Reasonable rates and very good service

Well behaviour from the staffs and good place for purchasing all house hold branded electronics items.

Before writing this review I was consoling myself about the staffs behavior. But after reading the reviews by others about this shop, i realized Im not the only one who is negative about the staff there. To be honest, Staffs are very rude. No matter you are rich or poor customers should be treated well. We are there to buy the appliances not your judgmental topics. Dont judge people by their appearance please. All are equal. They dont know anything about the product. Less collection. Very disappointed. Dont visit this shop.

It does have lesser price than online. But when it comes to negotiation, they dont much. They stick to their price. They provide door step delivery free of cost for ground floor and 100 for every floor above. Decent collection, they tend to suggest some local brands, those r good too, but be sure what u want, then go there to buy for a better experience. Very fast delivery, they delivered the same day I ordered.

Vasant & co is a Very good showroom,But staffs are very Rude, They didnt show the product properly, not explained about product, first time i went to this showroom with my family,but my family members very disappointed,so Responsible person of the showroom like manager, supervisor should give proper practice to the staffs.

Not a plesent experience, no one wants to answer your questions, some boys came to attend hardly knew about the product on display. Man at the cash counter see you like a begger.

Worst customer service. The bald guy doesnt even have the patience to reply to the customers question. I did buy refrigerator here. But this time was worst experience ever. He has got a such attitude saying we are confusing him by asking questions regarding the split ac we wanted buy. Will never visit this place and I wouldnt suggest this place for anyone else either. Bloody nonsense salesperson not interested whatever the customers required and they dont have the manners how to behave also such kind of I have never been faced when I want to gift one of my colleague to Tamilnadu one air conditioner so they dont have that much latest model only will be explaining we dont have any update about new model every different they have when we are analysing about that Samsung top end model with copper installation free everything seriously I will number so just this kind of Vasanth and Co that also in Bangalore double road

Totally disappointed and total time waste visiting their store they are least bothered for tele call enquiry no proper response and they told to visit their showroom and its a total waste visiting the place bcoz there is no proper response for a customer ...worst experience ....doesnt deserve 1star too.

Not a customer friendly.. I went to buy tv and the staff showing me the only haier tv.. we are asking them to show diferent brand and they will forcing me to go haier.. The staff itself degrading other brand.. It is not advisable to go there to buy anything
