This review is more to the builder than this specific project. Brigade is cheating people like anything with Rera being their partner in crime.They’re delaying the projects and failing to meet the commitments they made to the customers. Covid has hit everyone in the country and because of that we already sufferer a delay of 1 year for Brigade woods project. But now Brigade managed to get another year of extension which is absolutely unacceptable. And all these happens with zero transparency and keeping the customers in dark. Their customer service is pathetic. Don’t ever go for this builder considering they’re a big brand and will keep the promises they make.

Good service and all items available in better price

We booked the flat in Park side east and never thought a builder like Brigade will cheat thr customers . They promised the project in Dec 2020 and now they are saying that sep 22 . And every time they extend by 6 months and saying that because of pandemic . If it is really an issue how other builders are still keeping thr promise. I will never suggest Brigade to any one

The project and the concept looks good. I liked the mixed usage and the project has open space and a bigger play area for kids. Brigade is a good builder and hoped it would be a good company to invest with. Brigade customer care is not trustable and they can change their resolution later or after a few months during the close of the project. Brigade pushes for online based sales and customer resolution but based on personal experience, you cannot trust the resolution provided. The email would be generic and later Brigade would state that they didnt specify the details so they cannot honor the commitment.I booked the flat in 2019, I had worked with Brigade and the sales and customer care response were good. After a couple of months there were initial delays in customer care responses and the payment request was not sent on time and I had issues with allotment and agreement letters and I had worked with Brigade several months to get it resolved.This year (2021) once 70% of the apartment is paid, I have been charged interest and the calculation was done from early 2019. The calculation was done where Brigade didnt send the payment request at the time. After trying to work with Brigade several times, I have been provided the same resolution with readjusted calculation based on the initial email. I had a call last year (2020) with Brigade and email confirmation that the interest calculation would be calculated as per my request as my case had lots of delays from Brigade. This year I have been told that the resolution is an oversight and the email didnt specifically state the exact words and only states Brigade will do the changes as per my request.. Since I signed the allotment and agreement letter, Brigade is only working based on the agreement and the irony is I signed the agreement letter only after the email resolution was provided.Last year (2020) was pretty tough and I had managed to pay most of the balances as per my email communication and resolution provided. With this bitter experience, I no longer have the same trust with Brigade and I hope I dont get any more surprise payment requests in future. Given all I had gone through, I would be cautious in investing in long term projects like in Brigade and I didnt imagine I would have to go through this with a Big reputable builder.For people looking to invest in Brigade, if you are thinking of buying part with loan and cash since the project is long term, Please follow these before investing1. Do not rush to book the flat thinking the flat will be sold or you will miss that floor or the building. Once you sign, you are responsible for 3 lakhs at least2. Once an allotment letter is signed, you are responsible for 10% of the property and if you want to cancel, no matter what you are liable and the amount you have paid is not going to come back3. Once an agreement is signed, the same thing applies and also GST you paid will not be returned as well. You have 15 days as per RERA to make payments and additional 15 days provided by Brigade to make payment. Customer is always responsible for checking the email and milestones. Customers will not be provided with an approximate time when the next milestone will be reached. During the booking and allotment letter, a milestone chart is provided. Payment requests would be sent only in email. If there are payment delays, irrespective of whether you are notified or not by Brigade or you have any pending queries or customer care/CRM resolution provided, Brigade can come back by end of the project and ask for interest. Customer resolution can turn out to be an oversight resolution. Remember the project is long term and Brigade can come back at any time for any of the missed or delayed payments irrespective of whose fault. It would always be the customer fault at the end. Sales team can encourage telling you it is a long term project and does not inform you about the above points.4. If only you are good with the above points, then you should continue with investing.Hope this helps!!!

This property is Residencial plus commercial. If you are thinking to buy property here for living then it will be biggest mistake. As this will not be good place as privacy point of view for you and your family also for your children. You are indirectly teaching your children to shop from birth instead of growing, learning and then shopping. This will be biggest headache for you. You will start loosing all money with no peace.

Excellent project, a integrated township with commercial and retail. Their sales, crm and customer service are very helpful. You wont regret buying a property here

Poor execution of projects by Brigade. Expect delays in possession after paying 90% of money. Most of the projects are delayed by 18-20 months. After investing, Will end up paying EMI interests and Rent.

I recently bought a flat in Serene. Before buying, I did a good amount of research on the good projects in and around Whitefield and Sarjapur. Brigade Cornerstone Utopia came out to be the best and the most promising one. The landscape, greenery, amenities are the best you can find in any township project. Add to that, the high street shopping and multiplex coming up in the project are icing on the cake. Its a mini city altogether and definitely promises an excellent RoI. It is futuristic and has every modern facility you would expect. Darshan from the sales team did a superb job in explaining the minute details of the project and made my buying experience a pleasurable one.The only drawback would be the long wait for possession until June 2023 as the excitement to start living in this highly modern and beautiful township makes you impatient.Updates:03 Mar 2021: Brigade is targeting to start possession for Serene 1yr early around June 2022(in the worst case Dec 2022). So, thats a super good news.

Do not Buy flat from Brigade. They will make fake promises and then give you possesion after an eternity. Never less than 2-3 years late. Mind before buying.I want to tell you about another project of theirs BRIGADE parkside east, whyich started way before UTOPIA.They are delaying the possession and very slow progress. Now also not communicating the possession. If you mail to hereforubrigade then also no response. I know here they will not give possession date . To my comments they will again ask me to mail to them . Mail which they will never respond to. I feel cheated by brigade. Now they have again increased RERA by sept 2022. It is highly irresponsible . I have been visting the project. The project is very slow from the beginning . Instead of completing project they were putting efforts on increasing RERA. First they fooled us saying SEPT 21 they will apply OC. Now they are saying DEC21 they will apply OC. But of you see the progress of the Project , there is no way Brigade is in position to apply OC. Please do not buy flat from these cheaters. I am repenting my decision. Hopefully no one else suffers this .

Dont buy brigade. They have RERA in their pocket. They will get extensions as they wish. In woods, they said they will start OC next month but got extension from RERA for 1 year. RERA means nothing.

Less carpet area. How can someone stack so many apartments, office, shops in such an area. Look at the road in front of it. Going to be a nightmare. Its not even near metro or cbd that the project has to be so dense. Will not recommend for self use. Compare with other projects in this locality then you will understand how much densely populated this project is in comparison.

It is still under construction. But the plan is really amazing. It will still take 2 years or so to be fully constructed and ready to move in.

Very congested property. They are building 4200+ apartment + office building in only 47 acres of land. Just diagonally opposite to this property, Prestige lake side habitat have 110 acre land with only 3300 apartment + villas. Overall did not feel like good for end use, as I think life may not be that peaceful here. If you are looking for self use, think twice before zeroing in. Just because many are doing something does not mean its good. Only reason for 2 star is its a mixed use development so may be good for investment purpose.

Excellent project, with apartment they also provide office space exclusive for your use, have malls only for apartment residents, multiplex for residents only with no usage charges , so you are not buying just a flat but complete mall multiplex office space exclusive for you

Dont book in Paradise or Eden if your budget is less and u cant book in other blocks, they wont allow you to use the OASIS clubhouse, the bigger swimming pool or the sports arena nearby the clubhouse. You will feel discarded , low class people in front of the other Residential blocks. Its better to look for other builders alteast they dont do partiality. Such a cheap practice by Brigade. You are not charging for clubhouse money from Paradise/Eden, but restricting them from using even the outside amenities like the bigger swimming pool or the sports arena is not sensible. Get it clarified with the sales manager if they agree to change their rules then you can go ahead else skip it.

Price is quite high compared to area, but facilities are good

We booked an apartment in Brigade Utopia. The sales team helped us well through the process. We negotiated for 2 months to get the price reduced. But Brigades zero discount policy for all customers made us to buy at MRP at the end. Meantime most of the nice view apartments were sold out. And we were forced to choose from next phase which has possession 6 months later to previous phase. They have preferred location charges for few towers which has nice view of clubhouse and artificial pond. Which makes them costly compared to similar projects in the area. But they don’t need to reduce the price as huge demand is there and most of them are sold out. Other towers are at reasonable prices compared to market. I have checked the prices of Shobha and Prestige projects nearby. The pricing is similar. But leftover flats in prestige lakeside is available at 5-10L than this, but door facing and views were important to me.Possession is planned from 2023, which is pretty long wait. But current road, traffic and other infrastructure issues made me feel that waiting 4 years is worth by then everything is cleared. The location will be easily accessible to Whitefield, outer ring road, Sarjapur, electronic city etc. Peripheral ring road is planned adjacent to it, and project has a connection proposed to it. It’s a huge advantage if it becomes reality.They are planning the project similar to Brigade Gateway, where Orion mall is located. Utopia is a mixed-use project with commercial, retail and residential. And these are well separated too. Current development spread across 47 acres. And Brigade recently acquired another 50 acres bordering to this for hotel and hospital, planned for future development. They have included a 40,000 sft club house.There are 4000 families going to occupy in 47 acres and a single clubhouse which is an issue. Another issue is the varthur road in front of the project, which is in bad condition and too much traffic. We checked these with Mohamed, our sales manager. There are two different blocks separated by a road in between, Eden and Serene. Both of them has separate exclusive club houses. Eden has several studio and 1bhks, which makes the total count high as 4000. But the serene side has more 3bhks so count is less club house sizes are planned considering this. The varthur road currently in bad condition, but widening in progress. Apart from this Govt is planning a long flyover to reduce the traffic in the area. By the time this project completed, these things will be addressed.

The commercial and residential combo sounds good but the carpet ratio is too poor for the money being paid

Project is good with lot of amenities promised, location is also good, staff members were polite. Slightly overpriced though.

Referral scheme is a scam at brigade. Brigade has tied up with many Channel partners who will mention their names while booking and siphon off the referral benefits. Be alert.Also brigade customer support here4you is terrible. They behave like robots and dont bother to call customer to understand the support request, make their own assumptions on the issue, give wrong resolution and close the tickets by themselves.

Brigade have one of the worst CRM team, very un professional and hide the information.

Booked my first home here. What an awesome project with very good location. Very well explained by Snigdha, part of sales team. She helped a lot with all our concerns related to loan or related to our unit and project.Good project to invest in East Bangalore. You can get 2bhk and 3bhk, for now studio and 1 bhk already sold out in phase 1. Project phase1 will be ready for possession by June 2023.The society gets access to 70% companies being closer to Whitefield, ORR and Sarjapur. Also upcoming Peripheral Ring road will be passing through society so it will be easy to access areas across Bangalore.Society will have 2 big club houses along with big garden area. Also society is a mix project with one commercial building and multiplex inside. That makes the project perfect and complete and also similar to other brigade projects.

Brigade Utopia is a very nice mix development project in east bengaluru, varthur road.

After going through lot of properties finally landed at Brigade Cornerstone project site. The plan and integrated township concept caught my eyes and i was very happy with the concept. Brigade is a reputed builder and there quality is at the higher standard , i went ahead by booking a flat in Tranquil building. Im happy with my purchase. 4 star was because of the price point as it is on the higher side.

How terrible experience you get from Brigade. Think before booking a flat in Brigade . I dont even want to give single star...I booked a flat on launch before GST. After GST was announced, we expected benefit , but brigade took almost 9 to 12 months to come back to customers and said no change in the cost... they gave a big story... how they charged GST before and after ..and said they incur lost if they apply new GST rules. excuses... their system is not ready for new GST rules...no decision taken so far for buyer who booked before GST..I lost the best interest gave by SBI due to delay by Brigade to give proper documents to get the loan approved . I had to be behind Brigade customer contact team ( Venkat Ramesh and now Akash) for 3 months to get it. Bank canceled the loan document and i had to submit again with new interest. I also lost the free processing offered by SBIPromises made during booking:Promise to handover of the flat in December 2022 ..document says june 2023. Payment scheduling is done based on that.Changes in flat can be requested during construction. But you are not even allowed to see the flats.Now we got an email some months back that Rera has provided additional 9 months time to brigade to complete construction... so brigade has no liability to handover the flats to customer by june 2023..So it will go past 2023 also. But i dont see any change in payment scheduling and no written commitment to any buyer that they can still handover in june 2023.Pathetic Customer Supportsofar i have created more than 25 tickets i have created for invoice discrepancies and update on progress ..and also called them more than 30 times. You will get any answer from their customer support and they make false promise of call back to you which you never get.they have created customer portal which they ask us to refer . But you dont see any information in the portal for which i have raised complaints many times..and till now no solution..After 3 to 4 months of 15+ tickets and calls to get the clarification , i got a call from them only to ask for payment and not for solution.you only get payment reminder from them every time ... if any issues you raise..you dont get any response..i had a option to book Prestige , but i went for Brigade ..mistake..In addition i also agree with this postRead agreement carefully. Future smart City. Looked promising. Far away from the city hustle and in varthur village. Hope transport and connecivity will improve once the township is created. Its a self sustaining project. Completion is far... 2024. Model apartments are too good.

I am changing back again to 5 star, since I got clarified about tile quality and it looks good to me.And utopia project is dream to everyone to those who bought it here and I strongly hope brigade will keep our expectations and I recommend anyone who wishes to buy in township project, they can consider investing in this awesome project.

The plan is good, lots of amenities, good demand from public. When we visited the marketing office it was jam packed with lots of customers.One hiccup we faced was, the floor cluster plan in the PDF shared by sales representative and the actual floor cluster plan are incorrect. In the end, we booked a flat with different built up area than what was sent to us as brochure (Since you get the sale plan after making the booking)But sales team was also helpful in helping us change the unit we booked initially to a different one since we wanted upper floors with bit better view.Speaking of views, if you are planning to buy a unit here, dont go planned thinking you will get the view of your desire. Most of the units with good views are already sold according to the sales team.

The staff at Brigade Cornerstone Utopia are extremely UNprofessional and cheats of an epic kind. Their calculations in invoice are incorrect and even after repeatedly asking them to fix it they never did. They always marked the ticket as resolved even without fixing the issue. This is a blatant lie right on your face.1. They dont send you receipts on time and will always blame on technical issues which you clearly know is not the case and they are just making it up.2. They will send incorrect invoice and never fix it. They asked me to pay the correct amount ignoring the mistake in the invoice, but then what is the point of the invoice at all. I paid the correct amount but I am afraid in few days they will forget and come to me asking for late payment fine(interest) on the amount which I dont even owe them. The incorrect amount in my invoice is not much but I am more worried about these peoples ethics and total unwillingless to help customers. This is first and last purchase from Brigade.3. They are many people who bought flats here whose payment due date is BEFORE the agreement date/invoice date. They asked people to ignore the due date mentioned on the letter and game them 15 days from the invoice date to make the payment. Later they came back asking for interest from the incorrect due date mentioned on their invoice letter. Keep in mind the due date mentioned is months BACK than the day they send invoice. How, its like I get a payment invoice today with payment due date 2 months ago. Does that even make sense. I will be filing formal RERA complaint and will drag these people to court.Be very careful with these cheats.

Less carpet area ,rooms are too small.if you are ready to spend your money for the amenities which you are not gonna use later point of time then its up to you.But its not worth for the room sizes what they are providing.Price is too high.society will be like a concrete jungle.

Before booking I did lot of research but I did not find anything better than Brigade because of construction quality, amenities. I have booked my flat in Serene but still I have given 3 star because of following:Pros:1) Integrated township2) Amenities3) Greenery4) Location5) Brigade brand6) Quality of material used in flatCons:1) Expensive may be because of brand2) No customization option even you cant put grill in balcony for safety, if you are staying in higher floor3) No options available for tiles to choose4) No discount policy5) You cant be choosy for this as you have to pay extra for any extra wish.

Nice concept of Mix use development with great features and amenities

Huge property of around 48 acres of land. Several number of towers with residential,commercial Apts are coming up. It is being built on the lines of a mini township. For me it seems a new concept in India and have to wait to see how it sustains

Do not for for Brigade, they are not customer centric. I had booked a 2bhk flat last year Jan-2020 and even paid 10%. Due to pandemic, I had lost my onsite position n stuck in India. I had requested them for cancellation just after 2months citing my financial situation.Even though the agreement was not signed yet, they had charged 10% cancellation fees and forfeited full amount I had paid >8L. In spite of requesting/pleading to reduce the cancellation charges, they didn’t even consider customer emotions and situation. I had high hopes to buy my first flat with Brigade. Now that I feel cheated and lost their trust, will not come back to Brigade in future nor recommend Brigade to anyone.Not only I lost around 8L, I had to go through a lot of emotional breakdown & mental depression, which affects me even now. All my hard earned money is gone just like that.Beware of their cancellation policy.

I was here on weekday Dharshan explained about the project and addressed all our queries patiently. Its usually crowded in weekends. Buying a home in the society seems to be a good choice as it is a mixed development project and different tech parks in Bellandur and Whitefield are accessible.

I have already booked the flat in Tranquil block of Brigade corner stone utopia. At the time of booking I visited many builders but among all of them I found Brigade Cornerstone Utopia the most promising one. The facilities and environment they are going to provide is excellent. If you are looking to buy a dream house then I will highly recommend to think of this project.

Over priced for this location .Also charging huge corpus fund & maintenance cost for the 1st year in the price sheet compare to other A grade builders .

Can anybody from Brigade owner/builder would justify the the charges.the lands are very cheap at that location, for what you are charging extra money. We are getting re-sale ready to move 2BHK at 85-95Lac in other premium builder in same location , but here will pay 95 lacs for to get house at mid of 2023. WHY????? DO NOT COPY paste same response every where just to show off that Brigade is replying everyones comment.Project is good and quality of construction also very good.But in other side of coin they are asking huge money and that too for only brand and township. Which is not justified at all. Also only few series of flats are with Vastu compliance. Below I saw that comments from brigade owner that It is very well accepted by market , what this means, since in India we dont have any such rule for builder to control price. even the behavior of sales person is not good, they are simply saying if you are not willing to pay such amount then get lost.

Went to this spot a year back. Impressive plan but equally expensive price. It was exceeding my budget by atleast 15 lacs for 2 bhk, I was affirmative about my budget and I passed on. However the agent still call me atleast twice in a quarter to know if I changed my mind, even one of agent recommend me for Candeur Landmark or provident cappella ( May be this agent works for multiple builders ) as it was falling under my budget but I turned down again. I thought with pandemic times this would negotiate and sell me at fair price, but no they sticked to their prices and instead reccomend me to other locations which is of my least interest! Cant blame anyone as Money is bigger than anything else~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~Response2urResponsemarket standards are set by the brokers.Btw at first meeting itself, I informed the agent about my preferred location/budget/project & I also clearly told if your project doesnt meet my requirement than I would not be interested even to receive a missed call, but still get calls now and then.

I bought a property and dont have any complaints so far except the pathetic customer care support, where you literally have to call multiple times and get things moving. There is no proper mail/ticket communication. I was promised that the work will take maximum a weeks time but unfortunately i dont see anything moving past 1 week. Kindly update me about the progress asap atleast after reading this review. Stop running after sales only and watch for customer satisfaction too.

Well planned smart, commercial integrated project. Visited a lot of project and zeroed on this particular project because of the location, planning and the brand of the builder. Rahul being an amazing salesman made the transition smooth. Obviously a lot of things Brigade needs to look into to improve the project. Overall a good experience and eagerly waiting for the completion of the project.

I booked 1BHK feb2020 and the pandemic started due Pandemic and financial reasons I cancelled my booking after 30 or 40 days, they deducted 1lakh even after requesting, dont fall under the marketing trap please, there are many hidden charges which you will come to know once you decided to pay the initial payment, I know they will say its their company policy and they wont listen to any of your requests even you have problem of pandemic or any other things, my hard earned money gone in just 30 days

1100 sqft buildup area will have around 650 sqft carpet area, why is it shrinking 45%, so sad, it should be around 20 to 30%,

We booked a flat with Brigade Utopia in Jan 2020 stating and committed for delivery by mid of 2023. As of today we are asked to pay more than 50% of the flat values. The promises made during the sales was not honored and response we get from here4you is pathetic. Completely not happy with this builder.

Too costly on a per sqft carpet area basis. Just compare with ready to move in apartments just opposite the road.The only positives I see are the integrated township concept and location. However, in a post covid world, larger space is much more important than being very close to office.Think before you pay any advance - they will deduct 50 percent + gst. Also, you will get that refund after more than 3 months.

It is one of the excellent project to invest for both investment & staying purpose. I have purchased mine & would definitely recommend for anyone to buy in townships project like Brigade Cornerstone Utopia.

Great infrastructure and facilities

Project is very good if we consider price location and future developments. But for 1097 sq ft flat you will get only 55% carpet area which is least of all projects i saw.be careful with sales team(syed) as they allocate you flats with lesser scope and i am the victim of it.syed allocated me a flat with no view or any senic advantage which i realized later when i studied the plan.

I recently visited Utopia. I am indeed very happy with the decision I made to buy a home at Utopia. Currently we are put up in an apartment from a B-CAT developer which hardly has any amenities. We have been recently blessed with a baby girl and I am extremely contented with the thought that once she will grow up in a community where in she would have all the amenities at her door step, something that I have always wanted for my kids. Must say that the sales team is very professional and polite. The entire experience has been very pleasant right from entering the marketing office to them helping me book a unit of my choice.What helped me buy :1- concept of a township.2- The fact that my baby will have a lifestyle that I always dreamt of3- Its also close to my office and also the fact that there are schools close bySome of my apprehensions however are:1- The fact that the road is congested for now but I was also told that this area will develop in years to come (keeping my fingers crossed).2- was quite surprised that these guys arent negotiating.. found that a little hard to digest..anyways thats my feed back on the property. Looks like its a waiting game now.

I bought my dream home in Utopia yesterday. An auspicious day to invest my hard earned money and must say totally worth it. A very well planned project with all the amenities. The best part is the sustainability factors. They have gone way beyond then what is expected from a developer. The water retention ponds , urban forests, and definitely not to forget the water meters for each apartments. Anyone hunting for an apartment must visit the property for once and decide for themselves the lifestyle they would want to have.

Overall concept is great. Reserving 1star for the final execution, will comment later.

Not sure how come all Retails units are sold and not okay. information given by marketing is not correct as no registration done but they are saying it is sold.

Booked my first flat 2BHK Eden last weekend after visiting almost 20 projects, very tough to negotiate even in covid times, nearby projects are almost 15-20 lacs cheaper, I hope theyll provide the premium experience for which they r charging so much. Location was apt for me considering tech parks reachability. Bigger beautiful campus was my requirement which Im expecting theyll make it.

A Big NO NO. They draw everything towards them and pre-post sale customer support is pathetic. They somehow loot the money based on locality where inside the facility was not upto the mark. Now there are some issues over project completion dates as well because of number of investment people are doing recently there. Better to wait and let the complete because without amenities on time, it would like blunt. Beware of the trap

I very much liked the idea of the smart township and also the various amenities offered by Brigade. The sales person Snigdha helped a lot in choosing the unit that suits my requirement. The construction work is progressing really well. So far I am very satisfied with the overall experience with Brigade.

It was very Nice experience to visit Brigade Utopia n book the flat within a visit. We had been searching for the good property for long time (Around 02 years search) n then we visited all the prominent builders n finally we closed our deal with Brigade properties. Thanks a ton to Snighda (The Sales Manager) very promising, dedicated n cooperative and very energetic.. thanks again...

Finally after all search i made a decision and bought unit in Brigade Utopia.Which has all well advance amenities, and nice layout, really appreciate detail explanations / hospitality by sales person.Liked concept for fixed price, where you will not feel cheated, but will come to know truly when i meet someone who bought during similar time frame :)

Good investment option!

Builder: Brigade is a reputed builder known for its build quality. Brigade is a market listed company. It is better to go for tier-1 builder like Brigade for under construction project.Project: It is 47 acres mixed use township. It has multiplex, retail, commercial and residential towers. Brigade is designing it as a smart township with lot of luxury amenities.Location: Well connected to Whitefield, ORR, Sarjapur road, Electronic city.Project is placed between varthur main road (SH35) and proposed PPR. Another big project Prestige lakeside habitat is across the road. This area is developing very fast.It is rare to get this kind of mixed use project by a reputed builder in Bengaluru.

Amazing plans and township. Always wanted a big name to get associated with. I hope it turns out like the one beside Orion.

They are building too many apartments and lesser amenities

Good Design & Concept.Amenities are good.Reputed builder hence expecting this to be as good as Brigade Gateway and they also assuring the same.Location for connectivity to Whitefield, Sarjapur Rd , ORRPRR is backside of this project and through this project it has connectivity.Need to pay attention on the following points though,1. Agreement seems to be one sided( in Builder favor) hence buyer need to take care of all the clauses before signing agreement.Eg: Cancellation , Transfer , Maintenance, etc..2. They put a clause that, Builder is not liable to pay maintenance for unsold inventory. It may or may not be burden on buyers based on the sales at the time of the possession.3. No Concealed flush provided in bathrooms.4. No Slab provided in kitchen at least not optional, everyone must go for modular kitchen hence there will be additional cost,5. 2*2 tiles for floor, this wont be good that much.6. Carpet area is less. Eden - it is very less, Serene - 67 to 69%7. No glass partition provided in bath room

We bought our apartment last week and had a pleasant experience at Brigade Utopia Cornerstone with the supportive marketing team and mostly Harshitha who was very patient and went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for. It is indeed very exciting for us to be part of this new development and looking forward to every stage with positivity.

Good concept of mixed use project. Need to see how this project will shape up in coming years. If Brigade has to retain its name they need to fulfill specifications and timelines

Great investment & location is also promising, it will become another Brigade Gateway & Prestige Shantiniketan with Mixed use development!

Booked a 2 BHK flat in Eden. Loved the concept.As club house facilities are not available for residents of Eden, what are the facilities available apart from swimming pool?

After been in and out of various properties in east bangalore, we booked our dream home with brigade.Why we choose brigade1. Much safer choose in this market2. The area has lot of scope for future3. The architect of brigde is NBBJ and this is there first foot print in india4. Its a mixed used development closely integrated to every need5. Rain water harvesting, ground water recharge looks more concrete in there plan6. Quality of construction is unquestionably7. Cross ventilation and clean design of apartmentsThe carpet area is less than most of tier 2 builders but if you look at tier 1 developers for Serene they are at par.

It was a good a place in Bangalore and surprised.

Excelent project...tier-1 builder...good location...well designed mixed use township...
