The device worked well, and on the day of returning there was some issue and hence they collected it next day from my office location. Very convenient. I needed a camera for a couple of my days as my son had taken my camera on a trip. This worked out very reasonable and convenient. From ordering, to getting the item delivered at home, picked up after use and refund processing - all went off very well. They have wonderful delivery service and quality product. Decent prices and responsible staff as well. Very nice place for cameras and equipment rentals. But only suggestion is to increase the quantity as there is only one lens (55-200mm) available for Nikon. Will be looking forward to use their product again and also if they have more lenses it would be good. My suggestion is - Nikon 18-300mm lens etc. Also can refer them to my friends and colleagues.

Horrible experience. They will not tell you if your order is confirmed until the delivery time. I had asked for the camera to be delivered at 11:00 am Saturday. I had submitted the proofs at 12:30 am Friday and was waiting for them to confirm the order. I messaged them on Friday evening asking for a status update. They reply after 4.5 HOURS saying that the order will be confirmed in sometime. Then no message from them until the time of delivery - 11 am Saturday. So I call them and they say that they are still analysing the documents that were submitted a full day earlier. Finally got a call from them at 12:30 that they will dispatch the camera now. And I couldnt take the delivery since I cant delay a plan by 2 hours on their whims!

Rented Nikon D3400(Body with Lens) in Pune , received on time on 6 Sept 2018. Got demo on how to use and handle from executive. Used for family ceremony , it was really wonderful experience with wlend. The picture quality and video quality is really excellent. No issues occurred with camera. I was surprised to see the swiftness of their service. I needed the DSLR right on time so they even asked me if they could deliver it a day before the designated date. The delivery was done 30 mins before the specified time. What sets them apart from every other renting service is that they ask for very little refundable deposit. They dont have any Shop. They do door step delivery. I rented a Nikon Camera with attached Lens. The working condition of the camera was good with little wear and tear. They provide one 16GB SD card, but i think they should have provision to order more SD card. They delivered camera on time. Liked the service, will use more often. Per Day Price is expensive. If you rent it for 8-10 days then the price becomes economical.
