Whom to contact for complaint on poor service responses and non delivery of our machine, given for service on 29th June 2021. Show room phone is not responded by anyone. Quite a pathetic service.
They just to sell off their products and make profit. They dont care about customers. They dont know their poor customer service is being noticed easily by prospective customers in this informational technology era.
Poor customer service. They sold me a machine telling me it would do what I wanted it to and it broke the very same day. Upon taking the machine back and asking for a refund they refused and said a technician would come to my house within a few days to inspect the machine. The technician comes almost 4 weeks later and without inspecting the machine replaces the broken part. Now I have a machine that works but I won’t use it because it won’t be able to handle the task at hand.
Customer response is very poor, nobody attend the customer immediately. For just bill generation they take atleast 15 mins.
Located on 1st floor, only usha items are displacement & sales.

Fake promise. I booked a home demo for my new sewing machine 10 days back but no contact has been made so far, when I am calling to CC they are replacing that they have forwarded the request. The Bangalore office number is not contactable.
No services.. Only fake commitment... I purchased new usha fan hunter MODel...@12k product have technical problem and waiting for replacement more than one month
