I did visit first time along with my friend...found such a nature filled forest kind property inside the city..that’s my first pick...went through the property and decided to go immediately based on amenities and total project design. Could see wide roads and ample of play area and lush green parks....project has been designed with parks and maintenance is excellent... purchased my dream land at this project today and happy to say am a family of Bluejay...

The land is good but the smell from nearby processing unit is horrible. Lots of houses are coming up. Parks are present but most are not maintained properly. Kaveri water not available.

I have recently purchased a plot in bluejay Bruges , all employees are professional in work. They submit all genuine legal documents which will be easy for a new comer to go for bank loan without much tension. Bluejay have Good aminities to stay peacefully life.Thanks pritham sale representative, manjunath Reddy , Banu and mahesh legal representative for support through out the process.

Builder is not completed facilities as per blue print submitted to BDA. Its not a gated community as informed by sales executive. Near by it self BBMP waste processing plant is setup and residents are facing lot of issues related to bad smell. Total plot from all 5 phases are around 500 plots and presently around 50 house are constructed and residents who are residing are facing lot of water supply issue evening day.

I just had quick chat with Ananda.He is not ready to share the breakup of plot cost and project details. Straight away asking the budget and judging people.Go through some professional courses before interacting with customers.

Dont trust the builder. The area 2 years back representing the orientation of the survey number is different from how the layout is formed.There is something wrong about this layout formation when verified with survey department.

Nice atmosphere

As we know all the situation of outside. During this Quarantine I made a call to BlueJay office regarding the Atmosphere 2 project. The BlueJay team answered all my queries with great pleasure and it was really helpful. Great work team BlueJay.

Few days before Diwali, I visited Bluejay Atmosphere project by the name and was accompanied by a friend who is civil engineer as I had read a lots of negative comments about this builder. Here are some of the things that we noticed:1) The road approach is pathetic and also the road is very narrow.2) Having said a gated community Bluejay Atmosphere Security is not present. We entered the project site without any checking or request for entry.3) Entire phase project is 3-4 month away from completion..if they work regularly on site to complete the amenities they are promising to provide. I did not notice any work being carried on even though it was not a holiday for them..most of the workers seems to have been shifted to other project sites.4) Clubhouse and Swimming pool location was absurd…Existing residents and owners will have a complete view while it has been kept away from the view of people purchasing or making new plot bookings.5) Play area was in shambles..poor rides/swings & rubble.6) The price is very expensive for the location of the project based on analysis that has been carried out.7) The manager at this project gives reason not to buy from other Bluejay projects as they are not worth.So he is promoting his and letting away other project.

I have already booked a plot at Bluejay Atmosphere. It is located near off Tumkur Road, in a posh locality. I ma really happy with this purchase and looking forward to start living in the community.

Please check with Bluejay Enterprises about status of the project before invest in their new projects since this layout formed and plot sale started in 2013 still dont have Amenities, and approval of layout only in 2019, also couple of civil cases against Bluejay Enterprises and land owners.If there was an option to give 0 rating I would have given that. Dont invest your hard earned money and lose your time, peace of mind.Many plot buyers suffering due to civil case..I have attached a PDF which details about the case that was filed.

Bluejay Atmosphere is the biggest BDA approved township developed by bluejay enterprises. The premesis is very peaceful and soothing. Best place for senior citizens to settle. The main advantage is the metro connectivity and Delhi World Public School inside the premises.I would recommend Bluejay enterprises for its best service.

Good and calm place.. the sales person (Mayur) was very helpful and explained the project details to the point. Cost is little higher than market trends..

Good place for residential house and nice layout with clam and peacefull with all latest amenities one would have thought. The co operation extended by the staff viz Dixit,Mahesh and pooja is highly appreciable.The project is well connected by road and easily approachable by Nagasandra metro station.It is surrounded by other residential layouts such as Grihalaxmi layout,Brindavan layout,BEL layout.

Bluejay Enterprises Pvt Ltd builder is worst attitude we have ever faced. Harassing the buyers,by not allowing us to maintain our own property. Retaining the maintenance and charging exorbitant. Charging huge maintenance prices and worst services. Shortly Bluejay planning to handover the property maintenance to BBMP selling all their plots with huge prices and wash off their hands.Before handing over the land charging huge prices even if have deal with banker and Bluejay.Bought the property much before they managed to get approval from BDA but not able to sell the property as there are no buyers with this price as the approach is horrible and nobody wants to invest here.

Bluejay has delivered all the basic facilities as promised. Roads, sanitary connection, water connection, solar street lights. More than anything it’s not just a plot but a place where I can build my dream home.

Buyers , please dont blindly fall for these people. We are educated enough, think before you invest in any real estate . Prices wont sky rocket within 6 months in any city. I don’t think now a days anybody is even buying land. Don’t fall for these mal practices.They will tell that 3-4 people are already eyeing this same plot and price will crease next month. If you check per square ft cost in that area you will be surprised to know it is 3000 Rs while Bluejay Enterprise Pvt Ltd is charging 4400 per sq ft. These are all simply to create a sense of urgency . Don’t fall in these traps.

Going through the comments it is really scary.I’m planning to purchase a plot here within 15-20 KM radius of Yeswantpur and Peenya.Saw lots of advertising for big project in this area & after doing a little bit research on the net I found that people purchased from these Bluejay Enterprise Pvt Ltd developers had very bad experience. Some people are saying that they have done their biggest mistake in life by looking for dream place from this developer.

Good place to buy plots but builder is very neglected about customers after purchasing

I invested in one of their projects Atmosphere about 2 years ago.They promised me world class amenities iam yet to experience them. AS OF NOW IT IS THIRD CLASS. All I can see after two years is an unkept property with absolute rubbish maintenance.The cheaters wanted to wind up and hand over the property to owners, layout to BBMP without giving any of the promised amenities. After all the fight for these many years they are yet to complete a third rated club house and a third rated pool. Looks like a bloody sump. We have now formed an association and even plan to go legal if promises are not met. My humble request, please do not invest with them.

I am a proud owner of Bluejay Atmosphere. I am surprised to see few fake reviews, however you won’t get BDA approved site for such a better price in Bangalore.We are getting free water from the builder from past 6 years and still they havent charged anything more. But people are misusing the advantages given by the builder by wasting the water resources.The big plus is its a RERA approved and SBI approved, so I am more than happy to be a part of this project

We bought a plot with hard earned money by believing Bluejay Enterprises Pvt Ltd is reliable . But they did not give any amenities as promised after taking all the money and they are charging like hell for per sq feet.FOr COrner, North/East Facing they take extar then market but not even providing forst class. Strongly suggest to avoid any project by BlueJay Enterprises Pvt Ltd. Definitely not reliable. Fist I would like to convey my sincere regards to the team whom I have interacted, started with Ms.Kavya who helped for site visit, then I met Mr.Preetham who is from sales team, followed by Ms.Pooja who assisted for all documentation and Mr.Mahesh at registration office, all are very professional and doing grate job in their respective field. W.r.t Property it was not so easy decision at all to finalize the property in big city like Bangalore, started search in south, west, north and east, it took almost 1 to 2 year to finalize the property, received positive feedback from different people w.r.t Property and Company (Bluejay) eventually we have decided to stick to the Bluejay Atmosphere phase II project (BDA Approved), reason being lots of greenery in the layout, parks (space allocated), and surrounded by schools. Amenities and parks are not functional yet, however hoping company (Bluejay) would deliver all the amenities as promised to best of their standards.

Best plotted development builders in Bangalore. The sales team is very knowledgeable.
