One of my friend attended interview here, he completed offer negotiation and HR did not come back and did not respond to the calls and mails from him. Dont attend interview here, lots of similar incidents happened. Waste of time.

BIRLASOFT is shifted to Kalyani Tech Park new building (Cedar Block)Beautiful place and less crowded as many of the floors here are not started operating.Less number of Cafeteria is the main problem and the one common cafeteria near DXE building is little costly as there are no competitors for them.There are many small tea/Bajji shops near igate junction just 100 mtr away from Birlasoft.

Recently had a worst interaction experience with a recruiter from this Bangalore team who showed severe attitude. There are enough details in profile to assess my eligibility to apply. Despite my repeated query and explanation relevantly to apply, she kept talking the same thing of her wrong thinking, assumption again and again as if she didnt listen at all. I tried to clear her prematured thought and told her to listen. She immediately disconnected the call in unprofessional way.She seems to prove a point that candidates should listen to her but she doesnt need to listen to candidates for her own good, just because she doesnt have time which is her own company, time management issue and not us candidates issue.

Birlasoft Ltd. is a CK Birla company which has headquarters at Noida NCR area. They also have a small office at Bengaluru in ITPL area in Whitefield. Company is situated at 4th floor in SJRI Park in front of Satya Sai Hospital near Vaidehi Bus stop.Company has only 1 floor in the building and cafeteria is open situated at the center of the park.I visited office during last working day before Christmas and I found office decorated for the festival season. Premises has a good security checks and you can not enter with any belongings with you.Parking is paid for visitors in the park and they will charge you 30 rupees for parking. Exit and Entry gates are separate and common area in the park has very good views of SatyaSai Hospital located at other side of the road.

Please hire proper HR team first, then you can conduct interviews with proper way.No proper procedure, not sure who is HR. I hope, I can do better than them.HR is good, how we can think company infrastructure will be good. Thank God I left from interview after waiting 4.5 hrs, no one contacted after waiting 4.5 hrs. So many people left after waiting 4 hrs.

Good company. They give 6 months chance to even bench people. The SJR I tech park is good. Its have food court in basement, and offers variety of cuisines and live band every Friday. Do not miss having dinner on Diwali Eve in awesome lighting decoration of food court.

Working here is a great achievement. You will love the culture, people etc.

All my interview round is completed . But still they are not releasing offer letter . They will keep weight . Its very bad. Think they will just keep hopes but they not allow you to join. If u want to join this company after releasing offer letter only u keep hope . Dont keep hope before only. Pls. This ppl is cheating me a lot. Be careful this type of company .Please my small request dont join this company. Its very bad company. They are just simply play with you friends please dont join this company .

I have never seen such a pathetic team to take interview , I have been there for an interview for a Technical recruiter , they have scheduled my interview at 2.30 with there resource manager Mr Anish Dsilva and he was not there at office to take interview and he came to office around 3.30 ,mean while couple of others were also waiting for interview, he took all the interviews in 2 minutes by (3.40 he finished taking 3 interviews )Method of taking interview1. he was not sure for what position he is taking interview ( he was asking me you came for contract or full time interview ) being an interviewer he should know what position he is having ; without knowing anything what he is going to interview2.To a senior level candidate he was asking fresher level questions ( whats your strength and weakness )3. so dump questions which means no sense ( and he was chating in phone - not even listening what candidate is saying) .3. I dont think they have any open position , chumma randomly they are calling people and sending in two minutes .I never recommend this company for experienced people.If you are unemployed may give a try

Good place interview process is slow

Worst communication channel no proper response from HR and not even receptionist people are responding in proper way.

Good place to work. But Visa process is very bad with absolute no visibility.
