, and moving to solve them, or if like me you dont see how good design work could be done while animals are constantly yapping, perhaps you should find another partner for your project.
