Really good products. On time delivery, awesome packaging, The memory foam mattresses are very comfortable and at a great price. We have been using them since January 21 and are very satisfied so far. Have a comfortable and good sleep. No body pains. Highly recommend!

Every I order a mattress the inches of length is not same as what I ordered. It is always 2-3 inch small. Even after 2 weeks of use it doesnt expand. Others pls measure your mattress definitely you will notice it.

One of the most pathetic customer service ever and products too. I purchased a wardrobe which was supposed to be assembled. The product was delivered but not assembled. When spoken to customer care they have a common answer stating someone from our back end team will call u but no one ever calls. What kind of a company delivers a product and does not assemble even after 8 days and the amount of follow up simply shows that they do not care about customer service. Even after escalating the matter there was no solution. I dont think any one is capable of understanding the problem of the customer. Very very pathetic.. I dont think even a single star is also worth for their service. Please dont buy anything from them product and service both are really very very bad and worst

I was impressed looking at the build and design of the product, therefore ordered it when an offer price was there. Disappointed that one of the arm rest of the chair broke within 5 months of purchase. As mentioned in the product catalog it has a warranty of 1 year but the service after getting the product is the worst. Even after dropping multiple mails, photos of the chair condition and following up with the support staff, there is no proper response for the replacement yet. It has been a MONTH since I have raised my concern and yet no solution. Really hopeless. In future I would refrain from buying any product from wakefit if this is the service to be expected. Their memory foam mattress was delivered in good order with great packaging. Great quality product but only grouse is that their default side is just way to soft to be useful for back pain. I flipped it to the less soft side and thats better.

Ordered cot for wedding. They couldnt deliver the product not even after 5 days of delivery date. Very bad customer team. They dont understand. They just tell request u to wait. And after that they forget.. no follow up on ur concern. Very much disappointed

I would definitely recommend Wake fit Mattress as its at very reasonable price, and quality is top-notch.Wakefit customer service is very impressive, after order was placed, they called up enquiring whether we need to customize it further for size. They also offered tips on how to maintain it. Example turn it over after 30 days to get a uniform shape, the mattress cover is washable with liquid detergent.Overall, quite satisfied with the product and would recommend this mattress.

Purchased Wakefit Queen box box model and Wakefit Orthopedic mattress around 6 months back, the quality of wood and finish is very good and I definitely say its perfect bed and bought this from Amazon sale and have got decent discount, its easy to assemble and was able do fitting ourselves.I have been customer of wakefit products for quite a long time, purchased multiple mattress over the years, mattress protector and few more products and like the products and overall quality.Just one thing that I noticed is the orthopedic mattress that I bought 3 years back and the Orthopedic mattress that I bought recently there is small issue in quality, the previous mattress is more comfortable then the recent buy and thats the only complaint. However still prefer and recommend wakefit.

We have bought mattress in past and wanted to check the dining set. As they are having no return policy we wanted to ensure that the product which we order is sturdy hence visited the experience center. We lost our way due to wrong direction suggested by Google and sadly the experience center doesnt have a phone number for getting assistance to reach them!! Further they do not have all the furniture listed at the website to experience. The Tables and chairs displayed are wobbling. The explanation given for it is that since it was demo pieces , the fitting was not done properly (really hard to believe). We decided not to buy the furniture from Wakefit

They delay installation of products and they have a standard response to everything Please wait for 24-48 hours. You cant cancel the order, youll be stuck with parts - I have been given logs of wood for a bed. The reviews are not real. Have a look at the grievances on twitter and facebook for the real view. Im going to consumer court with this company.

Good place to have wakefit furniture experience

I bought 2 Wakefit mattresses 3 months ago. We have been sleeping on it daily and we are very happy with it. We all have been getting good sleep. It is very comfortable.I was very happy with the fact that there are lot of size options available to choose from that fits your custom beds.Delivery of the product was also very good. The mattress came with clear instructions on how to install, use and clean it. Have already recommended this to my family and friends for their future mattress needs.Overall a very satisfied customer.

It’s waste company. The product is one of the worst one. Very very poor quality foam.They say they give 10 years warranty and do nothing. All they say is sorry we can’t do anything.I bought a mattress in 2018. They begged to buy the product. Saying if you feel it’s not good you can return in 100 days. And if you face issues with the product post 100 days, we have 10 years warranty and can help you any time in the warranty period.After 2 years the product became so soft that you will sink in the mattress when you sleep. This puts lot of pressure on the lower back and you can’t sleep and pain stays all day.Guys never go with this company. Customer service is very poor. We bought this dual comfort mattress on amazon. At first I ordered the wrong size, but the expeditious customer care team coordinated with the concerned and got the replacement delivered without any hassle. Impressively quick response ever!Coming to the product quality, my child is satisfied with it and sleeps without any issues. However its not for people with slipped disc. I didnt know this and I suffered. Perhaps the description could have been better in the sales blurb. I wanted to give 4 stars, but the impressive customer care won my heart.

But am happy for making this purchase. The whole process has been smooth and hassle free, from ordering, delivery and fitting. Ill definitely recommend Wakefit for sofa and other furniture.

Dont fall for the great advertisement they put across all over the internet. Wakefit beds are terrible and their after sales support is terrible too.I orderd bed with great expectations but it broke, literally broke apart within 2 months of usage. It speaks loud and clear of their poor quality and product design. What surprised me further was their aftersales support. They have fooling around when i asked for warranty cover and make false promise of delivering the replacement parts. Its more than 2 months now and I havent received the parts yet. This is the level of service they have in bangalore, imagine it in other parts of country. Wakefit is clearly one of those unethical companies who take advantage of covid situations, citing covid induced delays in delivery of replacement parts while delivering new orders well before time. It speaks ton of their intentions and shows what they think of their customers.My recommendation never ho for wakefit products, terrible product, pathetic service and unethical business practices. See the attached pictures and decide fir yourself. Dont be part of this sham.

This is my first bed from wakefit and I think its worth the price, delivered on time, also installation is done on the same day as its delivered, and the quality of the teakwood is good but the support material(MDF) on the top and bottom is not so thick. Other than that everything is just perfect.

Though it is 5 out 5 with product quality, I would rate 4 as there is always a room for improvement like focusing on product completeness. Yes, it is understandable as this space is evolving d/d, I would suggest when you launch a new product focus on product completeness example providing sofa covers/protector options for customers who wish to buy sofas, minor yet effective.Great quality products, awesome design, less options yet effective.

I am a frequent buyer of Wakefit products and I must say, each time they prove to be the best in the market and will soon be a household brand. Moreover the quality of the product is up to the mark.Recently purchased study table is no exception to it. This is company has one of the worst customer service, I bought one Wakefit Andromeda King Size Sheesham Bed with Storage, they send me two head and foot side bed panel and the MDF board was missing, this was a mistake by the company itself as they delivered wrong parts. I raised a complain about this issue and it has been almost 10 days but have not received any update from the company. Whenever you call them, they will say that it will be resolved in 48 hours but it never gets resolved. First they asked me to click the photos of what ever I have received so that they can check with there team, I did that hoping to get it resolved soon but they never replied back. This is a pathetic customer service process, I will definitely reach out to the consumer court for this issue. This company keeps on harassing their customers in the name of their so called customer service.

I Brought 1Engineering Bed, It has come with MDF Boards, After using 30 days the MDF board Bottom got fungus and top boards are started bending.I Reported the same to wakefit they said MDF Board doesnt come with warrenty. They are asking us to pay to replace the boards. But they are not giving any comitment about the quality. We need to replace this every month as per there polcy. Everyone know MDF boards will attracts to Fungus very easy they dont evven care while designing.NO PROPER RESPONCE AS WELL. NEVER EVER BUY WAKEFIT.

The sofa looked good and sturdy in the picture but very uncomfortable to sit on this. The body/pelvis slides in front and one needs to readjust very often. NEVER BUY A SOFA UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY SIT ON IT ANF FEEL IT.I must appreciate the speed of action taken by wakefit to replace the sofa. This one is really strong, neat and acceptable. With a few alterations in dimensions the comfort levels have improved. This has been a GOOD BUY. Looking forward to festive season for good discounts and shopping..

I got sofa cum bed from wakefit and it turned out to be a horrendous experience from day 1 be it customer care representatives, escalation team or the owner of the wakefit I.e. Ankit Garg. This product is so miserably designed that it causes back pain to customer further deteriorating health too. All my family members tried sleeping however didnt find comfortable. Later when wakefit was approached ( pls note for constant 3 months) the mere answer was given that dimesions of the product seem fine and we cant refund or replace. Wakefit never guarantees for the product quality or comfort rather focuses on minting money from cusuomer and zero focus on after sales service. No empathy and no perspective just blind sales with no purpose. Beware All!!

This place in koramangala is the experience center for wakefit. They have cot, matress, chairs, sofa and table. The person at the store has a lot patience to answer all the questions and explain about matress, cots in detail. Interms of price its the same if you order online or even if its directly from the experience center.

Its the 6th day since I have asked for replacement of this used chair, and since then Wakefits customer service didnt woke up. All they do is, send an email stating We will update you shortly/soon.Its just the Hype and fantastic marketing they are building on, but they completely fall flat on their post sales service.Wakefit doesnt wake up with your continuous reminders, calls and emails. My worst experience with Wakefit.Firstly they delayed my product shipment without prior intimation. They finally delivered after continuous follow ups for 10 days, which was 1 month late than promised date. Next nightmare was following up for installation which took 6 days after product delivery and constant follow up on daily basis.When the installation team arrived, they found 1 product damaged and MDF panels for all the 3 cots missing/ not shipped. Now I am helpless as no one has any idea. Customer support team doesnt have any information. When I checked with customer support team they mentioned that my product is still under manufacturing. When we raise a complaint their team will reach out with sorry message and do nothing.

An extremely sturdy bed with the best varnished finish to the wood. It looks amazing too. Storage in the king size is big enough to store all the things in my 2BHK. The support boards on top of the storage is thick MDF board reinforced from under for optimum support with no sound when rolling on the cot. It’s also a flush fit on the floor so I’m not concerned about dust or bugs under the cot. It isn’t too heavy either, easy to assemble. Totally worth every rupee.

Wakefit is the most unreliable company ever. Customer service is pathetic. Ordering wake fit products from Amazon is better than going to the company directly. Ive ordered a bed and while placing my order they said it would take 1 month which is understandable. But at the end of the month they call and say it will be delayed by 10 days. So I requested for it to be expedited. Few days go by and I call again and this time they say it will take another month. Worst customer service experience ever!!! The same products are available else where.

I rarely write reviews, but this company has forced me to take out time to warn other people from ordering from them. Here is a company that actually punishes you for directly booking through them. At hindsight, I feel I might have gotten better service if I had booked through Amazon. A quick look at the recent reviews already indicate that most customers are dissatisfied. The 5 stars are only ratings, not reviews, so I doubt their authenticity. Anyway, coming back to my experience. We had ordered a sofa set and were given ridiculously lame excuses for not delivering on the promised date. We were stuck since we did not have the option of even canceling the order. I doubt if I will ever buy anything from them again.

If you want to ruin your peace of mind, please go ahead and order it. The service is pathetic and horrible to the core. Every time you enquire about the product you order, they will give you a new date. At last I had to cancel the order after waiting for more than 1 and half month nearly just for a table. Please dont go by their fake reviews. Most of them are their own employees. If you have paid upfront before delivery, your money is gone as they dont have any intention to either deliver the product or money. Beware, if you write a review, a fake computer generated apology will come that the customer executive will contact you, which you will die waiting for.

I really liked this mattress. Packing was very nice and this was delivered on time. It is having a washable cover with zip. Dual comfort, one side hard and one side soft, that exactly what I was looking for. Have the option to feel both the comfort. And after using for around 1 month I did not realize any back pain and had a proper sleep. And price also reasonable. I highly recommend to go for this mattress.

Recently purchased the Napper 2 seater sofa in cobalt blue colour. Ive been using it for 15 days now and absolutely love it. The build quality is good. The colour is just beautiful. This Bed is very good and super according to price rate. It is strong an good quality wooden king size bed. Three adult can sleep comfortably. I think it is cheapest either at market or from online from flipkart.

We just got a 3 door wardrobe. Lot of gaps in between the door when we close it. So naturally one cant store dress materials as insects may creep in. And customer service will be awesome until you place the order after that no one cares.I received a call on july 14 that our product will be delivered by 15th and hence I travelled all the way for 14 hrs to receive it. But no one came. When I communicated this to Mr. Sayeed who helped me in placing the order, irresponsibly he was replying no calls were made. Again I got call yesterday and they delivered it today and the product is so bad. Hoping for return and refund. Its about a month of usage now for this mattress and heres some feedback:pros:1) Mattress arrived in a well packaged condition. opening up the product was really exciting.2) Quality is awesome. Nicely stitched and accurately sized.3) The covered material is really soft and feels great when you sleep on it.Overall a worth buy. I am looking forward to purchase another one soon.

Hello everyone, I purchased an orthopedic mattress from this brand 5 months ago. And now I want to share my experiences with this product. Orthopedic mattress of this brand is really very good. I have been using this mattress since last 5 months and my body posture is very fine and a good posture is very required for healthy lifestyle. So my suggestion is that if you want to buy it just go for it. And one more thing please consider your weight before Purchasing it because the thickness of the mattress is also depends on the weight.

Pathetic customer service and delivery staff. Product shows delivered but delivery didnt happen, following up with customer care for last 6 days.Also dont be very intimidated with the review on google, these cheaters have been using multiple google names for their company. Wakefit innovation is their company only with pathetic customer reviews.

It has been 6 months since I am.using this product. Overall my experience is good. The bed finishing is awesome. Its frame is strong enough. Only problem is there is gap at the head and no one come for installation. In my case delivery time was too long.

Really good products. The memory foam mattresses are very comfortable and at a great price. We have been using them since Oct 2020 and are very satisfied so far. Have a comfortable and good sleep. No body pains. Highly recommend!

Its been a year using this bed. Absolutely no complaints. The fit and finish is perfect. I liked the do it yourself concept. It is easy to assemble and gives a special feeling. Overall the bed is very great at this price point.

Wakefit is a unfit and they are running a scam, they are unable to deliver my order even after 47 days, poor coordination between manufacturing facilities and customer care.. firstly they take orders and then give excuses when delivery date is near.. I am the victim of their harassment

Great place to look and feel the products ,which you gonna purchase online.

I purchased a mattress from them but they sent the wrong size. However, they provided a replacement mattress within a week. Three stars because it took two months for them to take the defective mattress back! That too after a lot of back and forth calls between me and the customer care team! Meanwhile i had to store it in my house, which was difficult. Their products are good but this incident is stopping me from buying more of their stuff because i cant store it in the house for months in case it needs to be returned!

Products seems to be good with less price but the sevice is pathetic. While booking they show one delivery date but after booking they change dates to 2 months further. Feels like they are in some fraud by making false promises of delivery dates and after booking they can utilise the money we paid in advance. Being in digital world they dont even know when they can deliver the products. Many positive reviews about there product and service seems to be fake.Think twice before you buy.

Very bad service and no response after order placed and keep postponing the order delivery date and eventually it will never reach. if it comes after a month mostly used or damage item. My strong recommendation is never choose this place. If you choose you feel digging your own graveyard.

I bought orthopedic memory foam mattress, it is very good matress for all age groups and awesome packaging. Mattress is very comfortable and at a great price, we are very much satisfied with it so far. Even after making a good brand value in the market if Wakefit maintain the same good quality at best prices you will be the top player in the market forever.

One of the worst brands, who do not care about customers. Deadlines in their website are a bunch of lies, and their CEO even doesnt respond to complaints, the first of a kind I have come across. God help this business. Their customer care is terrible, shame on the whole group. Avoid buying from them, goto local wood shops for better deal and quality. The business is a sham which will leave you frustrated with your buying decision. I am never buying anything from this brand. Shame on the name of Indian startup with such unprofessional customer service.

Mattress is so good. Its so soft and comfort and bouncing. My 8 years old son love this matters. I strongly recommend to families and friends to buy this product. If youre looking for 6inch actually you have to buy 8inch. Because it will compress over the period.
